Chapter 39- Jack Jack, let’s play

Jack's POV

Well shit.

Shit, shit, shit.

Crystal and Aarav in same location?

That is fucking shit.

I need to find out.

And the girl was traded. Trade to kill.

She was meant to be killed but who.

"What should we do? " Ask Kevin.

"Find their present location" I said.

"You all listened. Now dig in" Yell Kevin.

"Alright Kevin, I called Rolx the buyer of Julian. He said someone brought the girl from him" I inform Kevin.

"But isn't that against rules? " He asks.

"Yes. Whoever brought the girl offered him huge sum. More than Rolx paid for girl" I said.

"Maybe it was some relative of the girl? " Suggest Kevin.

"You are right. This can be a case" I nod But for that someone must have revealed the location of the girl.

Only I, Kevin, Elijah and our buyer know the location.

Does that mean someone has bugged in the whole system of ours?

Sam knew hacking and he is missing. But I don't think he was in the condition to do such thing.

"But for that someone must have revealed Julian's location" I said "Good point. But only we know the location and the buyer. Do you think Julian contact her relative from Rolx's place? " He asks.

"No. The girls are broken before shipping out. No one ever did that" I said.

"Then? " He asks.

I looked at the hacker who gave us Aarav and Crystal's location, "you" I point at him "Track the Rolx Raymond's number, New York" I order He nods hesitantly and started typing.

I look at the other one, "you, I need you to give ME the call history of everyone working in this office with their location. Including me"

He looked at Kevin for approval "Are you doubting us too? " Kevin ask angrily.

I have him a glare, "No. I am trying to find the rat here. You don't need to worry if you are innocent"

I then looked at hacker, he was looking at us. I raise my eyebrow, silently questioning him why he is sitting like a moron.

He gulps and started typing on his laptop.

I pace around the office.

Why am I feeling like something bad is going to happen?

I think I should call zo-

"Got the contact history sir" Yell the hacker happily.

I looked at him to see him standing proudly beside me, "where is it? " I ask.

He hands me his iPad.

"I need hard copy" I said.

He looks around the room for printer.

Kevin's secretary scurry in with small printer.

I might get something from here.

The guy hand me the contact details of mine first. That almost made me strangle him.

He hands me the call history of Kevin after mine.

I studied it closely. Nothing wrong. Nothing out of place.

He hands me Elijah's call history.

I was halfway through when the other hacker caught my attention.

"A private number called Rolx exactly 32 days ago and then a sum amount of $100000 dollar was transferred into his account." He said.

"Whose number was that? " I ask.

"I don't know. These number are confidential, but I can try to find out" He suggest.

" DO IT THEN YOU BASTARD" I yell.

"Sir, all the call details are here" Hacker said.

I inhale deeply and threw Elijah's details towards Kevin. "Check it" I said.

"Have a drink. You are being too rough" Said Kevin offering me a glass of whiskey.

I was getting angrier with each passing second.

Taking a deep breath, I sat on the couch. Drinking my whiskey in two gulps I rest my head on the back of the couch.

"Better? " Ask Kevin "Give me another" I ask closing my eyes.

Kevin pours me another one and I drank that too.

This calm me somewhat. But I am not even close to dizzy My mind was working a hundred mile per second.

I worked hard for so long. So much pain, my whole life.

No one was there to love me.

No one to hold me and tell me that it's okay to rest.

I need to rest.

I want to be calm.

The calm that Zoe gives me was beyond anything.

Her presence itself it enough for me to be happy.

I just want to hold her hand and take my vows.

I want to hold her when she falls asleep.

I want to make her smile.

The way her eyes twinkle when she looks at me.

The way she touches me. Her touch so soft. So innocent.

I want to tease her to see that cute little pout on her face.

I want to hold her when she finds out about her pregnancy.

I want to be yelled by her for not buying her junk snacks.

I want her to scold me every day for putting wet towel on bed.

I want to convince her when she is mad at me. Then take her on date.

I want her to surprise me with our pregnancy.

I want her to yell at me for the mood swings she got with pregnancy.

I want to spoil my children, 4 at least. I want to watch her scolding them for troubling her.

It's weird feeling which I never experienced, and it only grows more with every second.

Even if I am angry with her, she somehow makes me forget that.

Just like now.

Just the thought of her vanished my anger.

I can't wait.

I am desperate but not fool enough to put her life in danger for this.

I saw the fear in her eyes today when driver hold her.

Her terrified eyes when she saw his dead body.

I don't want this life for her.

I will have to change this.

I am used to being target but not her.

She won't be able to handle it. She will break.

I won't be able to watch her break.

After few minutes I open my eyes to see Kevin looking at me angrily.

"What? " I ask.

"We need to talk" He said.

I compose myself. Kevin kicked everyone out of the room.

"Look at this" He hand me a folder.

I look at Kevin before opening it.

It had a printout of the map and the exact location of Aarav and Crystal?

I check it again and yes, it is.

Kevin and I share a look for storming out of the office.

"ELIJAH" I yell.

Elijah came rushing out with the gun in his hand, ready to shoot.

"I was just leaving" He said.

"No. We found out the location of Crystal and Aarav. Let's go" I said leaving no room for argument.

He nods and follow me.

We rush out of the building.

A car was standing outside, ready for us.

"Let's use my car" Said Kevin pulling me towards his car.

"Why? " Ask Elijah "Because mine is safer" He replied and slid in driver's seat.

I gesture my men to be with us.

"Do we really need so many men? " Ask Kevin as I slid in passenger seat "I think we should just take my men with us. Less number more efficient" Said Elijah closing the back door of car.

Kevin yell to men to follow us ignoring Elijah's comment before taking off.

I was too occupied to even think about their bickering.

Aarav and Crystal's location was in an abandoned building in the construction site near the edge of the city.

"How did you find their location? " Asks Elijah.

"Hackers" Replied Kevin.

"Show me the location" Asks Elijah.

"Just get your gun ready and stop being bitch," yelled Kevin.

Aarav and Crystal are working together. That means Crystal was the bitch who drew out information from the company and Aarav handled the other work.

I can never imagine him doing all the dirty work. He was as sensitive as Zoe. Sensitive man.

I really appreciate him for fighting so hard against me. Did he really thought he would snatch her away from me?

And Crystal, Crystal, Crystal.

The bitch will be in my personal cell soon begging me to kill her but I won't.

I will skin her alive.

How dare she send me the picture of her touching my love?

But...

I was thinking and the same thought voiced Kevin, "Why do you think crystal send you her picture with Zoe? "

"To provoke him" Replied Elijah.

"Why?" Ask Kevin.

"What if Crystal didn't send that picture?" ask Kevin.

"Why would Aarav send those pictures of his sister? " I ask.

"What if someone else is behind all this? Some one big? " Ask Kevin.

"Well, we will find out when we catch them" I replied.

"And about Angel and Zoe. Where are they? " Ask Kevin.

"Safe" Replied Elijah.

"Exact location" I ask.

"Angel in safe house with Max and Zoe is still on move. She will soon be at your lake house" He replied.

Elijah never liked the idea of girl living permanently in our living life.

He thought that makes us vulnerable.

Girls gives soft spot to the enemies, easiest to attack.

But angel changed his way of thinking.

And now he again is angry that Zoe is soft spot in our lives.

"Almost there" whispered Kevin.

The car was running fast, too fast. And rough.

He slowed down the car when building came in view.

Our men were following just behind us and 2 cars ahead of us for safety reasons.

The first two car stopped, and men enter the building.

We got out of the car and followed just behind.

The building was rusty and old with 5 stories.

Typical hiding place.

I enter first followed by Kevin and Elijah.

The other men surround the building from every side and barged in from other entrances.

"Check every corner. If you see anyone bring them to us alive" Bark Kevin.

The men soon dispersed in every direction.

I enter the large room. No one was in there except for a small table and wrappers of snacks.

Someone might have spent here the night.

"Ground floor clear" Inform a man.

"First floor clear" Inform the other.

"Second floor clear" Someone shout.

The building was abandoned. Even a small voice turned into echo.

I heard a shrill pleading of a girl followed by grunts of a men.

Gotcha.

Elijah looked at me with a sinister smile plastered on his face.

"Bring them down" Bark Elijah.

Soon they were dragged down, an almost naked teenage girl holding some bedsheet sort of on her body and struggling to get free.

And a boy in same state punching our men.

"Fuck" I said under my breath.

"Please let us go" Beg the girl continuously.

"Let them go" I said waving my hand in dismissive manner.

I pinch the bridge of my nose while pacing around.

"Boss" A man came breathing heavily.

"What? " I snap.

"You should come to fourth floor" He said.

"What's there? " Ask Kevin.

I didn't wait from his reply and sped off to the fourth floor.

This is the new experience of anxiety that I experience.

I look around frantically as soon as I reach.

I saw hallway that led to four room and a lobby.

"What should I see? " I snap.

"Here," the guy led me to the last room on right.

A small room with a small table in the middle.

I head footsteps behind me as I move forward.

The table had the picture of the Zoe and me.

The picture of angel.

The picture of me and Zoe in car.

The picture of Kevin with Angel.

"Look at that" Said Kevin motioning towards the wall.

"Get ready to fight" I read the words written on the wall.

I turn to see Elijah nowhere.

"The Elijah boss got the call. Zoe is missing. And Riley got shot" Inform my man.

"What in bloody hell" Shout Kevin.
