What's wrong with me.
We arrived midway into the event, when I say we, I meant Finn and I.
I watched as everyone stared at us in astonishment, they whispered inaudible words to each other, their eyes prying on how close we both held each other.
From the way we dressed, one could say we had spent ages preparing for this night, as I was dressed in a beautiful body-fitting dinner gown, long and simple with a trend line cut that exposed a half section of my tights. My hair, held up in a bun and curls that fell just below my chin, everyone was perfect! My make-up, and most importantly Finn. He looked more dashing than ever and at some point I began to wonder why most of the girls were after the triplets when Finn was a big catch too.
The party seemed to stop for a few minutes and for some reason I was already starting to feel nervous, my hands had begun to shake vigorously and I felt Finn place his hands on mine which seemed to calm me down.
“Relax Alice,”
“Alicia.” I corrected, with a small chuckle.
He had a way of putting a smile on my face and even though I knew we didn't mean much to each other, just stage a relationship but I was so enjoying this!
Just as I picked a cup of wine and tossed it with him, the triplets barged into the room, enraged, furious and angry like they were ready to devour someone.
I already knew who they were searching for, and I rolled my eyes wanting for the worst to happen.
“Where is she?” Alex barked at Finn who seemed rather nonchalantly.
I had drifted away from the drama and watched from a little distance, just to be on a safer side.
“Who?” Finn scoffed, running his hands through his hair.
“Aii, don't pretend like you don't know what I'm saying, she was right here with you.” came Arnold's voice.
“Sorry guys but if you want me to help you, you've got to be more specific.” Finn Casually replied, his eyes wandering away from them in search of me. Beneath his calmness was tension and I knew he wondered where on earth I had run off to.
“Where is Alicia?” Adrian whispered, enough for everyone to hear..
Yes I forgot to mention, the little discussion between the triplets and Finn had dragged the attention of everyone around and I started to wonder what people would see me as.
‘An attention seeker?’, ‘A curse?’ these and many more horrible things. I felt sorry for myself. I was really in deep shit and there was no turning back.
“She was right…” Finn was still speaking when he was interrupted.
“There she is.” Arnold announced. I felt my breath fling and a blush of embarrassment plastered over my face.
They tower towards me and Alex reached out to grab me but he was stopped on his track by Finn.
“She's my date for the night. I suggest you go.” He growled.
“Back off Finn. She's ours.” They yelled. Their tone intensified, eyes burning like hot lava, and fists squeezed like they wanted to do something rather absurd.
I swallowed hard, unable to apprehend what exactly I should do. I knew if this continued then there would certainly be a fight, one that only Finn would bear the consequences of the attack.
“Oh.. what's going on.” I heard her voice and let out a sign. Seriously! Not at his moment. Why did Claudia enjoy getting involved in every single thing that involved the triplets?
“Alex, don't fight, Adrian she's not worth it. She's a seductress, she doesn't care about you. I do.” She tried to talk the triplets out which sounded really stupid.
“Shut up Claudia.” They barked at once and from the shock on her face, it was obvious she didn't expect that.
Spoilt brat! I scoffed.
Back to the matter on ground, I had to make a decision and fast.
“I'll go with you.” I finally said something.
“What?” Finn blurted.
“I'll be fine.” I patted his shoulder and followed the triplets out.

“What is wrong with you Alicia!” Arnold fumed. “Have you gone nuts?!” He added.
“Nuts? I think you're in a better situation to answer that. I'm not the one that chose to create a scene.” I could feel heat building up within me and anger seething in, I wanted to go back to Finn and I didn't appreciate being scolded especially by the Trio.
“Aii, watch your tone Alicia. What exactly were you expecting when you chose Finn of all people to Attend the Charity ball with!” Alex sneered.
“What's wrong with Finn? Are you jealous?” I almost laughed out loud but staring at the three angry faces in front of me, I didn't dare to do so.
“You are our mate, and you are not allowed to be with anyone else.” Adrian added and that was the right boost I need to say what has been on my mind for ages.
“Really? So I'm not allowed to be with anyone else but you three are allowed to flirt, and sleep with all kinds of women?!”
They all stared at me like I had just committed fallacy.
“Huh?”
“Yes, the other day, you were having sx with one of your playthings and I was put in unbearable pain because of that.” I continued.
“We don't know what you are talking about…” Adrian defended.
“Now, put yourself together and go out there and reject Finn In front of everyone,” Alex added.
“No, I won't do that.” I say casually.
“Do as he said, I'm sure you don't want to know the consequences of going against us.” They say, circling my every move. I could feel their aura dominating and pulling me down on my feet, but I was determined not to succumb.
“I won't…”
That was all I managed to say before I was pinned against the wall, I felt three lips against my body.
