“Lets go to the backyard then” Leny got up, Aja followed behind after deciding to put all this stuff on the back burner for now and just focus on the now.

Sarah stayed a bit behind to get a word with Calian. “So we need to talk alone, after we are done. There's a few things I want to go over with you” she said “ and yes they all have to do with her” she motioned with her head towards the door Aja just walked out off. Calian didn’t like the sound of any of that but decided to just nod his head and worry later. He followed Sarah outside where Aja was practically jumping with excitement.

“Okay I am ready” she said smiling at Sarah.
“Okay” she sat on the open field where the flower garden was and spread her hands flat on the growned and cared the grass around her. She opened her eyes and lookes over at Aja who has been standing silently watching her intently.

‘Eager, I like it’ she chuckles, “Alright” she waves Aja over “ Come mirror what I am doing” she said and took a deep breath, while Aja rushed over and sat crossed legs infront of her and took a deep breath copying her.

“Now spread you palms flat on the ground and diggs into the dirt if you can. You are gonna keep your eyes closed while you do this” she watched Aja follow her directions. “While you are feeling the grass, the dirt, the leaves around you. Try to focus on the feeling in your hands. You are gonna try to avoid thinking of anything else. Obviously today won’t be a complete succes but when you are alone these are the steps you will follow.” she watched as Aja nodded her head and she dug her hand into the dirt slowly while taking deep breaths. “You want to do this for the first few weeks.”she motioned over to Leny who was sitting on the bench nearby watching them with Calian. “Why don’t you get a notebook and write these steps for her while I walk her through them, incase she forgets stuff” she asked her. Leny nodded her head and jogged back into the house to search for a notebook and pen, she smiled down at Aja when she thanked her, her eyes still closed as she passed by her. She was already writing stuff down as she walked back tot he bench “Okay I got everything you said so far” she said while still writing on the notebook in her hand.

Sarah nodded “So, let’s say after a month of doing this you should start to feel your own aura. As you do the first few steps, you will become more self aware and feel your own power surging throughout your body. I suggest your wolf takes these steps with you. She may want to focus on the smells around you. This should be an advantage you focus on one thing while your wolf focuses on another” Aja nodded her head she didn’t have to check in, she could feel Nikita alert in the background, she could feel her circlaling a spot and then laying completely still and relaxed, you would think she was sleeping but you could see her shoulders move up and down as she took deep long breathes as she focused on her breathing.

Sarah continued “When you start feeling your aura surrounding you, you will focus on trying to picture your aura in your mind. The shape, the color, if you do everything right , you should be able to see it clear in your head.”

“You said you can see it, is it a good..like, healthy aura?” Aja asked.

“I can see it” Sarah told her “But I won’t tell you anything because I want to test you later, on your progress” Aja nodded in understanding.

“After you are able to see your aura, everything will become easier to complete. The mind is the most powerful organ in the body. Just visualization can help you accomplish all sorts of things. People use this skill in therapy, they vizualize where they want there life to be. The type of person they want to become, the changes they see themselves making to improve their lives. You will focus on visualizing yourself hiding the aura that surrounds you. Thats why it’s important that you can actually see it so you can accomplish this task properly. Once you are able to hide your aura and practice doing this extentivle, it will become second nature to you. You want have to put much effort or focus on hiding it. But thats why practice is key, and it needs to be consistent, understood?” she finished. Aja nodded her head ”Yes, understood” she said.

Sarah got back on her feet “That’s what you will do on your own time, kind of like homework. Now stand, we are gonna practice some other things” she pointed over at Leny “You have anywhere you need to be?” she asked. Leny shook her head “I am done with finals so I am free” she smiled. “Okay good, you will be taking notes for Aja then. I want her to go over the things she learns with me” she instructed.

“Got it!” Leny responded with a salute.

“Are you sure? If you have to do some-” Aja started before Sarah cut her off lifting her finger. “Another homework I have for you, learn how to stop refusing help from others. If someone says they can do it and they want to help; you will focus on letting them. Write that down Leny” she said while looking pointedly at Aja.

“Yes sir!” Leny responded

Calian nodded when Aja looked over at him. He then smiled and winked at her. Aja nodded reluctantly “Okay”

“So-” Sarah started when Calian’s phone started ringing and he picked it up, he spoke questly into the phone and then stood up heading back inside. He stoped before opening the door and turned around “Sarah come to my office after your done?” they shared a look as she nodded her head. He smiled at them before going inside.

After he was gone Sarah focused back on Aja “Now you are gonna try to conjure your powers” Sarah told her. He could see the fear in her eyes before she heard her speak.

“What?! Conjure, like….try and use my powers right now?” she shook her head.

Sarah nodded her head in response “You will try to focus your powers on me, I will be like your bullseye, your target” she said as she stood up straight and roled her shoulders getting ready.

“Wait, no I can’t do that…I set people on fire” Sarah could tell she was scared but she couldn’t waste time on coulding her. She needs her to learn and quickly.

“Don’t insult me please, I have been alive long before you were born. Do you honestly think you can harm me?” she asked her.

“I mean…no-” Aja started.

“Exactly” she interrupted “ I am an extremely powerful witch. Granted you have not seen my powers yet so you don’t know the extent of my strength but I can tell you with certainly you are nowhere near the arena of someone who could be my adversary, understood?” she finished.

Aja looked back up at Sarah with new determination in her eyes. “I understand” she said

‘Good’ Sarah hid the smile playing on her lips

“Great, so lets try to remember the feelings you felt when you actually were able to use your powers. Leny will right them down. Think back and list them outloud, go” she stared at Aja who closed her eyes immediately and stood quietly for a few minutes before she said the first one “Anger”

Sarah nodded her head “Good, keep going…” they listed out the feelings she could think of and then she started working on conjuring her powers. It took a few hours before anything happened, she focused on conjuring fire since that is what she last used. After they were done for the day Sarah advised Aja to take a hot bath and do her Homework for the day.

Sarah left them in the garden, she watched as Aja sat back down on the grass and following the steps, they had gone over earlier. Leny sat on the grass with her looking in the notebook reading outloud what she had written for her. She smiles as she headed towards Calians office.
