Chapter 100
In the evening, Sherry received a call from Fredrica.
“Do you know what news I heard? This world is getting ridiculous. I heard that lan demoted Linda. Do you know the reason for the demotion? It is said. that she intended to bribe the doctors into claiming that Cathy had eye problems.”
“Cathy could not bear to let her good friend lose face, so she reluctantly went along with her and thus began the farce of claiming credit that was not rightfully theirs.”
“Not even a three–year old would believe that kind of thing. But the weird thing was that that scumbag actually believed it. Not only did he believe it, but he also punished Linda. It’s ridiculous.”
Fredrica’s voice was loud and thin, full of exasperation.
Sherry only listened and smiled.
This was not the first time she had seen Ian’s unreasonable trust and love for Cathy. She already had immunity and was not surprised.
“You called me just to say these useless things?” As for how Ian spoiled Cathy, Sherry did not want to hear it anymore.
Fredrica shouted ‘No‘ and continued, “I want to tell you more than this. There is even more bizarre and even more shameless news. Ian actually wants to hold a birthday party for Cathy.”
“Oh, he was afraid that others would not know that Cathy was the cheating girl who cuckolded him?”
“In your eyes, it’s a clown show, but in his heart, this is his way of expressing his love for Cathy,” Sherry said indifferently.
The more pain she felt, the number she becomes.
Talking about the two of them at this moment was like talking about someone else’s life.
Fredrica scolded Ian for a while on the phone. Before she could finish her words, she slapped the table, “Damn it! This scum and disgusting person’s
methods are endless. Do you know what I got?”
“What?” Sherry asked.
“Invitation letter! Cathy actually sent me an invitation letter for her, birthday party. Not only do I have it, but you also have it! Shit, how shameless is this Cathy! What does she want to do?”
Sherry’s calm eyebrows also raised a hint of interest.
Cathy’s move was indeed interesting..
“She probably wanted to take this opportunity to show off her happiness. By the way, she wanted to inform the whole city that she already had Ian as
her backer.”
It was said that the conditions of Cathy’s family were good, but no matter how good they were, they could not compare to Ian.,
Ian had no vision for women, but he was very talented in business.
In just a few short years, he had brought Genesis to a new level. Like William’s and Robert’s, many other famous families were all rushing to cooperate with him. They were interested in his unique business vision.
Although the Kemnis family was low–key, they were definitely one of the best in the city.
“Tsk! If she wants to show her happiness, do we have to cooperate? No way!” Fredrica said firmly, “I’ll give her the invitation letter and send it back intact so that she can feel what it’s like to be ignored!”
“There’s no need for that.” Sherry said indifferently, “The reason why she sent the invitation letter was to show that we were too timid and did not dare to go. If we did not go, wouldn’t we be following her wishes?”
After Sherry’s reminder, Fredrica also understood.

This Cathy, it turns out that the purpose of her invitation letter was to make us uncomfortable. Since she testeryolk to en forget? We have to take this opportunity to talk about her. Ha, new love, birthday banquet, old people come to celebrare just think about i amazing!”
~The moment you appear, it was just enough for everyone to relive the scene when Cathy cheated on fan, Haha, it’s full of memories. Hency later We have to go!”
“That’s right.” Sherry smiled faintly.
Although she was bitten by a dog, there was no need to bite back. But if the dog continued to pester her, she had to teach her a lesson on how to behave.
Sherry opened the calendar.
The time she stayed in this place for quite some time, and it was time to go back.
In a blink of an eye.
Cathy’s birthday had come.
On this day, Cathy stood in front of the mirror wearing a high–definition dress with a small crown on her head, which was glittering and luxurious.
Looking at herself in the mirror, she nodded in satisfaction.
From behind, Robert looked at Cathy’s beautiful appearance, and his eyes lit up.
However, he quickly concealed his admiration and walked in front of Cathy.
When Cathy saw him coming alone, she knew that he had something to say, so she turned to look at the makeup artist and assistant, “You all go out
first.”
Everyone left.
Only then did Robert say, “I did a detailed investigation recently. The owner of Starlight Media had not appeared.”
“What do you mean?” Cathy stroked her fair neck and raised her eyebrows.
Robert put his hands in the bag and tried to appear elegant and handsome in front of Cathy. “From the day Starlight Media was established, they had only been in contact with Fredrica alone. All strategies are conveyed by Fredrica.”
“This person is so mysterious that they had not left any traces anywhere. My people have searched for so long and have not found a trail. According to my speculation, they may be a well–known foreign celebrity. Because of their identity, it’s difficult to show their face.”
“If that’s the case, it’s impossible for them to come here. Maybe even the so–called divorce and the 200 million funds are fake. They were all made up by that woman, Fredrica.”
Robert’s analysis was not unreasonable.
The other party almost did not appear, and it was a foreign country.
It was impossible for him to know that Fredrica was using their name to do something.
“So it’s impossible for her and Sherry to know them?” Cathy’s eyes suddenly lit up as she asked.
Robert nodded, “It’s almost certain.”
If so…
Cathy silently bit her lips.
In fact, she had long suspected the relationship between the owner of Starlight Media and Sherry and originally wanted to get it through Diana.
Diana almost exhausted her brain cells to think of a way, but as a result, she failed to get the information she wanted, and she was even used by Sherry.
The Freemans‘ news network was vast. They had information about almost everything that was happening in the country, so there was basically no

mistake.
“If that’s the case, why did Sherry fabricate so many lies?” Cathy asked lightly.
Robert laughed. “She did this to deceive lan and make him think that she was valuable! She still thought that fan would remarry her!
Cathy lowered her head and pondered.
She could not believe Robert’s analysis.
But beyond that, she could not think of anything else.
“The owner of Starlight Media and Sherry did not know each other. Don’t bring it up to Ian.” She instructed in a deep voice.
“Why not? Sherry is so shameless. We have to expose her.” Robert did not understand.
“If I say don’t say it, then don’t say it!” Cathy ordered impatiently.
Of course, she would not tell Robert that Sherry was the “ideal lover” in lan’s heart. This woman was extremely dangerous to her.
Before her relationship with Ian was confirmed, she could not reveal any information about her to lan, lest he wanted to make trouble.
Robert could only nod his head when he saw her losing her temper.
“What if Sherry’s mind was not clear and she ran over to talk nonsense, then said it herself?” He asked worriedly.
Cathy’s finger lightly clasped, “At least, not today.”
She did her work in advance and sent an invitation.
Sherry did not dare to come to see her and Ian to show their affection.
After the birthday party, everyone would know that she and Ian had gotten back together.
She then would become Ian’s public girlfriend.
“There’s one more thing, go check it out for me.” She lowered her head and thought for a while, then said to Robert.
She was very worried about that.
