Chapter 58 58

Chapter 58 58
“Azxel, come out, Azxel… I let you stay alone inside your room yesterday, but your mum is back now. You should come outside” Jaelen called, pounding on Azxel’s door with steady knocks. “Your break has been shortened. Come out, you have to prepare for the rehab school.”

There was still silence from the other end. Jaelen leaned his forehead against the door, dropping his voice softer but still clear. “Do you know, you’ll get to see Sky again.”

The door lock clicked almost instantly and the door swung open. Azxel stood there with a hoodie on and, his eyes red rimmed like he hadn’t slept much, his hair was messy and his face looked blank except for the small flicker in his gaze when Jaelen said the name.

Jaelen stepped back to give Azxel space. Azxel looked at him for a long second. Then stepped out and closed the door behind him quietly.

Jaelen nodded toward the living room. “Mum’s in the living room. She wants to talk to you and i hope you’ll answer her correctly and please be careful, don’t make her sad.”

Azxel’s jaw tightened, he walked past Jaelen without a word and his shoulders hunched up. Jaelen followed a step behind.

In the living room, Azxel’s mother was already sitting on the sofa, with her hands folded on her lap nervously shaking. She looked tired, her eyes looked heavy with eye bags and dark circles, but she straightened when Azxel appeared.

“Azxel,” she said with a soft voice and a stiff smile, she was trying to hold. “Can you please, sit down.”

Azxel hesitated but dropped onto the armchair across from her, he stared ahead of him never wanting to meet her eyes.

She exhaled. “The school called yesterday and…. they want you back earlier. There’s been… incidents. They said it’s better if you’re there, the students had already resumed too.”

Azxel’s fingers dug into the hoodie sleeves. “Incidents?” That was the only word that triggered him. ‘Incidents’ in the school should only be caused by Sky.

His mother glanced at Jaelen standing by the doorway, then back to Azxel. “You should leave tomorrow.”
Azxel stared at the floor, his eye’s brightening immediately he heard, he was leaving tomorrow. “Tomorrow.”

“Yes.” She reached forward, touched his knee lightly. “I know you hate it there but they’re helping you, right? Jaelen told me you’ve been… better, and you’ve been eating more, sleeping more and talking sometimes. I’m very happy.”

Azxel’s throat moved. He didn’t answer.

His mother continued. “Jaelen can help you pack tonight, he’ll drive you in the morning. I can come with you to make sure everything’s okay.”

Azxel finally looked up. “You don’t have to.”

“I do.” Her voice cracked small, because this was the first time she was actually talking calmly to her son. “You’re my son. I want to see it for myself.”

Azxel swallowed and nodded once.

His mother stood. “I’ll make something light for dinner later. You two can rest for now.”
She walked away, leaving them alone.

Azxel didn’t move from the armchair. Jaelen came closer, sat on the arm of the chair beside him.

Azxel spoke slowly. “Sky will be there, right?”

Jaelen nodded. “Yeah.”

Azxel looked at him. “Won’t you come inside tomorrow?”

Jaelen shook his head. “I’ll be waiting in the car.”

Azxel’s eyes dropped. Jaelen smiled patting his head, “You don’t have to worry,ok? I already ended your appointment with the hospital so the should be no problem with your therapy.”

Azxel leaned into Jaelen, he turned to stare at him. His eyes looked like he was craving for something, he really was craving for a kiss.

Jaelen dragged him from the armchair to his room to avoid Azxel’s mum walking in on them. He clicked the door shut behind them the second they were inside.

Azxel didn’t resist. He let Jaelen pull him, his eyes still fixed on Jaelen’s face like he was starving for something only Jaelen could give him.

Jaelen turned to face him fully. The room was dim with the curtains half drawn, the afternoon light slanting in thin stripes across the bed.

Azxel stood close, breathing a little fast, his gaze dropping to Jaelen’s mouth for half a second before flicking back up.

Jaelen saw it. He stepped in, one hand coming up to cup the side of Azxel’s neck, his thumb brushing along his jaw slow. Azxel leaned into the touch immediately, his eyes fluttering half closed.

Jaelen tilted Azxel’s chin up gently. Their lips met softly. Azxel made a small sound in the back of his throat, his hands coming up to fist the front of Jaelen’s t-shirt.

The kiss deepened fast. Azxel pressed forward hungrily, like the craving had been building since the moment he opened the door. Jaelen met him halfway with one arm sliding around Azxel’s waist, pulling him flush.

Azxel’s back hit the door with a soft thud. He didn’t care. He kissed Jaelen harder, his tongue pushing in and his hands sliding under Jaelen’s shirt to grip bare skin.

Jaelen groaned low against his mouth, his fingers threading into Azxel’s messy hair, tilting his head for a better angle.

They kissed like they were running out of time. Azxel’s hips rocked forward instinctively, pressing against Jaelen’s thigh. Jaelen pushed back just enough to pin him gently, sliding his hands down Azxel’s side, under the hoodie.

Azxel broke the kiss first, gasping, pressing his forehead to Jaelen’s. “Jaelen…” he whispered, his voice wrecked.

Jaelen kissed along his jaw, slowly. “I’ve got you.”

Azxel’s hands tightened on Jaelen’s back. “Don’t stop.”

Jaelen didn’t. He kissed down Azxel’s neck, his teeth grazing lightly, then sucking gently enough to mark and bruise. Azxel arched, his head falling back against the door with a soft thump.

Jaelen’s hand slipped lower, palming Azxel through his jeans. Azxel bucked into the touch, a little whine escaping his lips.

“Bed,” Jaelen murmured against his skin.
Azxel nodded fast.

Jaelen walked him backward, his lips never leaving Azxel’s until Azxel’s legs hit the mattress. They fell together, Azxel on his back, Jaelen over him, careful not to his slim frame.

Azxel yanked Jaelen’s t-shirt up and off in one impatient pull, his hands roaming Jaelen’s chest and his nails dragging light down his ribs. Jaelen hissed softly then, kissed him again, deeper and slower like he was savoring.

Their clothes came off piece by piece. Jaelen kissed down Azxel’s chest, tracing his tongue around his collarbone, then lower. Azxel arched, tangling his fingers in Jaelen’s hair.

“Jaelen—please—”

Jaelen looked up with dark eyes. “Tell me what you want.”

Azxel swallowed. “You, just you.”

Jaelen moved back up, and kissed him slowly, sliding his hands between them, stroking Azxel firm and steady. Azxel moaned into his mouth, rolling his hips up.

They moved together slowly at first, then faster, their breaths mingling and their bodies slick with sweat. Jaelen’s hand worked Azxel until he was trembling, close, pleading against Jaelen’s lips.

Azxel came with a choked sound, his body tensing, then going boneless. Jaelen kissed him through it, soft and patient.

When Azxel’s breathing evened, Jaelen rested his forehead against Azxel’s.

Azxel’s hand came up, cupped Jaelen’s jaw. “Your turn.”

Jaelen shook his head small. “Later.”

Azxel frowned. “Now.”

Jaelen smiled tiny. “I’m good.”

Azxel pulled him down anyway, kissed him deep, sliding his hands down Jaelen’s back, urging.

Jaelen let him take over in slow strokes, then faster, until Jaelen was the one gasping, hips jerking, coming with a low groan against Azxel’s neck.

They stayed tangled after, breathing hard. Azxel pressed his face into Jaelen’s shoulder. “I… I, Thank you.”

Jaelen’s arm tightened around him. “Always remember i love you.”

Azxel closed his eyes and Jaelen kissed the top of his head.
