ARIA’S POV

Mila Suddenly Screamed, “We did it!” and She Started laughing while wiping tears from her eyes.
Alex laughed too, but David looked away for a moment because his eyes had already become watery.

“You’re Crying, David?” Mila asked him, immediately Pointing at his face.
David quickly wiped his cheek and Pretended to look annoyed.
“I’m not Crying,” he Said, making all of us laugh.

“You are definitely Crying,” Alex teased, Pulling him into a hug.
David finally laughed and Pulled Alex closer while Mila Started Clapping.
I watched them and Smiled.

Mila’s family, Alex’s family and David’s family gathered around us as well.
We took Pictures with our families, then with our friends and then the five of us took several Pictures together.
Every Camera flash made me realize that this day was becoming a memory before it had even ended.

Mila Suddenly grabbed my hand and Pulled me away from everyone.
“We need Pictures of just us girls,” She announced, already fixing her hair.
I laughed and followed her while Cassian watched us with an amused Smile.

Mila Positioned herself between us and Started making ridiculous faces for the Camera.
I laughed so hard that my Stomach hurt and She immediately Put her hand on my shoulder.
“Careful, Pregnant woman,” She teased, making me roll my eyes.

After the Pictures, Alex dragged us back to them and looked at the School building behind us.
“Can you believe we used to hate coming here?” he faced Cassian and David.
David laughed.
“You hated it because you never wanted to Study.”

Alex Put a hand over his Chest and Pretended to look offended.
“I Study when it mattered,” he Said proudly.
Mila immediately Snorted, and Cassian Started laughing beside me.

“I remember the first time we all Sat together in Class.” I Said.
Mila looked at me with a nostalgic Smile. “That day was chaotic.”
David Started talking about how Cassian used to act like he owned every hallway he walked through.

Cassian raised an eyebrow.
“I never acted like that.”
All four of us immediately looked at him in Silence before bursting into laughter.
Cassian shook his head and Pulled me against him while pretending to be offended.
Then the memories Started coming faster.

I remembered the arrogance, the arguments, the misunderstandings and the ridiculous drama that once felt like the end of the world.
I remembered the moments when one of us needed help and the other always showed up.

Even the painful memories felt different now because we had Survived them together.
I looked at Mila, Alex, David, and Cassian and I Smiled.
These people had become more than friends, they had become a part of my life.

“Remember Tom?” Alex Suddenly asked.
The mood briefly became Silent and I felt Cassian’s arm tighten around me.
Mila’s Smile faded before She finally nodded.

“We definitely Survived a lot because of that stupid guy.”
Mila Said quietly.
Those words made me Silent for a few Seconds.
I looked down at my Certificate and took a deep breath.

I touched my Stomach gently, Mila Suddenly Wrapped both arms around me.
“You know I'm never letting you go after graduation, right?”
“Of course not,” I Said.
Alex immediately Joined the hug, followed by David.
Cassian watched us for a moment before Stepping forward and Pulling all of us into one huge group hug.

We Started laughing because nobody could breathe properly.
Alex complained that Cassian was Squeezing him too tightly.
Mila Started laughing harder while David tried to Push everyone apart.

I stood in the middle of them, laughing until tears rolled down my cheeks.
I didn’t want the moment to end.
Soon, the School grounds began getting quieter.

Other Students were leaving with their families, carrying their Certificates and taking final Pictures.
I looked around at the familiar hallways, windows and courtyard that had witnessed so much of our lives.

The thought of never walking through those doors as a Student again made my heart ache.
Cassian noticed my expression and gently took my hand.
“You’re going to miss it, right?” He whispered.

“I think I will,” I admitted.
I looked at Mila, Alex, and David who were Standing a few feet away and Staring at the School too.
“Aria and I complained about this place so much, but now that we’re leaving... It feels so Strange that I don't want to leave again.”

Nobody laughed after that.
We Simply Stood there together, letting the Silence settle around us.
I looked at Cassian and saw the same emotion in his eyes.

He Squeezed my hand and I leaned against his shoulder.
Mila wiped her tears while Alex Pretended not to Cry.
David laughed quietly.
“This is getting too emotional.”

Mila immediately Pointed at him amidst her tears.
“You Cried first… You Cry baby.”
Everyone Started laughing again and the heaviness disappeared.
I looked at the four of them and Smiled.

Whatever happened next, I knew these memories would always belong to us.
This was our final day as Students but it wasn’t the end of our friendship.
