Chapter 65
Rossi
The sun was beginning to set, casting long shadows across the training ground. I watched Aurora as she adjusted the straps on her gloves, her face a mask of determination. She had come a long way since we started these lessons, and I couldn't help but feel a sense of pride.
"Alright, Aurora," I said, stepping onto the mat. "Today, we're going to focus on defending against a frontal attack."
She nodded, her brown eyes steady and focused on mine. "I'm ready, Rossi."
I smiled at her confidence. "Remember, the key to defense is not just about blocking or dodging. It's about anticipation and understanding your opponent's intentions."
I raised my hands, signaling for her to do the same. We both settled into a fighting stance. "First, let's review the basics. Show me your guard position."
Aurora lifted her hands, fists up, protecting her face, elbows tucked in close to her body. Her stance was strong, feet shoulder-width apart, and her weight was balanced. Perfect.
"Good," I said. "Now, let's start with something simple. I'm going to throw a few punches, and I want you to block and counter when you see an opening. Ready?"
She gave a quick nod, her eyes narrowing in concentration.
I started with slow, deliberate punches, aiming for her upper body. Aurora moved with precision, blocking each strike with her forearms and gloves. Her counters were swift but controlled. Her movements were fluid, a testament to her hard work and dedication.
"Nice job," I praised. "Now let's pick up the pace."
I increased the speed and intensity of my attacks, forcing her to react quickly. Aurora met the challenge head-on, her blocks firm and her counters sharp. There was a rhythm to her movements—a dance of defense and offense—that was beautiful to witness.
"Remember to keep your guard up," I reminded her as I threw a quick jab at her face. She blocked it just in time, her counter coming in the form of a swift hook to my ribs.
I grunted in approval. "Good! Now, let's work on evasion. Sometimes the best defense is not to be there when the attack comes. I'm going to throw some combinations, and I want you to focus on dodging and slipping."
Aurora took a deep breath, resetting her stance. I started with a left jab followed by a right cross. She weaved to her left, avoiding the jab, then slipped to her right to dodge the cross. Her movements were getting smoother and more instinctive.
We continued this way for a while, with me increasing the complexity of my attacks and Aurora adapting beautifully. She was learning to read my body language and anticipate where the next strike would come from. Her confidence was growing with each successful evasion.
After a particularly intense session, I called for a break. We both stepped back, breathing heavily but smiling.
"You're doing great, Aurora," I said, handing her a bottle of water. "Your reflexes are sharp, and your counters are getting stronger. How do you feel?"
She took a long drink before answering. "Tired, but good. I can feel the difference. I feel more... in control."
"That's the point," I said with a nod. "Self-defence is about control—controlling the situation, your movements, and your fear. The more you train, the more natural it will become."
Aurora wiped the sweat from her brow, her expression thoughtful. "Do you think I'm ready? I mean, for a real situation?"
I met her gaze, my voice firm but encouraging. "I think you're on the right path. Remember, self-defense is not just about physical skills. It's about awareness and confidence. You've got the skills, and your confidence is growing. Just keep practicing and stay alert."
She nodded, determination shining in her eyes. "I will. Thank you, Rossi."
I smiled, clapping a hand on her shoulder. "Anytime. Now, let's get back to it. We've got more work to do."
As we resumed our training, I couldn't help but feel a swell of pride. Aurora was becoming a formidable fighter, and I knew that with each passing day, she was becoming more capable of defending herself. It was a hard world out there, but she was ready to face it head-on.
After an intense session, we wrapped up our training for the day. The sun had set, leaving a soft twilight in its wake.
Going back into the house, I went straight to the bathroom to freshen up while Aurora practiced more. I stood under the warm water, letting it wash away the sweat and tension from the day's workout. My mind wandered to Aurora, her determination, her growing strength—it was sexy.
Once I was cleaned up and dressed, I headed to the kitchen to fix us dinner. It wasn't long before she emerged, her damp hair falling in loose waves around her shoulders. She wore a simple T-shirt and shorts, yet she looked radiant.
"Feel better?" I asked, a playful smile tugging at my lips.
"Much better," she replied, returning my smile. "I think I could eat a horse right now."
I chuckled. "How about we settle for something less dramatic? I’m making pasta."
"That sounds perfect," she said, her eyes lighting up.
“How are you holding up?” The training was hard, but she never complained, always pushing herself to get better.
"You know," she said, her voice thoughtful. "I never imagined I'd be doing this a few months ago. I am learning to fight and train like this to defend myself from being attacked. It feels... empowering yet scary."
"I'm sorry you got involved in all of this," I said. "It will all be over soon. We’d put an end to it. ."
She looked at me, her gaze softening. "You've been patient, supportive, and protective. I don't know if I could have survived without you."
Her words touched me more than I expected. "You are a strong princess, and I’m sure you will be. The strength was always in you. I just helped you find it."
Our food was ready, and we dug in, the conversation turning to lighter topics. It was nice to just relax and enjoy each other's company without thinking of our problems.
After dinner, we sat down on the couch to watch one of Aurora’s favorite movies, The Notebook. I have watched it with her countless times, so I was barely paying attention to it; instead, my attention was on her body. Drawing circles around her belly, sliding my hands up her shirt and beneath her shorts.
“Rossi, I’m trying to focus on the movie.”
“My focus is on you; don’t you think you should focus on me instead?”
She looked up at me, her expression turning to a sly smile. Without another word, I leaned in, capturing her lips in a gentle, lingering kiss. It was as if the world had faded away, leaving just the two of us at that moment.
I pulled Aurora into my arms, our lips crashing together in a fierce kiss. She responded with equal fervor, her fingers tangling in my hair as she pressed herself closer. Our kisses are growing more urgent. I backed her against the couch, my hands exploring the curves of her body through her clothes. She gasped against my mouth, her nails grazing the back of my neck and sending shivers down my spine.
"I've missed this," she murmured between kisses, her breath hot against my skin.
"Me too," I replied, my voice husky with desire. "You have no idea."
. My hands roamed freely, sliding under her shirt to feel the warmth of her skin. She moaned softly, arching into my touch.
Aurora's hands were just as eager, tugging at my shirt until it was off and tossed carelessly aside. Her fingers traced the lines of my muscles, her touch igniting a fire within me. I kissed my way down her neck, savoring the taste of her skin and the way she shivered under my touch.
I lifted her shirt over her head, revealing the smooth expanse of her torso. My lips followed the path of my hands, kissing and nibbling as I went. She writhed beneath me, her breaths coming in shallow gasps.
"Rossi," she whispered, her voice trembling with need.
I continued my exploration, my kisses growing more intense. Aurora responded eagerly, her hands pulling me closer and urging me on. We lost ourselves in each other; the world outside was forgotten. Our problems dissipated.
Time seemed to blur as we explored each other, with every touch and every kiss heightening the connection between us. It was as if we'd been holding back for too long, and now, finally, we could let go.
Our make-out session grew more heated, and our movements became more urgent. The couch creaked beneath us, and the room was filled with the sounds of our heavy breathing and whispered words. There was a raw, primal need driving us, and we surrendered to it completely.
When we finally broke apart, we were both breathless, our bodies pressing close together. Aurora's cheeks were flushed, her hair was tousled, and she looked more beautiful than ever.
"Wow," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
I smiled, brushing a stray hair from her face. "Yeah, wow."
We lay there for a while, holding each other, the intensity of our emotions slowly giving way to a comfortable warmth.
"I love you, Aurora."
"I love you, Rossi."
She leaned in and began to kiss me, her hands roaming around my body, tracing the lines of my abs.
"So sexy," she whispered, her hands going lower and lower until she slipped her hands unexpectedly into my boxers, and I let out a small moan as she rubbed my head.
"Want to take this to the bedroom instead?"
"Yes," she answered, and I carried her away in bridal style to finish up what she had started. This was going to be a long night, one we so desperately needed.
