RP Chapter 34

RP Chapter 34
Kyle grumbled a little and pulled his arm out of Shawn’s grasp. He headed to his locker and got a pair of clean clothes he kept in there then headed to the showers.
He groaned as the water pounded against his sore muscles. He leaned his forehead against the wall, if he felt this awful, he could only imagine that Kacey was feeling the same way. He had to get her back and get her healed. No matter what it took.
~
Kacey slowly began to make a few shapes out in the dark room but wasn’t able to tell what kind of building she was in. Her mind began to wander to Kyle, she hoped someone would find him and that he was okay.
He just had to be okay, who else would she give permission or give into making her bottom red and sore when she acted up? Absolutely no one, Kyle was the only one she’d give into like that. She trusted him and only him and Shawn wouldn’t stand in their way anymore. She was in love with Kyle, the worse part about it was she wasn’t sure she’d ever get to tell him that she did love him and would give into him completely.
Just as the determination of her getting away from this place erupted through her a door opened behind her, letting light fill the room for a moment. She took in as much as she could in the few moments of light.
The door slamming shut made her jump a little, but she kept perfectly still other than that. The images she took of around the room began to run through her mind. They had to be in an abandoned factory. That didn’t help much, the city was full of them.
She wished something else would pop up, to tell her which factory it was. Her mind froze as the heavy-footed man stepped up beside her and crouched beside her a little. She could have sworn she stopped breathing.
“Is the good, smart Doc finally scared?” the voice whispered in her ear.
Kacey wanted to kick the jerk but realized her legs were also bound together. The attempt would be futile. She refused to answer the jerk. She hurriedly tried to put the voice with the face but no such luck. It did sound like the voice of the person who had been tormenting her at AS along with the night Kyle had been there with her late.
She hated not being able to identify the man still. It didn’t sound like any agents that Donny suspected or the drug and arms dealers Calhoun or Jackson.
Who the hell could this be? She wanted to scream the question but made herself stay calm and silent.
“Oh, silent treatment, huh? We’ll see how silent you are once we’re all done with you.” The voice whispered against her ear again.
Kacey yanked her head as far away as she possibly could with being tied down. She swallowed hard, could she really give into the request Kyle would eventually request again? The first time had been special but then she had never been held captive like this.
She felt the binds loosen around first her ankles then her wrists. She instantly darted up from the chair but was snatched by her long hair and yanked roughly back causing her to stumble to her knees. She let out a scream of pain. She was already hurt by the wreck, adding this jar of her body made her give into the pain.
She was forced to stand back up and they exited through the only way out of the room. Kacey tried to calm her breathing even more as he tried to take in more of the factory, but she couldn’t see much, it was just as dark as the room she was held in.
Why weren’t any of her fellow agents there yet? Surely Donny could have an idea of where these jerks had taken her. Unless they weren’t dealing with Donny yet because no one trusted him again yet. But if Kyle was alive he’d be making them, wouldn’t he?
Kacey still kept darting her eyes around, there had to be a way out of this. She was probably going to have to handle it herself. Consequences be damned.
~
Donny was surrounded by Davis, Shawn, Cooper, Cunningham, and quite a few other agents as he sat at his desk and punched in a bunch of different keys into the computer as Kyle came out of the showers. He made his way to the group as quickly as his battered body would allow him.
Donny let out a frustrated sigh, running his fingers through his hair roughly.
“What’s going on?” Kyle muscled a few people aside to get closer to his baby brother.
“That’s the problem, nothing’s going on I can’t figure out where Kacey is, I never figured out their meeting place, the jerks always found me,” Donny spouted off a few curse words, slamming his fist against the desk. “I wish Kacey had the drive from my computer on her.”
Kyle thought for a minute before he chimed. “I think she does, why does that matter?”
“I made a built-in tracing device when I made it, it’s how I kept finding you guys when you would disappear.”
“Use it, now.” Kyle demanded, wishing Donny had thought of it sooner. Kyle watched as Cunningham turned toward him a little.
“You mean to tell me you two had the jump drive the whole time? You really played Agent Herz?” The anger was so apparent in Cunningham’s tone and that was saying a lot when Cunningham didn’t usually get that angry.
“That was my doing, boss, and I’ll deal with those consequences after I find my girl.” Kyle didn’t let any doubt lace his tone, he was getting Kacey back as soon as he could, and he would be the one to get her back.
“Kyle, I’ve got a location, the old paper factory on West and Sycamore.”
Kyle was already heading out to his bike before Donny even uttered the first street name. His goal was to get Kacey, take her to safety then possibly go back after he got her.
He got on his bike and took off to save the woman he had fallen head over heels in love with.
