Chapter 47
(Author's POV).
It had been a week since Juliette disappeared and Damian had yet to find her whereabouts. Sam and Agatha had left the Pack so Damian couldn't get any information from them. Damian also couldn't search for the smell of Juliette who had disappeared. No trace could be found by him to find Juliette.
All of this made Damian feel frustrated. He became more emotional than ever and couldn't control himself. He often gets angry over small issues and almost beats up Gabriel or Kaye every time they meet Damian and says they don't have any information about Juliette's whereabouts.
However, Damian has not given up hope of finding Juliette again. He must find her no matter what. Moreover, Juliette is currently pregnant. Damian doesn't want anything bad to happen to the two of them, especially since he has many enemies. He didn't want them to use Juliette as a tool for revenge.
"Aren't there any other clues you can find?" asked Damian desperately. His face was already pale from days of sleeplessness and constant searching for Juliette's whereabouts.
"Sorry, Alpha Damian. I will try harder to find Luna," Gabriel said. He also felt guilty for not being able to find Juliette.
Damian sighed heavily. His mind was in such turmoil that he couldn't think straight. He felt that his life had fallen apart since Juliette left him. There is no zest for life and no happiness. He had even forgotten how to smile because the source of happiness had disappeared.
At that moment, Kaye walked into Damian's room. He approached Gabriel who was standing in front of Damian's desk. Damian, who had been covering his face with both hands, immediately looked at Kaye.
"You're also going to say that you haven't found any trace of Juliette?" asked Damian somewhat irritably.
Kaye shook his head. He moved his hands together in sign language to tell what he had found out after he tried to find Juliette.
[Sam and Agatha. I learned that they are currently living in Xander's Alpha pack.]
"Xander?" Damian furrowed his brow, confused. "Since when do they know each other?" he asked. The information made Damian feel uneasy and curious.
"Could it be…" Gabriel did not dare to continue his sentence. These were just his thoughts.
"What?" asked Damian in an urgent tone.
"If Sam helped Juliette to escape. Juliette may be currently living in Alpha Xander's pack as well?" he said, sharing his thoughts.
Gabriel wasn't sure if Juliette was there too, but Alpha Xander wouldn't easily let a wolf from another pack move in and stay in his pack.
"If Juliette is there. I need to bring her back immediately," Damian hissed. His eyes darkened and his hands clenched into tight fists.
[I don't see Luna there. But, we can scout around and see if she's there or not.] Kaye moved his hands again and Damian watched closely.
"Then keep an eye on Xander and if Juliette is there, let me know immediately!" Damian gave the order.
For some reason, he felt uncomfortable after he got that information. Xander was his enemy. What if Xander did something bad to Juliette? But over the past week, he hadn't seen any movement from Xander to get back at him, or he was preparing a plan.
"Damn it! If Juliette is there. If Xander and Sam dare to hurt her, I'll kill them both!" shouted Damian, loudly.

"Sam, why did you let Alpha Xander keep Juliette here?" Agatha tugged on Sam's wrist with annoyance visible on her face. She thought Sam would let Juliette live freely where she wanted, but she was wrong. Instead, Sam lets Xander use her to get back at Damian.
"Juliette broke it off," he replied. "Why would you ask something like that? Ignore her. We have left Pack Damian and we just need to live happily, together."
Agatha growled in annoyance. "How can I live happily with you knowing Juliette is Alpha Xander's hostage?"
"Juliette is not a hostage, Agatha. Alpha Xander made her an offer to live here and Juliette took it."
"She must have done it under duress for the safety of her baby. Because she knew that if she refused Xander, he would hurt her," Agatha said.
She disagreed with Sam's decision. She had done what Sam said by leaving Damian's pack. She thought Sam was really helping Juliette to start a new life just like them. But if it ended up like this, Agatha would never listen to Sam.
She never had any personal issues with Juliette. Instead, she feels guilty after knowing all the truth about Damian's cruelty in killing Juliette. She had lost all her happiness and she had no one else beside her. She pities her and she just wants to see Juliette live peacefully so that she can also live peacefully with Sam without any guilt in her heart.
Because indirectly, she had contributed to separating Juliette from Sam. but she did it all because Damian threatened her.
"Agatha, why do you care about her?" Sam asked. He furrowed his brow with a look of annoyance.
"We're women, Sam," Agatha replied. She wanted to be honest about the guilt she had, but she didn't want Sam to know. "Let Juliette live peacefully with her baby. And we can have a quiet life together here too."
"If I do, Xander will kick us out of his pack. And we'll be living on the run. Do you want that to happen to us?" asked Sam. he grabbed both of Agatha's arms and looked at her intently. "Close your eyes and never mind Juliette. And never go near her no matter what. Do you understand?"
Agatha could only remain silent when she heard Sam's words. She could not do it. She felt too sorry for Juliette. But she was also afraid that Xander would do something bad to them.
"I understand," Agatha replied in a soft voice. She lowered her head with a troubled feeling. it was useless if she argued with Sam, because she knew he would never let her win in this matter.
"Good girl." Sam hugged Agatha tightly and stroked her hair. "We just need to focus on our lives, Agatha. Because the most important thing to me is you."
