CHAPTER 11
The week went well, and tomorrow is another Saturday, the Saturday that I have to go on a date with Bran. I couldn’t explain the smile on Kiki and the guy's face when I agreed to finally go with him and how much Kiki has been anticipating picking my dresses for me.
I am just right on my bed, checking through the movies on Netflix and I have decided to watch the new season of Money Heist, Nairobi and Professor are my favorites, but Denver’s won’t stop making me smile whenever he laughs in his usual way. I was so consumed with the movie when I heard a loud noise of metal. I rushed out of my room to see what is happening and on getting to the door I saw Kyle picking up a Knife and I quickly hide myself preventing him from noticing me as I watch him going towards my Dad’s room.
I entered my room back and lock my door at the back, I keep wondering what is going on lately especially with Kyle and my Dad’s room and I couldn’t figure out what he keeps going there to do.
“you know he is very close to your dad and they do a lot of man-to-man things you know?”
Yes, he is very close to my dad so I shouldn’t bother myself about their matter.
I was distracted when Palermo started making his way out of the bank and serious about leaving the bank. I later drifted into a very sound sleep.

I woke up to the sound of Television and I immediately off it, I checked the time to see it is already 6:00 in the morning so I decided to take my bath before Kiki gets here.
I entered the bathroom, set the water to how I always love it and I performed the normal routine, after I was done, I pat dry my body with a towel and allow my hair to air dry since there is still a lot of time. I put on my red Gucci playsuit and headed downstairs to prepare something for myself.
“look who is cooking” Kiki teased as she opens the unlocked door and saw me in the kitchen “you should have a taste,” I said as I put down the pot containing egg sauce that I have prepared to eat with fried plantain Kiki helped in carrying and serving the food on the dining table while I went upstairs to call Kyle.
“The food taste so delicious and I am convinced Norah added few cubes of sugar” Kyle teased trying to get on my nerves as always “good things have started coming from Jerusalem, trust me” Kiki replied as she took another bite while Kyle nodded smiling “Enough about me guys” I shrieked at both of them “Copy” Kiki replied sounding like a cop “Kyle I am actually going on a date today so don’t look for me,” I said trying to change the topic “looks like Candy is becoming more social now” he commented as he carried his plates to the kitchen.

“what about this?” Kiki asked showing me a short, flared gown “I don’t want that” I replied looking so frustrated as that is the sixth dress that Kiki will be asking me to consider but I am not liking them for a date.
“We should have gone shopping, you know,” Kiki said as he continues checking through my closet “We should do that anytime soon” I replied looking over at my portrait hanging on the wall “We haven’t gone shopping for like a month now, I wonder what we have been busy with,” Kiki said looking more into the piles of dresses and as her face brightened up.
“Our life has changed a little since we get to senior school,” I said the obvious truth
“I have found the best of all,” Kiki said happily as she brought out a very beautiful orange color wrap dress
“I don’t remember having this dress,” I said trying to remember how the dress got into my wardrobe “you got it on our last shopping at the Bies” Kiki pointed out as she places a brown Versace snickers boot beside it while I nodded I changed into the dress which looked so extravagant on me, and I put on sneakers and laced them stylishly.
“it is already 9:45 and you are meeting by 11:00 so you have just an hour more to dress and 15 minutes to get there” Kiki analyzed while I nodded in concurrent
I did a very beautiful nude Smokey eye and Kiki drew a very nice brow for me complementing it with the right amount of foundation, highlighter, and blush and finally I applied a mixture of nude and purple lipstick. Kiki made my hair into a high messy bun allow a few strands to hand down by the side of my face. I used a very sweet-smelling Cologne which I got on my last visit to Paris and lastly, I am carrying my Brown mini bag which will only contain my phone, debit card, and ear pod as don’t need a car key because Bran will be coming to pick me up.
“You look so beautiful” Kiki commented looking at me up and down “All thanks to you,” I said as started to make my way out of the room while Kiki followed
Kyle was standing in the sitting room looking at something on his hand when the sound of our shoe hitting the staircase distracted him towards us and he looked so surprised setting his eye on me.
“My cousin is looking so beautiful” Kyle commented as he walked up to me and carried me up “Thanks Kyle” I replied blushing
“I have to get somewhere now,” Kyle said as he pulls away and fold the paper or document in his hand “what are you holding” I asked as I felt something click in my head “Trust me you won’t like to know” Kyle replied smirking as he walked out of the door.
“You have to start keeping eye on him Norah,” Kiki said as she looked at me and I nodded After 10 minutes Bran arrived and picked me up while Kiki went to the guys, I mean Fed and Mathis at Bran’s place.
Bran and I rode in uncomfortable silence as I guess my anxiousness and also shyness around him makes me so uncomfortable.
“We are here,” Bran said as he stops the car in front of a very high fence which looks so tall that I can’t guess what the inside looks like.
We got out of the car and entered through the gate but to my greatest surprise everywhere was full of trees with beautiful red and yellow flowers dropping down on us and everywhere continuously as we make our way through the trees, I started to hear the sound of music till we got to a place which looked like a small gate. Bran opened it to reveal a very beautiful carpet of grass on which is a red rug and two chairs placed on it with a table at the center through which there is piercing of the stand of a very big umbrella with its base under the table. On the table, we have three buffets, two plates, two cups, and cutleries, on the other side of the table we have different fruits placed in a very beautiful bowl and round the rug are placed cup candles and red flowers scattered on the grasses, the sound of a song by Celling Dion, the power of love playing on a speaker not too far away adding vibes to the settings.
I can feel a very nice and cold breeze blowing through my hair and on my body then I looked at the opposite side to see a very tall artificial waterfall and looking at the sky above it you will see the sun rising gradually and beautifully.
“You like it?” Bran asked in a gentlemanly voice which brought me back from my admiration of the environment.
I looked at Bran and to say nothing but the truth he looked so handsome in his well-ironed black trousers, black shirt and on top of which was a beautiful pink suit jacket and a black tie, the shoes were well polished and sparkling. He styled his hair in a very neat and sexy way.
“you look so gorgeous Norah” he commented while I felt my face turning red “You aren’t looking bad either,” I said while he smiled He gestured to me to have a sit and I must say we talked at length, the foods are so delicious, the juice and the nice breeze from the water. Bran told me a lot of things and I must say this is the first time I will see him so happy active like this.
“Am I fit to be your boyfriend?” he asked making me gasp in surprise and right now that lump has moved into my throat and I couldn’t say anything.
“I will respect anything you say, Norah,” he said bringing me back to life
“Yes Bran” I was finally able to reply after some seconds and I can see the expression of happiness all over his body.
“oh my God,” he exclaimed and held my hand so tight across the table.
He looked so excited and I must say I am also happy to have a very handsome and intelligent boyfriend like Bran.
“No adult’s things please,” I said while he nodded in agreement ………………………………………………………………………………………
We pull up at Bran’s house and I was warmly welcomed into Kiki’s arms who jumped on me immediately she opened the door for us and dragged me to the balcony to gist her about the date. I told her everything without forgetting one and she was very excited after hearing how nice it went. We went back inside to meet the guys in the sitting room.
“so, in your absence, we went to the abandoned house Norah described for us that day” Fed broke the news while I looked at Kiki
“We planned to tell you and Bran together” Kiki explained to me trying to make me understand why she didn’t tell me herself “That is so dangerous guys,” Bran said looking at the guys and finally at Kiki
“don’t worry about Kiki,” Mathis said smiling at Kiki while she nodded “what were you able to gather?” I asked wanting to hear more “it is the Werewolves hideout,” Mathis said
“so, we have to make our plans also” Fed suggested Bran later dropped me at home while Kiki went home in her car.
