Rhea’s P.O.V. (Continued)
“No, it’s not okay, not when she is going to stay here to learn. As a learner, she must be humble and polite like a regular wolf. From right now onwards, don’t let anyone treat her like a princess.” Prince Henry replied to Alpha Hunter in a stern voice, glaring at his sister, who still had puffed her cheeks, showing her displeasure and annoyance.
We all shared a look with each other, not knowing how to reply to Prince Henry right now.
“Especially you, Rhea.” He pointed towards me with a stern gaze.
“Ummm…. It… it will be better if we discuss things inside, Prince Henry?” I suggested politely, as we also have an audience around us, and criticizing a princess like this in front of them is not good for her own reputation.
“If she has half of your wisdom,” Prince Henry mumbled, still pissed, but controlled her temper.
“This way, my prince.” Alpha Hunter gestured for Prince Henry to follow him.
I breathed out in relief when they all went inside but I stayed with the warriors, as I had to take care of royal warriors.
“Leave them to us, Rhea. I am sure that you will be called in a minute.” Alfred said to me teasingly but kept his voice low.
I didn’t reply to him but walked towards the royal warriors who also had gotten out of all the buses.
A few went inside with Prince Henry and Princess Helena.
“Greetings, warriors.” I greeted him calmly and bowed a little.
“Greetings, Rhea.” They all greeted me in unison.
“It’s good to see you again, Rhea.” Juliet, one of those warriors, added cheerfully.
“It’s really good to see you guys again too,” I replied to him with a genuine faint smile.
“We have prepared some refreshments for you guys. Please follow me.” I added further and they nodded in response.
“Rhea. Come inside.” I sighed while slumping my shoulders down when Alpha Hunter mind-linked me.
“I told you,” Albert muttered teasingly under his breath.
“You go ahead, Rhea. Albert will take us there,” Juliet said to me nonchalantly.
I smiled tightly and looked at Albert. He still had a teasing smile, but his expression turned serious when he saw my face.
“Go, Rhea. We have got this.” He urged me with a worried smile.
“What’s with this worried look, huh? I am not going to be crucified, okay?” I joked, slapping his torso in the process.
I did it only to ease the tension that spread in our bodies through the pack bond. Alpha Hunter was pissed and his oppressive aura was now pressing all of us.
“It… it’s hurting now,” Albert mumbled, smacking his lips, sweat beads forming on his forehead.
I immediately looked around in panic and saw all our warriors were in the same condition.
“Take them to the training ground, Albert. I am going in,” I instructed him calmly.
Moon, at the same time, released a calming aura, making all of them breathe again.
“Woof… thanks to Luna,” he mumbled, and I just smiled bitterly before walking towards the pack house.
I wondered what made Alpha Hunter lose his temper like this.
Among all the alphas I knew, he is the only one who was patient and stays calm no matter how difficult the situation is.
I walked straight into the living room and stopped at the entrance when a gust of suffocation hit my chest hard.
Whoah!!!!!
Not only Alpha Hunter but also everyone in the room was in pretty bad shape.
Moon also had a hard time catching her breath.
She might be a special wolf, but she was still an omega.
I took a very deep breath, clenching my fists tightly while looking at their darkened faces.
I entered the room with a calm expression on my face. They all looked at me at the same time.
“Rhea. Take Princess Helena to her room, and make sure that she only has necessities with her, nothing extravagant or anything that she doesn’t need during her stay here as a trainee.” Alpha Hunter commanded me sternly.
It was good that no alpha command works on me or else I would be on my knees by now.
“Bro.” Princess Helena started stomping her feet like a spoiled brat, but one growl from Prince Henry, and she stopped.
The hurt on her face was enough to warn me that the coming days would be hell for me.
“You need to put your own conditions here. If she agrees, we will have no problem training her, but if not, “ Moon instructed me in a pissed voice.
I agreed with Moon on this.
It was not even half an hour after they entered the pack, and everyone was pissed. What would happen if she really stay here for long?
I cleared my throat and walked towards them confidently.
My face still had no expression on it.
“I beg your pardon, Alpha, my prince, but I want to talk to Prince Helena about the rules that she has to obey if she wants to be trained by me.” I spoke to them in a respectful and polite manner, looking straight toward Helena whose eyes widened in shock.
“You… you…. I only want you to train me. What’s with rules, huh? I am not some fking low warrior or a regular wolf. I am a princess.” She screamed at me and my jaw tightened immediately.
“Helena.” Prince Henry roared while standing up, but I raised my hand to stop him.
If I had to be evil here, then so be it.
“Listen to me, princess, and listen to me very carefully. I will say this only one time,” I replied to her coldly, locking my gaze with her.
She trembled hard in fury as this was blatant disrespect towards her, but I didn’t have time to endure her princess’s tantrum.
“If you are here to be trained with all your heart, you will do what the other trainees do, but if not, then you are free to go back. You can act on your whim in your family, but not here, not in front of me. Once you put your feet in my training arena, you will be just like other trainees. No special treatment allows anyone there, not even anyone from the alpha family. If you have any doubt, you are free to inquire.” I was cold and firm in my voice and in every word that came out of my mind.
“From now onwards, you will stay in a normal room built for trainees, will have the same schedule as them, and will also have the same duties as they have. In fifteen days, you will be assessed to decide your category. If you failed the assessment thrice, you will be sent back,” I summarized the general rules meant for everyone in a loud, cold, and firm voice.
There was dead silence in the room when the last word came out of my mouth and echoed.
Prince Helena gaped while looking at me in shock and disbelief.
