Chapter 18 Chapter 18: Suddenly Going Mad (R18)
"That woman is dangerous, using such tricks to meddle in my life."
Muttering to himself, Balthazar suddenly felt an urge to see what Selena was doing at home.
"Hmph, she’s probably out shopping like crazy right now. How could she possibly be home at this hour?"
Even as he spoke, his hand moved to open the security camera feed from his villa. The screen showed a calm and quiet scene. He smirked mockingly—just moments ago, he had actually thought that woman might be at home waiting for him.
Irritated, Balthazar was about to close the camera feed when he suddenly saw Selena carrying a bucket and mop out to the poolside. She began cleaning with great focus. From her movements, it was clear that she was familiar with housework.
"What’s she up to? I already told her I’d hire temporary help. Now that I’m not home, who is she playing Cinderella for? Does she somehow know I’m watching?"
A flurry of questions raced through his mind. Determined to see just how far her charade would go, he continued watching.
Selena meticulously cleaned around the pool, making everything spotless. She then moved on to the windows, floors, furniture, and decorations—everything was spruced up anew.
The more Balthazar watched, the more intrigued he became. This woman had some stamina. How could she not be exhausted doing such heavy work?
"Hello, my good friend. What are you so focused on? Watching porn?"
A young man’s voice suddenly startled Balthazar.
"Tsk, tsk, look at that. You’re clearly watching something indecent, hence your panic when caught. What idol are you obsessing over? Let me see too."
As he spoke, the young man leaned over to peer at Balthazar’s screen, but Balthazar swiftly closed it. For some reason, he didn’t want anyone else to see her diligent behavior. What if this rascal fell for her and wanted to share her with him?
When his attempt failed, the young man snorted: "Stingy!"
At that moment, Balthazar felt a bit confused about what had just happened. After a moment of hesitation, he turned to the young man and asked: "Michael, I heard you used to keep a sugar baby. Did she ever cook for you?"
Michael looked at Balthazar in surprise. He didn’t expect him to ask such a question but still replied: "Of course, there are. But let me tell you, those women act like good wives just to win over men's hearts. But I’m not so easily fooled. If they cook well, we eat. In the end, we get bored and kick them out anyway."
Balthazar frowned. Yes, clearly, that woman had targeted him from the beginning. How could she possibly be content? Why had he been so foolish, nearly falling into her trap like that?
Cooking, doing housework—it was all just a performance she was putting on for him.
Seeing Balthazar's expression change like a chameleon, Michael asked:
"What’s up? Finally ready to forget about your ex and keep a sugar baby? I can introduce you to a few girls, any type you like, even one that looks like Amelia."
At the mention of Amelia, Balthazar reacted as if someone had stepped on his tail. He immediately snapped: "Don’t drag her into this! How can those lowly prostitutes even compare to her?"
To Balthazar, Amelia had always been like a bright moon, a goddess he deeply loved. When she left, she took with her all the beautiful memories they shared, and that's why, when she shed a few pitiful tears and explained her situation, he had been so easily moved.
Michael realized he had touched on a sensitive topic, so he quickly changed the subject: "Okay, don’t be mad. It’s my fault for talking nonsense. Are you still working, or should we go out and party?"
Balthazar remembered telling Selena to prepare dinner, but after hearing about Michael's experiences with sugar babies, he felt deceived and grew a little angry. So he decided to go out with his friend instead.
11:00 p.m.
Selena had fallen asleep at the dinner table, unable to stay awake any longer. When Balthazar staggered home, reeking of alcohol, he saw this scene. He would have stayed out until morning, but tomorrow he had to visit a grave with his mother, so he had no choice but to leave the party early.
His eyes narrowed slightly, and his drunkenness faded a bit. No man could resist feeling touched by the sight of someone waiting for him until they fell asleep at the table.
But then…
"Dammit!"
Balthazar threw his coat onto Selena and shouted. She was in a deep sleep but jolted awake at the loud noise, confused as she looked around. Seeing it was him, she quickly clutched her chest, breathing a sigh of relief.
"You scared me! I thought there was a burglar."
Noticing that Balthazar was swaying unsteadily and reeked of alcohol, she asked: "Master, should I make some soup to help with your hangover… umph…"
Balthazar suddenly grabbed her hand and pulled her into his chest, pressing his lips roughly against hers.
It was the first time he had kissed her, and it didn’t feel too bad.
His kiss was harsh, almost biting her delicate lips. The metallic taste of blood spread in their mouths—hers, obviously.
After a while, he yanked her hair back, gritting his teeth: "This is your real job! Stop pretending! I won’t give you anything but the role of my personal plaything."
With that, Balthazar undid his belt with one hand and forced Selena's head down, shoving his manhood into her mouth.
"Umph… cough… Master… please…"
She gagged as her mouth was suddenly filled with something large and hard. He didn’t even give her time to adjust before he started thrusting wildly, making her throat burn with pain.
"Suck harder! You’re good at this, aren't you?"
Balthazar gripped her hair tightly, not letting her pull away.
"You’ve been aiming high from the start, huh? Pretending to be some good housewife who just wants to cook and take care of her husband. You wanted me to fall for you, didn’t you? Ha… stop dreaming! You’re just a whore! No fool would marry a whore!"
