Chapter 26 Offering a Hug!

"Ahem!"

Arlo coughed lightly, calmly pulled his arm back, took two steps back from the eager young woman, and said, "I have something to attend to, I'll come find you later."

The young-looking woman looked disappointed at his words, but she knew the rules. Guests on the cruise could be tempted, but they couldn't be held onto.

Sweetly smiling, she swayed her hips and walked away.

Seeing this, the other women also left, their swaying legs providing Arlo with a feast for his eyes.

"Are all the ladies here?" Arlo didn't forget his purpose, asking the waiter, "Are there any top-quality ones?"

The waiter looked puzzled, "Sir, they're all here, aren't any of these ladies to your liking?"

Arlo frowned displeased, "They're all average, I want top-quality, do you understand?"

The waiter hesitated for a moment, "Sir, I saw someone bring a top-quality woman to the cabin ahead earlier, would you like to take a look?"

Arlo estimated that the waiter was referring to Skyler, feeling ecstatic inside, but he didn't show it on his face.

With a slight curl of his lips, he put on an interested expression, "Oh? Is that so? I hope I won't be disappointed later, lead the way!"

The waiter led him while saying, "Sir, rest assured, you won't be disappointed. That woman is the most beautiful woman I've ever seen! And her figure is absolutely flawless!"

"Then why was she locked up?" Arlo raised an eyebrow, asking calmly.

The waiter was suddenly tongue-tied, hesitated for a moment, and whispered, "Sir, the girls here usually serve voluntarily, but sometimes there are those who don't. In such cases, the one in charge would lock up the unwilling girl, starving her for a few days until she agrees to serve."

Hearing the waiter's words, Arlo felt a surge of anger. Even in this day and age, those who sell themselves have the right to refuse clients.

He didn't care about those who willingly descended into degradation; where there's demand, there's a market. After all, one couldn't expect every man in the world to be faithful.

That was just not realistic, considering the number of bachelors and those who couldn't find a wife.

Could you have expected them to be celibate for life?

Besides, in modern times, even monks were not entirely celibate; it was already commendable if they didn't indulge during working hours in the temple.

After work, those monks really knew how to enjoy themselves!

Dreamy Bar often had monks with shiny bald heads patronizing the bar, embracing women on both sides, and driving Mercedes-Benz cars!

So, expecting to end this kind of transaction involving money and sex was simply unrealistic.

The problem arose when someone didn't want to accompany a client; forcing them into prostitution was another matter altogether.

If it weren't for considering Alex's background in Fleross, Arlo would have wanted to personally deal with this scumbag.

While he was contemplating, the waiter led him to a cabin guarded by someone outside the door.

The guard of the cabin was a thin, muscular man in camouflage attire, and judging from the bulging pouches around his waist, he obviously carried weapons.

Arlo didn't immediately think about firearms; after all, firearm control in the country was very strict.

Involving firearms would lead to serious crimes, even if Alex's background was extraordinary, he probably wouldn't dare to touch such things, right?

"Halt!" The thin man reached for his waist, staring icily at the waiter and Arlo with alert eyes.

Facing the bowing waiter, the thin man straightened his back and sneered, "Can't you see we have a guest? Step aside!"

As he spoke, the waiter tried to push the thin man aside.

The thin man grabbed the waiter's hand, his tone icy, "I don't care who's a guest or not. All I know is Mr. Wilson instructed me to watch over the people inside. If you take another step forward, it's at your own risk!"

Arlo's mind raced; Mr. Wilson must be Ruben, and combined with what the waiter said about the exceptional woman...

The answer was clear!

The person inside the cabin was Skyler!

But now that he knew Skyler was here, the problem was how to rescue her.

He guessed that the muscular man responsible for guarding Skyler was the expert who had retired from the army as mentioned by the tall thug earlier. Glancing at the bulging temple of the muscular man, Arlo knew he was skilled in combat.

If he launched a surprise attack, Arlo was confident he could take him down. However, if he acted in front of everyone, his true identity would likely be exposed in no time.

Just as he was considering how to rescue Skyler, the gaze of the muscular man sharpened, "You're Arlo!"

Arlo inwardly cursed; he didn't expect this man to recognize him.

But before he could react, the muscular man moved. With immense force, he swiftly kicked towards Arlo's chest.

Watching the combat boots on the man's foot, if that kick landed, Arlo's ribs would probably be broken.

With a low shout, Arlo crossed his arms in front of his chest and dodged the kick at the last moment, successfully avoiding the muscular man's expected blow.

Seeing Arlo dodge his kick, the muscular man's eyes gleamed. He adjusted his stance and rushed forward again.

One kick followed another, raining down on Arlo like a storm.

Having lost the initiative, Arlo was constantly on the defensive. His previously numb arm, now under the continuous attack of the muscular man, began to ache again.

Seeing the onlookers, Arlo understood that he had to end this quickly; otherwise, not only would he fail to rescue Skyler, but he would also be trapped here.

Intentionally pretending to be unable to block, he loosened his arms, exposing his chest, tempting the muscular man.

Seeing Arlo finally unable to resist, the muscular man attacked without hesitation, kicking once again before stabilizing his stance.

"Take advantage of his weakness and end him!"

The muscular man seemed to have already pictured Arlo being severely injured and falling to the ground after his kick, a cold smile appearing at the corner of his mouth.

However, just as he was about to kick Arlo, his expression changed.

Arlo narrowly avoided the kick by tilting his body to the side, then swiftly leaned towards the muscular man's embrace.

Bang!

With a dull thud, Arlo's iron shoulder hit the muscular man directly, sending him flying backwards and crashing into the cabin door.

The guy was unlucky; his head directly hit the handle of the cabin door, and without a sound, he passed out.

Arlo took a few deep breaths, calming his surging blood and then approached the cabin door.

"Arlo! I knew you'd come to rescue me!"

As soon as the cabin door opened, a soft, fragrant body rushed into his arms.

"Are you okay?"

Looking Skyler up and down, Arlo breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that apart from looking a bit tired and panicky, she didn't have any injuries on her body.

Skyler shook her head desperately, holding Arlo tightly. "Arlo, you shouldn't have come..."

"What nonsense are you talking about? Am I supposed to just watch you get...!”

Before she could finish her sentence, Skyler leaned in and kissed him passionately.

Feeling the warmth and initiative of the woman in his arms, Arlo closed his eyes...
