Take off your clothes
"Wait a second," Callie said as she moved the mouse, stopping him from getting up. "Know your enemy and know yourself, and you can fight a hundred battles without disaster."
She began examining the woman's information.
Shane watched Callie's profile, a faint smile playing at the corners of his lips, appreciating her attention to detail.
After reading through the woman's details, Callie said, "Getting close to her shouldn't be too difficult."
"Why do you say that?" Shane asked.
"Look here," Callie pointed out. "She's involved in dance evaluation, which means she understands dance. Conveniently, I know a bit about dance myself. Could that be our way in?"
Shane's eyes sparkled as he looked at her. Indeed, this woman had many talents.
She could play the piano, paint, dance, and even had medical skills.
"By the way," Callie suddenly remembered someone. "She might know him."
She pulled out her phone and took a picture of the woman's profile photo. Grabbing Shane's arm, she said, "Do you remember President Jenkins from Regen-Pharm?"
Shane followed her, replying, "Yes, I remember. We've had business dealings with him."
"His wife runs a dance studio, and their students get rated. She might know her," Callie said excitedly.
...
Luckily, Principal Lopez hadn't forgotten about her.
"What brings you here today? You haven't been back since you left," Principal Lopez said as she found her in the dance studio. She warmly invited Callie to her office, complaining a bit while pouring her a glass of water.
Callie explained, "I've been busy with some things, so I haven't had the time to come by, but I haven't forgotten about you."
"Here's your water," Principal Lopez said with a smile, handing it to her.
Callie took the glass but didn't drink from it. Instead, she placed it on the table and pulled out her phone to show her a photo. "Do you know her?"
Principal Lopez took a closer look and said, "Yes, that's Moira, isn't it?"
Callie perked up, "Are you close with her?"
Principal Lopez shook her head, "We're quite familiar with each other, but we don't interact much outside of work."
They were quite familiar with each other due to work interactions.
Every year, she had many students needing evaluations, so she often went over there, and over time, they became well- acquainted and even friends outside of work.
"I want to meet her. Can you introduce us? Also, do you know what she likes?" Callie asked eagerly, desperate to know more.
"I heard she likes watching plays," Principal Lopez said, looking at Callie. "Why are you so interested in her?"
"I want to be friends with her,"she replied with a smile.
Principal Lopez was a smart person and could tell that Callie had more than just friendship in mind, but since she didn't elaborate, she didn't press further.
"How about I arrange a dinner so you can meet her?" Principal Lopez suggested.
Callie thought about it and felt it might seem too deliberate. It would be more appropriate to meet through work-related matters, which would also avoid raising any suspicions.
Seeing her hesitation, Principal Lopez added, "How about you deliver the evaluation list for me this time?"
Callie's eyes lit up. "That sounds perfect."
Principal Lopez smiled, walked over to her desk, picked up the neatly organized documents, and handed them to her. "Thank you for your help."
Callie knew that Principal Lopez was helping her out and said, "You're really helping me. I won't forget your kindness."
"You helped me before, remember?" Principal Lopez replied, recalling the time Callie had assisted him.
"Well, you should get back to work. I'll be on my way," Callie said.
Seeing that she was in a hurry, Principal Lopez didn't hold her up. "Alright, once it's delivered, they'll need to make a certificate. They'll call me directly, so you don't need to come back just to inform me."
Callie appreciated her thoughtfulness. "I do have some things to take care of. I'll treat you to a meal sometime."
Principal Lopez smiled and agreed.
Callie left with her things and found Shane waiting for her in the car outside.
"I'm heading to the cultural center. I can just grab a cab. If you're busy, you can go ahead," Callie said, standing by the driver's side window.
Shane replied, "Hop in. I'll take you there."
He indeed had things to attend to, but he still made time to drop her off.
Callie had no choice but to get in.
She fastened her seatbelt.
Shane asked, "Are you sure you're okay?"
"Don't worry, I won't cause you any trouble. I can take care of myself. My goal is to rescue Leif, not to put myself in danger. Besides, I believe my approach won't raise any suspicion," she said confidently.
It was as if she was deliberately reassuring Shane that she would be fine and he didn't need to worry.
He knew she was smart, but after all, she was still a woman.
If she encountered someone using brute force, she wouldn't be able to fight back.
"Don't let your guard down."
"Got it," Callie responded.
After that, the car fell into silence.
Neither of them spoke.
Callie wanted to say something, but she found herself at a loss for words.
Soon, the car arrived at the cultural center. She got out and said, "Drive safely."
Shane looked at her and said, "I will."
Callie walked inside. She wasn't familiar with the place, so she had to ask around to find the department where she could submit the documents. She was fortunate; the person working there was Moira.
She knocked on the open door to get her attention. "Hello, I'm here to submit the rating list."
"Hand it over," Moira said, sitting in front of her computer.
Today, her makeup was light, quite different from how she looked when she appeared at the hospital.
That day at the hospital, she had just finished performing in a play. Her makeup was heavy, and she hadn't removed it before going to the hospital. The reason for her visit was that Damian had discovered she hadn't been taking her birth control pills and insisted she get checked to ensure she wasn't pregnant.
Callie Norris handed her the list, just about to make small talk when her phone suddenly rang.
Moira picked up her phone and stood up to take the call outside. Seeing that Callie hadn't left yet, she said, "Leave the list with me, and you can go."
With that, she headed towards the staircase.
Callie Norris pretended to leave but quietly followed her when she saw her enter the stairwell.
Moira answered the phone as she walked downstairs.
"Damian, heavens," she muttered, opening the back door and spotting him standing there. She walked over to him.
Callie hid behind the door, watching Moira and the man standing by the flowerbed.
This was the first time Callie had seen him.
"What brings you here?" Moira's happiness at his appearance was evident.
"We should break up," Damian said bluntly.
Moira was caught completely off guard!
Her mind went blank.
Her whole body felt cold.
"Why? I’m not pregnant, am I? Why do you still want to break up?" When they got together, Damian had told her he didn't like kids.
Moira had been obedient, and she herself didn't want kids either. She wanted to enjoy a few more years of just the two of them.
But what she didn't know was that his dislike for kids wasn't genuine; he simply didn't want her to have any.
She wasn't his choice for a wife!
Having a child would be troublesome, so Damian claimed he didn't like kids.
Moira, naive as she was, believed his lie.
"No reason, I'm just tired of it," he said coldly.
She truly loved him. "Please, Damian, I'll do whatever you say..."
"I don't like being clung to." With that, Damian started walking towards his car parked by the roadside. Moira rushed forward and grabbed his arm, her voice choked with emotion, "Damian, please tell me what I did wrong. Don't treat me like this."
He impatiently shook off her hand.
"I told you, don't cling to me. Don't you understand?"
"Damian..."
Moira tried to step forward, but he pushed her away with enough force that she lost her balance and fell to the ground.
She looked up, tears welling up in her eyes. "Are you really breaking up with me?"
He replied coldly, "Yes."
As he got into the car, he received a phone call. "You found her? Are you sure? It's definitely a woman who has given birth?"
Hearing the word "child," Callie perked up with interest!
She wondered if the child Damian mentioned was Leif.
From a distance, she couldn't hear clearly, only catching the sensitive word "child."
Damian stood by the car door, continuing his conversation on the phone, "Bring the person here. I need to see them."
He was looking for a woman who had given birth because Leif had been crying a lot and refused to drink formula. From his online research, Damian learned that babies might refuse formula because they want breast milk. So, he asked someone to find a woman who had given birth, thinking she could nurse him and stop his constant crying.
In reality, Leif wasn't crying because he didn't want formula. It was because the formula they gave him wasn't the same brand he was used to. The taste was different, and he couldn't adapt. If they switched back to the original brand, he would surely drink it.
But Damian didn't know that.
After the person on the other end agreed, he hung up the phone. As he got into the car, he glanced at Moira standing not far away. He took a deep breath, wanting to show some concern, but he was afraid she might still have hope. So, he coldly got into the car and drove away.
Callie was anxious. Damian had just mentioned a child on the phone. Was he going to see the child now?
But with just her two legs, she knew she couldn't catch up with a car.
So, she quickly took a photo of the license plate and sent it to Shane.
And then she sent him a message, "Can you track down this car? I suspect he's going to meet Leif."
Skyreach Corporation.
President's Office.
Shane was in the middle of a conversation with Henry when his phone buzzed. He glanced at the screen, saw the message, and raised an eyebrow slightly. He replied, "Got it."
"What's up?" Henry asked.
Shane looked at him but didn't say anything.
He had tasked Henry with keeping a close watch on the second family's every move, even monitoring their household staff to leave no stone unturned.
Just moments ago, the surveillance team had reported that Damian was secretly looking for women who had given birth.
Shane had been puzzled about why he would be searching for such women, but Callie's message seemed to clarify things.
Damian's search for a woman who had given birth had to be related to a child.
"Make sure the surveillance team stays on him," Shane ordered.
"Understood," Henry replied.
...
Meanwhile, Callie approached Moira and said, "Your knee is scraped. Let me clean it up for you."
Moira quickly wiped her face, feeling embarrassed and exposed rather than grateful.
"No need," she replied coldly.
"I just happened to run into you... I wasn't trying to make fun of you. I wanted to help clean your wound because I'm a doctor, and that's what I do," Callie said calmly. Her tone was neither sympathetic nor ingratiating; she simply wanted to help.
"Since you don't need my help, I'll be on my way," Callie said, turning and walking away without hesitation.
Moira felt too embarrassed to call her back and limped towards the hallway.
Distracted, she accidentally twisted her ankle. "Ouch!"
Callie quickly came back to help her up. "It's my professional habit," she said.
Moira pressed her lips tightly together. "Thanks. I'm sorry for my attitude earlier. Please don't mind."
She had just gone through a breakup and was feeling down, which naturally put her in a bad mood.
Callie understood. Their office had a first aid kit, and she efficiently cleaned her scraped knee.
Watching Callie's skilled and professional movements, Moira asked, "Are you really a doctor?"
Callie smiled. "Yes, I am. Do you want me to show you my medical license?"
"Since you're a doctor, why did you bring me the list? Shouldn't Principal Lopez or another dance teacher be doing this? And I've never seen you before," Moira asked, her curiosity aroused. Why was a doctor here?
She responded smoothly, "I'm just helping out. Principal Lopez had an emergency and asked me to handle it."
Moira nodded in understanding.
"Are you okay?" Callie asked gently.
Moira knew what she was referring to and spoke with a bitter tone, "We weren't together for long, but the days we spent together were so happy. He would come to watch my plays, take me out to eat delicious food, stroll hand in hand with me, and let me rest my head on his shoulder while watching movies..."
As she recalled these memories, her eyes began to well up with tears.
"I understand that we weren't a good match. He is the heir of the Robinson Family, and I'm just an unknown small-time actress. How could we ever have a future together? It's just that the breakup was so sudden, I can't quite accept it. But I knew this day would come sooner or later."
Callie listened carefully and then asked tentatively, "Did he break up with you because of another woman? Men can be so fickle."
Moira thought carefully for a moment. "I don't think so, but he's been pretty busy these past few days."
"What's he busy with?" Callie asked, pretending to be casual.
"I'm not sure." Moira suddenly realized that her questions were about him, and she became wary. "Why are you asking about him?"
Callie put on a confused expression. "I don't even know him. Why would I ask about him? I'm just like you, hurt by men before, so I asked, worried he might be like the guy who hurt me—a jerk."
Hearing that Callie had also been dumped, Moira felt an instant connection, as if the distance between them had shortened.
Her guard dropped.
"How long did it take you to get over it?" Moira asked.
Callie replied, "Over time, the sadness faded. I even drowned my sorrows in alcohol."
Moira nodded in understanding. "Yeah, time heals all wounds."
"I just heard him on the phone, and it sounded like he mentioned a woman and a child. Do you think he might be seeing someone else?" Callie was trying to gather information, so she kept steering the conversation back to Damian.
Now that Moira had calmed down, she recalled his phone call and realized he might have indeed said something like that.
"I have to find out the truth."
Callie offered, "Do you need any help?"
Moira looked at her, "We're not really close..."
"If you don't mind, we could become friends. If you need—"
"Sure," Moira interrupted her. At this moment, she needed someone to give her advice, and Callie had gone through a breakup before.
"What's your name?" she asked.
"I'm Callie."
"I'm Moira."
"I'll go ask for some time off. Wait for me," Moira said, determined to find out why Damian broke up with her.
"Okay," Callie agreed.
Soon, Moira had gotten the time off, and the two of them took a cab to find Damian.
Moira knew where he lived.
But he wasn't there.
"Could he be somewhere else?" Moira squinted her eyes in thought.
Callie took the opportunity to ask, "Where do you think he might be?"
"He runs an underground casino. Not many people know about it, and he's only taken me there once or twice," Moira explained.
Callie's eyes widened in surprise. He runs a casino?
"Do you know where it is?" she asked.
Moira nodded and said, "Yes, I do."
She gave the driver an address, "Driver, please take us to the South Pier."
Callie was even more surprised.
"The casino is at the pier?"
"Why are you so surprised?" Moira asked, looking at her.
Callie quickly composed herself and smiled. "I'm a doctor, and my hobby is dancing. I've never been involved in gambling, especially not in an underground casino. It sounds thrilling and I'm just really curious..."
Moira responded, "Well, let me tell you, but keep it to yourself. This kind of operation is illegal, and if he gets caught, he'll be in serious trouble."
Callie assured her she wouldn't tell anyone, then shifted the conversation. "He's breaking up with you, and you're still worried about him?"
"After all, we did spend time together," Moira said softly, her tone filled with helplessness and sadness. "Even if we break up, I don't want to see him go to jail."
"Didn't you say he's from the Robinson Family? They're rich and powerful, right? That shouldn't happen," Callie asked, pretending to be clueless.
Moira explained, "Although I don't know everything about his situation, I do know one thing—he has a grudge with his cousin. That's why he runs the casino in secret, without alerting anyone. If his cousin weren't out to get him, he wouldn't be afraid of anything."
Callie lowered her gaze gently.
Because she knew that the cousin Moira mentioned was Shane.
She remembered him once saying that Damian's mother had tried to kill him.
There was definite animosity between them.
Callie thought this information would be very useful to Shane. Pretending to play on her phone, she sent the message to Shane and added a note, "Don't act rashly. I've already made contact with Moira. I'll go in and check out the situation."
With Leif still missing, it wasn't wise to make any sudden moves.
If Damian was cornered, Leif could be in danger.
The top priority was to rescue him.
When Shane received her message, his face darkened.
He had always suspected that Damian wasn't just spending family money; he must have been up to something in secret.
He had asked Henry to investigate, but so far, Henry had found nothing.
Callie, on the other hand, had managed to uncover some information fast.
Shane wasn't pleased because Henry's efficiency seemed to be declining.
"Be careful," he replied.
Callie was about to go in and investigate. He was worried; if Damian found out, it could be dangerous.
"I know," Callie replied, then hung up the phone.
"What do you think I should say when I see him?" Moira suddenly hesitated, feeling she might have been too impulsive.
He had already mentioned breaking up, and here she was, still clinging on. Would he find her annoying?
"You're already breaking up. Don't you want to know why? Is he just losing interest, or is there someone else? You have the right to know. Do you really want to break up without understanding why?" Callie encouraged her.
If she backed out now, Callie wouldn't be able to go to the casino.
Moira thought about it and realized Callie had a point.
He wanted to break up.
She just wanted an answer; that wasn't too much to ask, right?
She deserved that, didn't she?
Before long, the car arrived at the South Pier. Callie paid the fare.
They got out of the car.
The place was filled with cargo ships.
It was a freight dock, so there were many ships around.
There were also lots of containers on the shore.
A casino in a place like this?
Callie couldn't see any sign of one.
With a slightly mocking tone, she said, "Running a casino here? Is it in one of the containers? Or maybe on a ship?"
She glanced at her and replied, "In the containers on the ship."
Callie was speechless.
Indeed.
That would be hard to discover.
"I don't get it. I heard from him, saying he's not afraid of being caught. If someone finds out, he just sails the ship into international waters, and no one can do anything about it," Moira explained.
Callie's face turned cold. "Yeah. Quite the plan."
Gambling was strictly prohibited and illegal. Damian not only did it but also came up with such a cunning trick.
If it weren't for Moira telling her, she would never have guessed that there was a casino hidden in the shipping terminal.
"Come on, I'll take you there." Moira led her to a small boat. There were two crew members on the boat. Anyone wanting to enter the casino had to pass through this boat.
Luckily, the two crew members recognized Moira and allowed her to board.
But they hadn't seen Callie before and stopped her. "You can't come aboard."
"She's with me," Moira said. "She's my friend. Your boss told me not to tell anyone, and I haven't. My friend knows too. I'm here to see your boss today. He's here, right?"
Last time, Damian had his arm around Moira.
Everyone knew she was his woman.
Given her statement, the two crew members had no choice but to let Callie board the ship.
"But you all need to hand over your phones."
Moira, understanding the rules, was the first to power off her phone and hand it over.
Callie needed her phone to contact Shane.
If she handed it over, she wouldn't be able to reach Shane if she discovered any news about Leif.
"This..."
"It's the rule. They don't want anyone on the ship to contact the outside world," Moira explained, seeing her hesitation.
Callie reluctantly handed over her phone. "Alright."
She powered it off and passed it to the crew.
Only after they had surrendered their phones did the crew start the boat!
After half an hour of sailing, Callie spotted a cargo ship in the distance, loaded with containers.
Moira pointed and said, "That's the one."
Callie frowned slightly. "So many containers?"
She had expected just one or two... but there were at least twenty.
The crew member, feeling a bit proud and thinking Callie was inexperienced, boasted, "This ship can hold three hundred people, sometimes even four hundred when it's crowded. But today, there are just over a hundred."
Her eyes widened in shock. Hundreds of people?
This really was a casino.
She had to admit, Damian had guts!
As they approached the large ship, the crew set up a wooden board between the two vessels. Moira turned to Callie and said, "Let's go."
She nodded.
They carefully walked across and boarded the large ship.
Once on board, Callie said, "I'll wait here. You go find him."
"You're not coming with me?" Moira asked.
Callie replied, "It's better if I don't. I'm an outsider, and it might make things awkward for you. You go talk to him, and I'll wait here. Once you have the answer to your question, we can leave."
Moira thought about it and agreed. After all, the matters between her and Damian needed to be settled privately. She nodded, "Alright, thank you for coming with me."
Callie smiled.
She felt a pang of guilt. She had deceived Moira.
Moira's easy trust in her showed how innocent she was.
And Callie had taken advantage of that.
She didn't accompany her because she feared Damian might recognize her. Plus, her real reason for boarding the ship was to gather information!
Moira took a deep breath and walked further inside, while Callie sprang into action.
The ship was huge, and there was no one outside; everyone was inside the containers.
She peeked into one container and saw a dozen men gathered around a table. She didn't understand the game they were playing, but she noticed a beautiful woman dressed in a bunny costume standing in the middle of the table, which had a hole just big enough for someone to stand and roll dice.
The men around the table were gambling.
The woman was dealing cards to them!
Each gambler had a pile of chips in front of them.
Callie quietly moved away, realizing that this scene offered no clues she needed.
Suddenly, she heard a cry!
Her expression tightened.
Where was that crying coming from?
She immediately followed the sound and found Moira and Damian inside a red shipping container.
There was also a woman inside, sobbing uncontrollably.
The crying had come from this woman.
Callie frowned. This woman looked so young. Could she be the mother he had found?
"Who told you to come here, huh?" Damian's face was dark with anger.
He glared fiercely at Moira.
He had decided to break up with Moira to protect her from Shane, fearing that he would find this place.
But she had come anyway.
How could Damian not be furious?
Moira didn't understand his anger. She thought he was embarrassed and angry because she had caught him with this woman.
This was the first time she had seen Damian so enraged!
"You're breaking up with me because of this woman?" she choked out, unable to control her sobs.
When she entered the room, she had seen the woman taking off her shirt in front of Damian.
This was his office.
What else could they be doing in here with her shirt off?
Even a fool could figure it out.
Her heart ached terribly.
She never expected—he could truly betray her!
Damian didn't offer an explanation. "Yes."
Moira's tears flowed even more fiercely.
She couldn't control her emotions. "How could you do this to me?"
Wiping her tears away forcefully, she declared, "Fine, if we're breaking up, then we're breaking up. It's no big deal. You can find other women, and I can find other men."
With that, Moira turned to leave.
The thought of her seeking out another man, her delicate body under someone else's, drove Damian to the brink. He stepped forward and grabbed her wrist. "Don't act out of spite."
Moira turned back to look at him. "I'm not acting out of spite. I'm not just saying this to hurt you. If you can find other women, why can't I find other men?"
She challenged him.
Damian, who never explained himself to anyone, made an exception this time. "She's a wet nurse. She was just undressing to pump milk..."
"Why do you need a wet nurse?" Moira asked.
Damian couldn't say, so he let go of her.
To Moira, his actions were an admission, a sign that he had nothing to say in his defense.
"Damian, I never thought you were this kind of person. No, it was my foolish fantasy to think I was different from other women. Turns out, you're just a filthy man!" Her voice was filled with the despair of a broken heart.
The tone was equally cold.
Damian offered no explanation. "Since you know, leave. Don't come back."
Moira smiled faintly. "I won't come back."
With that, she strode out.
Damian didn't stop her but instead ordered his men to take the woman with the milk away.
Watching his retreating figure, her heart felt like ice.
She couldn't help but laugh at herself.
What was she still hoping for?
She wiped away her tears.
Love isn't everything in life.
Losing it doesn't mean the end.
Taking a deep breath, she remembered that Callie had come with her. Why wasn't she waiting here?
Where was she?
Moira started looking for her.
"Callie," she called out as she searched.
Her voice reached Damian's ears.
He walked over. "What did you just call?"
"Callie," Moira replied. "Why?"
"She's on the ship?" his eyes narrowed.
Moira, puzzled by his sudden change in expression, explained, "She just came with me to find you. She's my friend. She won't say anything. I'll find her and leave..."
"Your friend?" Damian's eyebrows twitched. "Do you know who she is?"
Moira had a bad feeling in her gut. "A friend I just met..."
"Just met?" Damian gritted his teeth. "And you brought her on board?"
"Why are you so angry? Who is she?" Moira asked.
Is Callie someone special?
"She's Shane's wife!" Damian said, trying to calm his anger. "Anyway, it's good we found out early. She can't escape now that she's on the boat."
Moira was stunned.
"So, she approached me with a purpose?"
"What do you think?" Damian replied. "I broke up with you to keep you out of this mess, but it seems it was too late. You've already been targeted. Let's not hide anything anymore. That woman, Callie, used you to get information about her child."
"You kidnapped her child?" Moira was shocked.
"Yes, that child is very important to me. As long as I have him, I can threaten Shane. He'll have to hand over his company shares."
"And that woman just now..."
"I brought her here to feed the child," Damian answered simply, then added, "The kid was crying a lot, so I had her come to feed him."
Moira suddenly realized, "Did I misunderstand you?"
"What do you think?" Damian sighed.
Since Moira already knew, and she was being watched, there was no need to break up anymore. "Come with me."
Damian ordered his men to find someone, "Make sure you find her."
The ship wasn't that big.
There was nowhere to hide.
Moira apologized to him, "I'm sorry, I caused you trouble."
Damian hugged her, "Not really. If we catch her, I'll have two pieces of leverage to threaten Shane. It's not a bad thing."
Moira still felt guilty, thinking she had brought trouble to him.
He didn't break up with her because he had fallen for someone else, but because he wanted to protect her. Realizing this, she started to feel a bit remorseful, thinking she had been too impulsive.
She needed to calm down.
Callie could swim. To avoid being found, she hid in a lifebuoy attached to the ship's outer wall, clutching the rope and leaning against the ship.
However, the people searching for her, unable to find her inside the ship, also thought to look outside.
Soon enough, she was spotted.
"Here, over here!" The person who saw her shouted, and soon his companions gathered around.
"Let's go check it out too," Damian said, wrapping his arm around Moira's shoulder.
Damian's men didn't immediately capture Callie because they knew she couldn't hold on for long in that position.
They all stood around, watching her struggle with amusement.
Damian walked over, looking down at her with a smirk. "This is the sea. Do you really think you can escape? You had a path to heaven, but you chose to barge into hell. Don't blame me for being ruthless."
With that, he signaled his men to pull Callie up.
Callie glanced at the sea below. Jumping in would mean certain death. The shore was too far, and no matter how good a swimmer she was, she couldn't make it. Plus, the deep sea was filled with dangerous creatures.
"No need to grab me. I'll come up myself."
After much thought, she decided to climb up on her own.
Damian's men instantly surrounded her, as if she might try to escape.
"Stand back," Damian ordered. He knew that on this ship, she had nowhere to run. Otherwise, she wouldn't have climbed up so obediently.
"You approached me on purpose?" Moira stepped out from Damian's embrace and walked up to her.
The two women stared at each other.
Callie had indeed used Moira first, leaving her with no words to argue back.
"I had no choice but to do this to find my child..."
Before she could finish her explanation, Moira raised her hand and aimed a slap at her face!
"Stop!"
