Sheldon grabs some pads and puts them under her back as he lays her flat again. He puts his finger in the hole off to her side and I quietly gag. He moves it for a minute as she starts to squirm around now.

"Shh Nicole I'm here baby. Stay still sunshine." Cliff says gently stroking her hair and face.

She starts crying and groaning as she comes too. Sheldon looks at me "Baby dig through that box and see if there's any clotting pads." I nod and dig trying to look at all the packages.

"There is big gauze pads but I don't see anything that says clotting." He nods and rubs his hand along my calf squeezing it gently.

He takes the pads and presses hard down on it as she cries loudly. I look around panicking she's too loud she needs to shut up before she gives us away. Sheldon stands and pulls me a side.

"Your bleeding?" He says looking over me.

"It's okay." I say but he lifts me up and lays me on a couch as he pulls my pants down.

"Sheldon!" I say trying to hold my pants up.

"Your bleeding and it's not okay River! You doctor come here!" He shouts his voice echoing through the metal room.

The doctor rushes over.

"Your a gynecologist right?" He asks and she nods.

"She's bleeding!" He says moving as he grabs my hand.

She opens my legs and pulls a small flashlight from her doctor lab coat pocket. Her fingers hurt as she pushes and touches me. I moan in pain and Sheldon's hand tenses in mine. I gently squeeze his hand and he looks at me.

She shakes her head "You haven't been on birth control for months. There's no trace of them in your system and you've been on the fertility shots at least since then."

I cry hard as Sheldon's face gets hard and he looks away from me. He's disgusted so much so that he can't look at me now.

"I can't do anything here. If it's the uterus she could bleed out." She pulls my pants back up and walks over to her son.

Sheldon lifts my head and slides his body under it. He lays my head on his lap gently. He doesn't speak just strokes my hair. I close my eyes and cry.

I wake up to someone shaking me. I look around and I'm in a big room on a bed I don't recognize.
