"I thought you forgot about me though. I'm happy you called." Bryan said over the phone.
"I swear I have a good explanation to my bad friendship. Maybe we could meet up somewhere when I'm back from visiting my sister." I positioned the camera well so he could get a better view of my face.
"How's your niece and her parents? I can only see her back but I can't point out if she's sleeping or she's awake" Bryan smiled
"Well, she's not sleeping. She's just resting cos I just finished feeding her and I'm waiting for a burp" I laughed. "Her parents went out on a date. Saturday date. I'll be leaving on Sunday so they have all the time today to do whatever"
"I see. So what's been going on in your life?" He asked, wanting to get more information out of me
"A lot. I'll give you the gist when we meet" I said cheerfully.
"No, just drop it there and leave, girl" he said to a girl. "Sorry, that's uh .... Well, she's a friend. You know..."
"Friends with benefit?" I smirked
"Something like that. She's bisexual though. I'll tell you about her soon anyway" He smiled sheepishly
"Okay boo. I gotta go because my brother is about to kill me with his eyes. Bye now" I waved and hung up
"Took you forever to notice me" Jason scowled
"Where did you say Silver is again?" I frowned
"With her parents" He said grudgingly
"Don't tell me you resent her family now" I laughed
"Well, for this weekend. They took my fianceé away from me. It's unfair"
"She's their Child! I can't seem to understand you and Autumn's tantrums" I groaned, still rubbing Jo's back until I hear a burp.
"That's because you are hard to love. Maybe you're playing hard to get" Jason frowned.
"Well, I need to know what I'm getting into first. What do you want? I know that look." I smirked
"Considering I'll be paying money, I can give you whatever look I choose." He scoffed
"I'm listening, kid" I mocked
"Fuck off!" He leaned back on the chair and starts. "You see, I'd want Silver and I to get married in the next 3 months and I want you to plan my big day" He concluded.
3 months, I can work with that
"You are an idiot. Was that what you were being a baby about?" I laughed
"Okay. But first of all, I'd want to know the location. Your state or my state" I said professionally
"My state because it's my wedding." He smirked
"Color?" I asked, ignoring his mock reply
"Black" He effortlessly said
"Black" I mocked him. "Please give me a reasonable color!"
"Uhh blue and pink?" He shrugged
"Is this a wedding or baby shower?" I laughed at his choice of color
"I don't know man. Just do your thing, okay?" He frowned
"80's music?" I asked, already knowing his response
"Absolutely, sis!" He said in too much excitement
"That is going to be a longggg wedding" I said, dragging the word "long"
"Yes because I'll be taking so much time appreciating my wife. How much is everything going to cost me?"
"Well, I'll give you family price. I won't take any commission because you're my half. The only reason I'll be taking your money is because of the hall I'll be booking and for wine and anything bookable. I'll make a round figure and get back to you" I stood up to lay a sleeping Joana in her cradle that was permanently kept in the parlor
My sister bought cradle for every part of the room. Even the kitchen has a cradle. It's wise though
"Thank you for taking this on. I trust you'll do a great job. Get the remaining information from Silver. I'm thinking of gifting her a birthday car because that day is her birthday too. I want her birthday and wedding anniversary to be on the same day" He smiled sheepishly.

"Grand style then. I get it" I said, making a mental note of the little information I just got.
I just keep piling up more projects. I should check up on my teams. By next week, we should be done with 3 projects.
"Earth to Vee!" Jason snapped his finger in my face
"Yeah?"
"You left me for a second. What do you think about the car as gift" He played with his ring
"Top it up with pregnancy." I grinned

"Please pass me the remote " I begged
"Lazy ass!" He growled and tossed the remote to me
"Thank you! Buy me something when you're coming back" I yelled

"Send a delivery guy. I'm serious"
"Sucks to be the only son" He grumbled before shutting the door.
I flipped through channels trying to see if anything will pique my interest. I heard a beep sound and pick up my phone.
