"Well, Handsome Boy, now it's time for us to have breakfast, let's go." Rose smiled widely after helping Kenzie put on the uniform. "Okay, Aunt Rose." Kenzie followed Rose's lead into the dining room. They descended upstairs, humming cheerfully. Rose eventually accepts Robert's request to live with Kenzie. Although she never would have guessed that on the second day she was staying at the man's extended family home, Robert had already brought them into his luxurious apartment on the grounds that Kenzie's school was closer. "Why, Daddy, why are you sleeping on the sofa?" Kenzie was surprised to see Robert lying on the living room sofa. The man was still fully clothed and his shoes on. "Maybe Daddy's too tired," said Rose. He heard the apartment door open in the early hours of the morning. Rose, who could barely sleep, believed it was Robert, when the man entered Kenzie's room. The woman who slept in the same bed with her nephew, felt the figure of a man approaching by her side. "Poor, Daddy must have had a major operation last night." Kenzie landed a warm kiss on Robert's forehead. The boy still admires the handsome face of the man he now knows as Daddy. He smiled happily, while Rose walked to another room and served breakfast for Kenzie. "Daddy Robert and Daddy Conrad are both handsome, Aunt." Kenzie approached Rose who had provided a bowl of oats with milk and pieces of fruit. "I think you're right." Rose lifted Kenzie's tiny body to a chair. "Kenzie is glad that Uncle Robert wants to be my Daddy." The boy spooned the milk oats into his mouth. "Why doesn't Aunt want to be Mommy Kenzie too?" The boy repeatedly asked the same thing, because Rose always forbade Kenzie to call her Mommy. "Didn't Kenzie already have a Mommy? Mommy Rubi." "Yeah, but Mommy Ruby would be happy if Aunt Rose was Mommy Kenzie too." Kenzie took the last spoonful and then drank a glass of water. "Aunty Rose doesn't like Kenzie being Aunty's daughter." The boy's question confused Rose. She didn't know how the little brat could have such thoughts, constantly asking the same thing. Not even one year since Ruby's departure, how could he just forget the woman who gave birth to him. "Come on, it's time for school. You don't want to be late for class." "All right, Aunt Rose." Kenzie obediently got off the chair. Rose helped the boy pull his wheeled bag. She led Kenzie down from the top floor to the lobby, where there was a special driver ready to take and take care of the child at school. Rose returned to the apartment feeling uneasy. Even though it's been several months living together with Kenzie's nanny status, Rose still doesn't feel comfortable being alone with the man. Moreover, the maids only came at midday for a few hours. "Where's my breakfast?" Rose was surprised by the figure of Robert who was already sitting at the dining table. "Can't you make it yourself?" Rose curtly answered. "I'm tired and hungry after last night's major surgery," said Robert wearily. Rose couldn't bear to argue. She without much question immediately took two eggs and the mixture to make an omelette. Rose also provides two pieces of bread that have been baked. "Here, eat it." Rose placed breakfast in front of Robert. She saw that there were already two milk coffees on the table. "Accompany me to eat, Rose." At first Rose was about to refuse, but she didn't know why her feet had already stepped and sat in front of Robert. "Why don't you have breakfast, too?" "I can do that later." Rose took a sip of the coffee she believed to be herself. 'The right taste is neither too sweet nor bitter,' Rose thought as she tasted the liquid coffee on her tongue. "Jasmine and Conrad have arrived, so Mom asked us to have dinner together." Robert's words stunned Rose. 'We?' She didn't understand. "Conrad's here? Ah, Kenzie must be very happy to meet his father." Rose ignored the slightest question that teased her heart. "Hmmm…" The man mumbled. "This will be good news for Kenzie. He'll love playing with Sean. What time are you taking Kenzie to the main house?" "Six in the afternoon." "Six o'clock? You're not working?" "I will practice this noon until the evening." Rose just nodded in agreement. They had just been silent for a while, when the apartment door opened. Rose took a deep breath when she heard the rhythmic sound of footsteps. "Morning, Honey." Rosa smiled broadly at Robert. The woman immediately wrapped her arms around the man's neck and landed a passionate kiss on Robert's lips. Rose who saw it felt embarrassed, the girl immediately got up from sitting with the coffee she had been drinking. "Where's my coffee, Honey? I haven't had breakfast either." Rose heard that voice choking. She stared at the coffee she had drunk without permission. Rose cursed her stupidity for thinking that Robert would be kind enough to provide her with coffee. "You can make it yourself." Robert's voice was heard before Rose disappeared from the room. Rose chose to spend time cleaning Kenzie's room. She tidied the cupboard which contained only a few of his clothes. For a moment he looked at the photo of himself and Ruby holding baby Kenzie, the photo she always hid under the folds of clothes. "You still live here?" Rosa entered the room and looked around the room. "I don't know what made Robert adopt the child." Rosa sat on the bed without taking off her plush heels. "But it's also good to add to his image as a famous doctor. I'm sure a lot of people will admire him even more." Rosa straightened herself back up. "When we got married, Kenzie would call me Mommy. It wasn't bad, though, although it felt odd to be called Mommy by the child I didn't give birth to." Rose stopped her movement as she rearranged Kenzie's books. She turned to Rosa, looking at the beautiful woman with an annoyed feeling. "Are you still going to be Kenzie's nanny when I'm her Mommy?" Rosa raised an eyebrow at Rose, staring intently. "I'm not going anywhere, Miss Rosa," said Rose coldly. "What are you talking about?" Robert looked neat after he finished showering. The man was standing in the middle of the door looking at the two women. "Hi, honey, you smell so good." Rosa got out of Kenzie's bed and walked over to Robert. "I told Rose earlier that she wants to be Kenzie's nanny forever. Rose is still young, she should be looking for a partner to marry." Rosa fixed Robert's tie. "Shall I introduce him to my dad's driver, who just got divorced." Rose who heard this became even more annoyed. Moreover, Robert did not say anything. The man's flat face for Rose showed that he agreed with Rosa's words. "You don't have to meddle in my private affairs, Miss. Thank you for your concern." Rose stepped outside ignoring Rosa's innocent face.
