Ava thought and saw the chef.
“Hey, have you seen my dada?” Ava asked.
“What’s their name?” The chef asked.
“McCalls,” Ava replied.
“Oh, those cute couples are your parents? No wonder you are so cute.” The chef said.
“Thanks, so where are they?” Ava asked.
“Just go by your left, the kitchen is there.”

“We are not ghosting, he is your dada and I’m your aunt,” Elena said.
“No, you are lying, I won’t forgive you, you kidnapped my parent and took them to the grave, you are wicked, I’m going to call the cops,” Ava said crying.
“Somebody help please, my parents have been kidnapped,” Ava screamed.
Harrison stood up and placed his hands on Ava’s mouth.
“Calm down Ava, I’m Harrison McCalls, you dada,” Harrison said.
“If you are my dada, why do you look white?” Ava asked.
“This flour poured on us Ava baby,” Elena said.
“Okay, I will believe that only if you both wash off your face,” Ava said folding her arms.
Harrison and Elena turn on the tap water of the kitchen sink and washed off their faces.
“Wow, you really are my parents, thank God, but you looked so scary and funny.”
Ava laughed.
“Not funny Ava, you almost call the cops.”
Harrison said.
“Yea, she was so freaked out and she wanna create a scenario for us,” Elena replied.
“Don’t be mad at me, I’m sorry, I was just thinking of saving my dada and Aunt Lena,” Ava said innocently.
“Your dada and Aunt Lena are perfectly fine, and the food is ready, it's time to feed everyone, we have spent so much time here, time to go home,” Harrison said.
After they served the food.
“It's nice to meet you aunt and uncle, thanks for the food.” The kids chorused.
“You welcome kids, we have to leave now, is getting late,” Elena said.

“Sure, if Ava wants to visit anytime, we will bring her here,” Harrison said and entered the car.
“Goodbye…”

“The house looks quiet, that means Jason is not around,” Elena said.
“I guess so, he said he has somewhere to go, probably he is not yet back,” Harrison replied.
“Can I get water please?” Ava asked.
“Of course baby, I will go get it for you.”

“What happened to you Jason, I thought you died, I was so scared,” Elena said.
“You know I won’t die and leave you and Harrison with little Ava all alone, stop crying, I’m strong now,” Jason said trying to sit up.
“No, you are not strong Jason, don’t get up please, I will dress your wound right now,” Elena said searching for the first aid box.
“I really appreciate that you care so much for me,” Jason said.
“Jerk, you are my inlaw, I of course care about you,” Elena replied.
“Aunt, will uncle Jason be fine?” Ava asked blinking her eyes.
“Uncle Jason is a strong uncle, he is gonna be fine,” Elena replied.
“I’m still surprised, how did you get this big cut, were you attacked or what?”
Harrison asked.
“I don’t know, I was just having some rest in the garden and I saw some shadows like someone peeping at me, I thought you guys were back, I went and open the main door, some men appeared wearing black cloth and masks, and they were asking for you, I told them you left hours ago, they bring out a knife and started chasing me, I run to the kitchen but they still followed me, they said they are not going to hurt me because I didn't wrong them, but they are going to leave a message for you, they brought out a sharp knife and cut my arm, then disappeared.” Jason lied.

He doesn’t know why, but Jason's story is not entering his brain at all,
“You didn't hear them saying or Calling someone's name?” Harrison asked.
“No, yes I remembered them saying,” no one mess with the black jaguars and go scout free,” Jason said.
“The black jaguars did that to you?”
Elena asked.
“Aunt Lena, dada, who are the black jaguars?” Ava asked.
“Don’t worry Ava, they are just__” Elena paused not knowing what to say.
“They are just bad people, go to Elena’s room and wait for us,” Harrison ordered.
“But dada... ” Ava tried to say.
“Be a good girl and do as I said,” Harrison replied and Ava stood up and left.
Elena bring out the iodine and cotton wool and started cleaning Jason's wound, he stare at her.
She stood up and kiss him.
“Get well soon baby,” Elena muttered.
“I will for you,” Jason replied.
