Dragoni
Having made sure that the room was safe, he turned to face me.
"You bitch! I warned you repeatedly, but you chose to ignore my warnings! You thought that you were wise, right?" He asked me, his eyes burning in fury.
I didn't bother to reply to him, and I turned to face the chips, wondering if he was going to pick it up for me.
"I am talking to you Nima, answer me!" He ordered. "Don't you know that you have just implicated me and our mission? Alex ordered his men to question me, and they kept asking me ridiculous questions about you. Even Desmond seized the opportunity to humiliate me. If you had paid attention to my words, all of that would have been avoided!" He continued yelling, hoping that I was going to exchange words with him, but I didn't even bother to show him my face, let alone reply to him.
As they say, a hungry dog likes to bark, and whenever he barks, he is begging for attention. Unfortunately, no matter how much the dog in front of me barks, I will not answer him. Once he gets tired, he will make use of the door.
"What were you doing at that house yesternight!? Who did you want to see? Or are you doing something secret behind our backs?" He asked me, but I still kept my gaze on the sachet of chips.
"Nima, answer me! Answer me right now!" He growled, and I had to sigh.
"Rody?" I called his name softly, a sober look on my face.
He turned to face me, his eyes demanding answers.
"Can you pass me that nylon of chips? Please, I am really hungry, I haven't tasted anything since morning!" I said, my eyes filled with sincerity. I faked a pitiful expression.
Rody looked at me in amusement, I guess he was shocked to see me addressing him respectfully.
"Please Rody," I hummed softly.
"No, no, no!" He growled and angrily stepped on the nylon of chips, scattering my hopes into sawdust. "You are a demon lord creation! You aren't supposed to act vulnerable and weak! Never say please! Don't be a coward! Stand up and fight till death!" He yelled at the top of his voice.
"How could you!? I told you that I am hungry!!" I yelled at him, growling my teeth. If I wasn't tied to a chair, I would have probably gone for his leg.
Suddenly the smashed chips turned into a machine gun, and it began to shoot.
Luckily, Rody was swift, and he quickly turned it off. If it was a normal person, who didn't know anything about magic, he would have been dead by now.
* I couldn't believe that Fred left one of his guns to protect me. No, if he really wanted to protect me, he would have fed me.* I thought.
"Fred was here?" Rody eyes widened in shock.
"Well, yes. Something like that," I stuttered. I didn't want them to know, because I have been warned several times to avoid Fred and his troubles.
Everyone knows him to be a silent killer, he is gentle yet stubbornly arrogant.
"What are you doing, Fred? Are you planning something at our back?" Rody asked suspiciously, and I didn't even know what to say.
"What do you mean by that? What can I be planning?" I asked, playing naive.
"Oh Nima, if Dragoni should hear of this, just know that you will be in serious trouble!" He said with a threatening voice, but I wasn't bothered at all.
"What should I not know of!" A dark voice thundered, and we both turned in the direction of the voice.
Lol and behold, Dragoni's face appeared out of the cell walls, and I was shocked.
"Dragoni? What are you doing here?" I asked with a stuttering voice. I don't fear him, but I am also mindful of the way I behave around him, no matter what, he is still my creator and master.
"I should be asking you that question Ariana! What are you doing in a cell, and to you Rody what should I not know of!" Dragoni asked with a thunderous voice.
"I think she has something to tell you. I warned you Dragoni, I told you that she is not fur for our job, but you said that you trusted her, now look at how your fucking trust in her has nearly ruined our mission!" Rody lamented and hissed.
"Mission? What are you talking about?" I tried to look at their faces, but the chain was weakening me the most.
"Why are you in a cell?" Dragoni asked, purposefully ignoring my questions.
"Answer mine first!" I replied furiously, and the next thing I felt was a sharp pain in my belly.
"You don't talk to me like that! I own you! I am your master and creator!" He yelled at me, his veins popping out.
I am sure that if he had been in my presence, I would have probably dropped to my knees.
One special ability that Dragoni has is his ability to use your blood against you. He knows how to manipulate your blood.
"You are my creator, but you don't own me!" I yelled in-between gritting my teeth. "Also, what mission are you talking about? Was Fred right after all?"
"Fred?!" Dragoni's eyes widened, he looked shocked, and Rody sighed, giving me a one-sided eye. As in to tell me that I had just dug my own grave
"Yes, Fred!" I replied, ignoring his gaze.
"Rody, what is she talking about? Was Fred here? Are you guys involved in a shady business at our back?" Dragoni asked with a menacing voice, and I burst into laughter.
"Oh don't tell me that the ever-knowing god doesn't know that Fred has been visiting me for a while now!" I taunted him. And I could see the glare on his face.
"Rody, what is going on!" Dragoni thundered at the poor man, and Rody shuddered.
"She went to visit a woman, and the guards caught her," Rody muttered and bowed his head.
"A woman?" Dragoni turned to look at me. "Is that true? Which woman have you been visiting!?" He asked with a low menacing voice.
"She is no one!" I replied sharply.
"I give you two days to give me vital news about this pack, or else, I will kill your mother, and shorten your lifespan. And as for you Rody, remember Amira and Dong are with me!" Dragoni said with a threatening voice, and I could see the look of horror on Rody's face.
