Chapter 80

Jeremy’s POV

At around 1 on this beautiful Saturday that I made it on my island home I had made sure everything was perfect. Between the weather, the pool temperature, the food, the drinks, literally everything. I had gone to get her making everything disappear and trying to memorize how everything looked for later on when we were alone. I had told her earlier that week to head to her friends house so that this way I can bring them all together. I didn’t know how many people I could bring with me at one time so I had Theo standing by just in case I needed help bringing them.

I met her at Cherise’s house. I still knocked on the front door politely because I didn’t want to be rude.

Cherise opened the door, “Hey Jeremy.”

“Hey Cherise. You guys all set and ready to go?” I asked following her into the house. She had her bathing suit on under her green tank top and matching shorts ready to swimming.

“Yeah. This will be different. Usually with maidens, maids they don’t ever leave the island they are given. So this is a new experience to me as well as Tanya and Ryder. I’m excited to see where we are going and how different your island house is from everyone else’s.” She said as I followed her to the back living room.

“You’re welcome.” I said and finally saw Emerald. She wore a black tank top that had spaghetti straps with a purple bikini top underneath. She had on short thigh high blue Jean shorts and black sandals. She also had on no make up. She had a shoulder bag because I had told her to pack a bag if she wanted to stay the night.

I walked into the room and couldn’t help get so happy when I saw her face light up when she saw me. Her smile was always the brightest around me.

I walked over and gave her a kiss immediately, not caring if it was in front of everyone or not.

“Hey, are you ready for this?” I asked.

“Yes I can’t wait to see where you live. Well, actually lives.” She with a smile.

“Alright so I have never taken this many people at once so I do have Theo standing by to help if needed. Obviously nothing will go wrong it’s just to help move everybody from one place to another. But all I need you guys to do is when everyone is ready I just need you guys to hold hands and close your eyes.” I explained to them.

“Why do we have to close our eyes?” Asked Cherie.

“Mainly because sometimes teleporting from one place to another if you’re not used to it can make you dizzy. Sometimes it could feel like a getting motion sickness.” I explained.

“Oh yeah definitely don’t want that happening.” Said Tanya.

“Okay close your eyes, hold hands and don’t let go.” I said.

I didn’t have to worry about Amelia because she was sleeping over at Ryder’s parent’s house. Once everyone had their eyes closed I teleported us outside to my front door.

“Okay open your eyes.” I said.

They slowly opened their eyes and looked around. They took in the front of my yard which was beach themed with the ocean right there and the house was Irish themed but looked like a hut. They all seemed surprised.

“What?” I asked as they all were so quiet.

“Why is your house hidden like this?” Asked Emerald.

“I love the Irish and Scottish themed cottages and castles. Living on an island, I loved the beach theme so I decided to make a fake facade. Not for any particular reason just because I want to. Here my powers are stronger than what they are on Earth so I can literally pop in or pop out anything I want to.” I explained.

“Oh.” They said.

I opened the front door and they all walked in.

I laughed because the first thing that Cherise had asked, “Its very black and white isn’t it?”

“Kind of. But I’m just a very simple person.” I said as they looked over my house. But the only opinion that mattered was Emeralds. I reached out for her hand and held it gently, “What do you think?”

“It’s wonderful. The architecture is beautiful. Everything about looks like it’s been very well planned out and thought out. Almost like each room has taken a lot of thought on your part.” She replied.

“It has.” I said. “I know it may seem like black and white to people but if you see the details in the architecture you can tell I put a lot of thought into it.”

“I can tell.” She said in awe.

“Each room like this one.” I said looking around at the black and white furniture. “I love the color black. It’s my favorite color but I didn’t want the house to feel dark and cave like. I wanted it to still feel bright and open. Like I said I love the castle, cottage type of feeling. So I tried to model a lot of my house after that.”

“But everything is so neat and organized. I’m kind of glad I didn’t bring Amelia.” Said Cherise.

“I’m not like that ocd about stuff. If something is in the wrong spot it honestly doesn’t bother me. I love kids so for me I wouldn’t have cared.” I said.

“That’s good because to me it looks like a museum quality house.” Said Cherise as they followed me to the dining room and kitchen.

I think it its funny how different Cherise’s opinion was compared to Emeralds.

“See, I don’t get museum vibes. I get like lived in but neat.” Said Tanya.

“That’s what I feel.” Emerald said.

“It gives me bachelor pad vibes.” Said Ryder.

“I could see where you think that. I mean there really isn’t anything girly here but I never thought about that before.” I said as I looked around. I mean he was right because there wasn’t anything girly here, no girl colors, no fluffy stuff. I could see it.

“I think Emerald could take care of that.” Said Tanya.

Emerald laughed, “I’m not that girly girl. I would always ask too before I did anything. That’s not right.”

I slung an arm over her shoulder, “Honestly, it could use your touch if you think about it.”

“It could but not today. But I love the way it’s decorated so far.” She said as I held her hand as she looked at everything and every detail.

“What’s upstairs?” Asked Tanya.

“So upstairs are the bedrooms and downstairs is the game room, gym and cinema room. The house is bigger than what it looks like from the outside.” I explained.

“Wow.” Emerald gasped. “That is big. So it’s not exactly like your house in the states but it’s a smaller replica.”

“Basically, yes. My parents wanted me to feel comfortable in the states so to speak so they made me a smaller replica of my house.” I explained.

I laughed as Cherise was opening up all the cabinets and doors no matter what room we went into.

“Cherise, that is so rude.” Said Ryder.

“Is not. He said his house is our house.” Said Cherise.

“I don’t think he meant to be snooping like this.” Said Ryder.

“What are you looking for anyway?” Asked Tanya.

“Nothing. I was just curious to see what was behind them. You never know. He said that he liked castles and what do they have?” Asked Cherise.

“I don’t know.” Said Emerald.

“Castles have secret passage ways, duh.” Said Cherise.

I laughed, “Sorry to disappoint you but there’s none of those here.”

“It was worth a shot.” Shrugged Cherise as we made our way to the backyard to where Theo was lazing around in the pool.
