When I was done in the shower, I went looking for Jojo it was time for us to leave, I threw a few stuff in my duffel bag which means I was ready to go. I found Jojo in the living room with her eyes closed but a huge smile on her face. “Jojo?” I asked as I walked in. She open her eyes and looked at me “Benji are we ready to go?” “Yes, but first that smile what is that for?” “Well, I just send my mother a message that my phone will be off the whole week and that I’m safe with you. I told her I was cutting out the background noise and only focusing on our relationship then I put my phone off.” “You didn’t?” I asked her with a smile on my face; I was getting the idea my mother and her mother was the cause of her anxiety or why she jumps so quickly. “I did and it feels great.” “Well in that case.” I gave her my phone “You want to do the honors?” “You can’t do that what if the doctor calls you? Or your father for business?” “My father knows I’m here to get to know you, my mother doesn’t know I’m in the states yet and the doctor can leave a message I’ll just listen to them when we get there.” “You sure?” “If you can do it then I can as well.” I gave my phone to her and let her put the phone off. I can’t remember when last, I totally put my phone off, but this will be good for us to concentrate just on the two of us will be the best thing we can do for each other.
I held my hand out to her and said “Come let’s go.” She took my hand and grabbed her handbag and we were out of the Hotel and in the SUV in no time. We drove in silence to the airport I didn’t take my phone to look at anything and she didn’t look at her phone. I took her hand which made her look at me “This is refreshing.” “What?” “Not having to be on my phone constantly, we actually need to talk to one another.” “It is right?” “So do you have a house in the Hamptons?” I asked her “No we don’t, but we do have one in the Seychelles and Hawaii.” “Oh nice.” “Have you ever been?” she asked me “Hawaii yes but never the Seychelles.” “Maby we should go on our honeymoon I love the Seychelles it’s my favorite place on earth. To be honest I think my dad bought that place just for me. My mother doesn’t like it because the flight is to long. Which means we only goes there when it’s my birthday and my dad wants to surprise me and then it’s against my mothers will.” “How long is a flight?” “About 24 hrs.” “I’m sure we will get something to keep us busy.” I said winking at her. “Should I even ask what?” She said blushing. She was still so innocent, fine she’s not a virgin anymore but she was innocent and I’m going to enjoy corrupting her, molding her to what I like. What other man can say that these days? Believe me not many. “You’ll just have to wait and see.” I said smiling at her.
We stopped at the airport right in front of the air plane, our family private jet, it won’t be long before my mother finds out I’m here and took Jojo to the Hamptons, that is if she doesn’t know already. I don’t even know if our parents are close. As we took our seats in the plane I had to ask her, “Can I ask you something?” She gave me a look; she told me last night I can ask her anything “Is our parents close?” She looked out the window before she looked back at me “Well I don’t think our mothers are, as for our fathers I’m sure they see each other more then our mothers do. In all the years I was only invited to your parent’s house when I had to meant your people.” “Our people?” I asked confused “That was my reaction as well. That was also why I had to break up with Morne for the event and then the fucker. Sorry for my language.” I just smiled at her because really, we all swear. “Was there in any case.” “And the people you had to meet?” I was very intrigued by the people she had to meet, “I think there where cousins and nephews, obviously your family’s attorney telling me I had to sign a pre nup and I should bring my lawyer with. And then just business people to tell you the truth I didn’t stay to long, after I saw Morne I got sick literally I was sick for a week after that party. My mother wanted to force me to stay but your mother heard me vomit and said I should use the back door.” “Oh, how kind of her.” I said sarcastically. Your mom didn’t see us we overheard everything.” I pulled her off her chair and made her sit on my lap. “I’m sorry you had to go through all of this alone Jojo, if I knew what a nice person you where I would have been here years ago.” “Years?” She asked with her eye brows raised. “Yes, Jojo years.” “No Benji I think you came at the right time, I needed to see all the side of both our parents and I needed to see what Morne was all about or else I might have blamed you for breaking us up. But now now I can speak to you freely and openly. Because I have no resentment towards you. And you?” She asked “What? Do I have any resentment towards you? Is that what you are asking me?”
