Aaron keeps his hand on her head happily hearing her. He carrases her hair giving her a smile. He is happy with her words. His heart is fluttering with happiness hearing her words. He should be feeling angry or feeling bitter towards her for trying to enjoy his pain but he is feeling happy. He is feeling happy knowing that her heart will never let her become cunning or wicked no matter how much ever she tries. Her heart didn't become weak when she was soo young then how will it become weak at this age. Nope it will never. God has blessed her with innocence and kind heart.

Kate gives Aaron a smile. What she told him is right. She at one point tried to enjoy his pain but was not able to. Her heart still makes her feel guilty for even trying to enjoy his pain. Her heart makes her regret for trying to enjoy his suffering. She can't enjoy other's suffering at least when she has an idea that the person has gone through a lot just like she did in the past. It should be him regretting for humilating and hurting her but here she is regretting and feeling guilty like she has made him go through all those tortures and humiliation

She still doesn't understand her heart and the way it thinks. It always stands against her mind abd it always manages to win. Her heart knows how to defeat her mind and it's dangerous. She doesn't know what her heart will lead her to. Her mind is never adamant like her heart. Her mind always gets defeated before her mind. Her heart always manages to defeat her mind with ease. Other wise she wouldn't have been sitting with him in this car at this moment. Aaron has helped her and that managed to make a place for him in her heart even though he has hurted her a lot in the last few days. Her heart never listens to her mind even after it tried hard to make her understand that he has helped her because he wanted to use her. Her stupid heart only knows to forgive and forget things. At time she herself wonders whether she don't have any self respect. At one point she was disgusted of herself because she was thinking about him even after he has tried a lot to hurt her ahd break her. But now she has understood that her heart is not still become a stone hence it feels for people and sees their pain. It feels the torture the other person is going through with the so called intuitions it gets. Kate is worried because of her own kind heart at times. She don't want to be like that. She want to be a little bit vengeful enough to punish the people who has hurted her but here her heart never allows her to do so and it only sees the goodness in others. Her heart only sees the positivity in the situations and positivity in the people. Just like a moment before she was laughing or she can say her mind was laughing at the humilation Nia had gone through because she has always hurted her but her fucking heart, her heart was criticising for enjoying her humiliation. Her heart was on a full swing to make her feel guilty but this time her mind has managed to defeat her heart for the first time. But in Aaron's case her heart always defeats her mind. She doesn't understand as to why there is difference between in the case of the others and Aaron. Her heart always melts in his case. It sees the hidden pain even after him being a closed book. It sees the hidden torture that is going on in his mind. She still doesn't understand the reason for it. Her heart never gives her the clear reason for the way she defends Aaron and as to why she forgives him ahd let go of all the tortures he has made her go through. 

Aaron sees Kate lost in thoughts and keeps his hand on her thigh bringing her out of her thoughts. He asks her with his eyes as to what she is thinking to which she shakes her head in no giving him a small fake smile as her mind is disturbed with the thoughts that are going on in her mind. She doesn't know how to react to anything at that moment. Her heart is fighting with her mind yet again trying to justify Aaron while her mind is against her heart. She doesn't understand the thoughts that are going on in her mind at that moment as she was all okay a while back. She was peaceful a while back but now she has lost her peace. Her mind is again on a full swing to fight with her heart against her mind. She is getting irritated with her own thoughts. She doesn't understand as to how can one person have two different thoughts at a time. Aaron frowns seeing her again get lost in her thoughts but then he just lets her think without interfering in between. He has already intruded her privacy a lot and he don't want to do that anymore. He has already created a havoc in her Life and it is making him feel guilty. While Kate is having different thoughts. Her mind is again on a full swing to make her vengeful and asking her to teach Aaron a lesson for torturing her and for hurting her. While her heart is adamant and is not letting her change her decision of healing Aaron and bringing him out of his pain. Finally as always her heart wins the fight and she decides to let his tortures go and heal him instead of hurting an already broken person.
