Rosalina's Point of View (Saturday Morning)
I was woken up by my alarm. I looked at it to see that it was seven in the morning. The royal family was supposed to arrive sometime in the morning. I got up and quickly took a shower. After I was finished showering, I brushed my teeth and combed my hair. I decided to let my hair hang loose. I put on a blue sundress and left the bathroom. When I came back to the room, Kelly was already there. Kelly and I had stayed in the suite that I now know was meant to be his and my room. Jeffrey helped him make it for when he found his mate, me.
"Good morning," Kelly said
"Morning. I didn't think you would already be up," I replied. She was already dressed in a pink dress and had her long blond hair up in a neat bun.
"Yeah, the king and queen are coming today. Everyone in the packhouse is up and getting ready for their arrival. I wonder if Jason and Nichole are coming," Kelly said. I wondered the same thing. I liked Jason. He seemed like a nice guy, but Nichole was another story. I knew she didn't like me because she liked Kane. I was worried that she might try to cause problems between me and the King and Queen. She was their daughter, so even if I was somehow a part of their family, they might not accept me because of her. They might also not accept me because I wasn't raised like them. They might see me as unworthy of being a part of their family. I wondered if my mom left because they didn't accept her into their family. I wondered if my birth father was apart of their family, maybe the kings cousin or something. Maybe he just used my mom, and then when she got pregnant, he discarded her. That might be the reason she was so mean to me. Maybe she was upset that she ended up pregnant by a man who didn't really love her. I had so many questions, and hopefully, some of them would finally be answered.
"Hopefully, Nichole doesn't come. I really don't want to have to deal with her. I am already nervous as it is. I don't have time for her to make things worse for me," I said
"I feel you. I don't want to have to deal with that bitch either," Kelly said. Kelly and I headed down to the kitchen to eat. Kane was already sitting in the kitchen when we got there. He was wearing a blue Suit. "Hey, Flower. Are you ready for today?" Kane asked as I sat beside him at the table
"As ready as I can be," I replied
"I know you are nervous, but I am here with you," Kane said as he placed his hand on mine, sending those sparks through me. His touch calmed in instantly
"They will be here soon. Let's head downstairs," Kane said
"Okay," I replied, and we walked to the elevator and to the main floor. Most of the pack were waiting outside when we got there. They were all excited that the royal family was visiting. About ten minutes later, I could see two BMW's than a while limo. There were two more BMW''s behind the limo.
"They are here," Kane said. The cars pulled up to the front of the packhouse, and everyone got out of the BMWs. I knew they had to be guards. One of them went to the limo and opened the door. Four people got out of the car. Two of them were Jason and Nichole. The other two were around my moms age. I had a feeling they were the king and queen. The man was tall and masculine. He had black hair and grey eyes. I looked at the woman and was shocked at what I saw. When I looked into her eyes, I could tell she was just as shocked at me.
"Goddess, you are right, Jason. There is no question about it," the lady said. I could tell she was happy by her tone
"I told you," Jason replied, and she walked over to me and shocked me by wrapping her hands around me in a hug.
"We have finally found you, Ariel," the lady said, and then she pulled away from me.
"Um, who are you?" I asked, but deep inside, I already knew who she was. She looked at me with her green eyes, which were the same as mine. What was crazy was that she looked a lot like my mom. It was like they could be twins. Now I had more questions than I had before.
"I am Queen Scarlet. Your mom."
