Chapter 64 Recreating her first

Chapter 64 Recreating her first
Ryder's POV

She wouldn't look my way.

Neither would she talk to me when I tried to talk to her.

Her eyes were soulless.

Her voice was just as useless as an empty barrel - words without emotion.

She was only talking because she had to, not because she wanted to.

She could pretend to be happy and smiling but I could clearly see the hollow in her pupil; the emptiness.

Fuck.

This was all my fault

And also the faults of these two fucking idiots I call my best friend.

I shouldn't have listened to their fucking advice on not talking about the kiss with her.

Hell, I was a walking flashback of that moment. Every second, every minute - I saw her kissing me, passionately, hungrily.

Like she had been dying to.

Hearing her say she didn't know, stirred up something in me. It felt like a punch to my guts, making me believe I was reading wrongly.

But then when she came back...

I knew.

I knew it meant something to her.

And fuck I don't know what to do with all of this but I wasn't going to let her hurt from she walked in on.

So I waited until night before walking down to her place. I was going to take that risk of busting into her room - hopefully, its the right one.

Looking around, I climbed up her fence and then up her window, clinging to the wall with everything in me.

Never in my 18 years of life have I climbed the window of a girl before.

They came to me.

They stalked me.

They threw themselves at me.

It was never the other way round.

Luckily, her light was still on. I made a small tap sound on the glass, hoping she'd hear it and come but she didn't.

So I pulled the window up, shocked that it wasn't locked. My blood boiled as I made my way inside.

How could she leave her window unlocked? What if someone else was trying to get in.

My anger didn't even make it past 3 minutes when my eyes landed on Uriel in her element.

Earpiece plugged, hair packed up into a messy bun, dressed in oversized and highly concentrated on whatever she was doing with her pencil and white sketch book.

No wonder, she didn't hear me.

She looked peaceful, calm and even more beautiful as the bright light highlighted her features.

She stretched, turning her body to the side only to yell loudly, falling from the ground with a loud thud.

"Oh shit!" Panicked, I ran to her, lending her my hand.

She stared at me like she was seeing a ghost. When she placed her hands on mine, she gasped.

"You..." She pointed at me, looking towards her door and then her window. "How - you could've hurt yourself!" She slapped my chest, frowning at me.

"And yeah, good defence right there." I rolled my eyes at her, frowning too.

"I was startled."

"You didn't lock your window!"

"Because it's not time to, hello?" She eyed me up and down, folding her arms. "You can't be here." She held my shoulder, trying to spin me around.

Sighing, I held her hand, "I just want -"

A loud bang interrupted me. Uriel's eyes flew wide open as she stared at me. She quickly placed her hand on my lips and then one on her. Then she held my hand, placing me at the back of the curtain.

"Don't make a sound." She whispered then ran to the door. "Hey dad. It's just spider. Don't worry, I killed it. No! My room is a mess. I love you."

She buried her head on the door, breathing heavily. When I heard the door lock click, I came out.

"Nice room." I complimented, my eyes scanning round.

It looked ... Uriel-ly.

Neat.

Bright, in contrast to mine.

Sweet scent - just like her.

Books and cute aesthetics.

"Thank you and goodbye." She pointed at the window. "Seriously, leave."

"I didn't kiss Bia." I started, staring squarely at her.

"Yeah, right. Lie to me, Ryder. I forgot I'm blind." She folded her arms, sarcasm dripping from her tone.

Sighing, I took a step forward, holding her shoulder. She shook my hands off the first time but not the second.

"I swear to you, Uriel." She looked up at me, her eyes fighting between staying hard and growing soft.

"But I know what I saw. You both were so close to each other and then you were holding her face and -"

"That was because I was warning her, Kinky." I dragged my hands sound her arms until I was holding her hands. "I told her I only wanted to kiss one person and that person wasn't her. I told her she didn't interest me."

"Didn't you tell me that too?" Uriel glanced down and then up.

"Well, true but would I kiss who didn't interest me?"

Uriel's eyes widened, her cheek turning red. "I hope you're not playing pranks with me, Ryder."

"Uriel, I climbed all the way here, you know that right?" I scoffed.

She grinned, looking down. "Fair enough."

"Don't you owe me something? Like the reason why you came back to the class after leaving?"

"You asked me to leave."

"But you came back. So..." Squeezing her hand lightly, I waited for her.

"The...the kiss." Her tone was small.

"What about it, Kinky?"

Her chest heaved down and then she raised her eyes up to look at me, pinning her gaze on mine, "it wasn't a mistake, Ryder. I don't regret it."

Yes!

"Was that so hard to admit?" I held her chin up, chuckling lowly. "So, you'd want to do it again?"

She pushed my hands away, going to sit on her bed, "don't get ahead of yourself, Mr. man."

Licking my lips, I sat next to her, placing my hand on her thigh. "I wanted it too. Badly."

Our eyes collided instinctively. My pulse quickened as I stared into her dilated pupils and then her soft lips.

"How about now?" She whispered, softly, sending waves down my spine.

I leaned closer, covering the space between us as I crashed my lips against her, moaning in satisfaction immediately.

"That was my first kiss, Ry." She whispered in-between kisses, making me pause. Her eyes widened with regret immediately.

"That day?"

"Yeah." She nodded. "But -"

I placed my fingers on her lips, "let me recreate it. Something better."

Softly, I pushed her until her back touched the bed and then I hovered over her, supporting my weight up with my arm, then took her lips into mine.

She quickly found good use to her hand, wrapping one around my neck and the other in my hair, pulling me closer.

"Fuck, Kinky." I groaned, grinding my hips into hers. A soft gasp escaped her lips, giving me more access to that sweet mouth of hers.

She was so warm and intoxicating, I felt myself losing into her touch as her hands began to roam up and down my back.

"Ryder..." She moaned in my ears when my lips dropped to her neck and boy did that do a great numbers on me as I felt myself growing hard.

That was a fucking first!

How could only her voice do that.

"Say my name again, Kinky." I begged shamelessly, my hand gripping her thighs tight.

"Ryder?"

My jaw clenched tight as I tried to put myself in a leash, controlling the adrenaline that was rushing to my member.

"Please..."

Fuck, no.

She slipped her hand under my shirt, making me freeze. Reluctantly, I held her hand, shaking my head.

"I can't do jail now, Kinky." I teased.

"I just want something more." She whispered, looking deep into my eyes.

So I leaned down to her ears, whispering, "trust me, I want to give you more until you can no longer beg for it."

"But -"

"You can." She said sternly, the tip of her fingers brushing against the hem of my pants.

I swallowed hard, my mouth parting open.

"And you will. You didn't come this far for nothing, Ryder."

Her eyes glimmered with cockiness and evil intentions as she pulled it...
