Chapter 44: The Reverse Plan

Chapter 44: The Reverse Plan
Mia's POV
"Ah!"
The coolness of the cream contrasted sharply with the heat inside my body, making me instinctively want to pull back.
I gasped, trying to stop him.
"Gavin... don't..."
Gavin chuckled softly, withdrew his fingers, and smeared some cream on my breasts.
My nipples hardened again from the stimulation.
He lowered his head, his tongue sweeping away the sweet cream before taking my nipple into his mouth, sucking hard.
"Mmm..."
I couldn't help but let out a soft moan, my body trembling as if electrified.
He lifted his head, his gray eyes filled with teasing and desire.
"Mia, you're so sweet."
He scooped up more cream, trailing it down my abdomen to the wettest place between my legs.
Ashamed, I tried to close my thighs, but he forced them apart with his knee.
His fingers, coated with cream, entered my dripping pussy and began to thrust slowly.
He whispered in my ear, his voice hoarse, "See, it wants to taste the cream too."
His filthy words made me blush furiously.
An aching emptiness between my legs made me crave more.
I twisted my body, my voice taking on a pleading tone.
"Gavin... please..."
My begging pleased him.
He withdrew his fingers and brought them, covered with my wetness and cream, to my lips.
"Lick them clean," he commanded.
After a moment's hesitation, I stuck out my tongue and licked his fingers clean.
The sweet cream mixed with my own taste spread through my mouth, filling me with shame.
Gavin smiled with satisfaction, gripped his already rock-hard cock, aligned it with my entrance, and thrust in forcefully.
"Ah!"
I couldn't help but cry out, wrapping my arms around his neck, swaying with his movements.
This cream-scented affair lasted until late into the night.
Afterward, I didn't wake up until late the next morning.
Gavin left the villa hurriedly after taking a phone call.
Watching his departing figure, I felt empty inside.
I suddenly realized that this feeling of being used and then casually discarded left me tired and weary.
He could leave at any moment, while I, like a fool, could only passively wait.
He was about to get engaged to Eva, and I didn't want to continue like this anymore. I wanted to end this relationship completely.
Once this thought arose, it became impossible to suppress.
I immediately changed clothes, left the villa, and went to find Fiona for help.
At the café, I told her everything that had happened yesterday.
I was in pain. "I don't want to cut ties with Jayden immediately because I still need his help with Susan going abroad."
"And this thing about Gavin giving me a ring," I rubbed my hair irritably, "he's about to get engaged, yet he doesn't seem to have any intention of ending our relationship."
"Fiona, I've really had enough. I want to completely separate from him."
After hearing me out, she took a sip of her coffee.
"Mia, have you considered that the root of the problem is actually Gavin?"
"What do you mean?" I looked at her, confused.
Fiona pointed out the crux of the matter.
"It's simple. To Gavin, you're just a mistress right now."
"He just has to give you money and gifts to enjoy this relationship guilt-free, without needing to invest any emotion or responsibility."
"This kind of relationship that satisfies physical needs without any obligations is the simplest and most convenient for men. That's why he's unwilling to let go easily."
Fiona's words made me fall into deep thought.
She was right. Gavin only ever had possession and desire for me, never love.
"So... what should I do?" I asked. "Should I be frank with him? But I'm afraid he'll..."
"You definitely can't be direct," Fiona interrupted me. "For a man with such strong control issues like Gavin, the more you try to escape, the tighter he'll hold on."
"Then what should I do?" I was completely at a loss.
"Since the hard approach won't work, let's try the soft approach."
A cunning smile appeared at the corner of Fiona's mouth.
"Since he treats you as a mistress, you should do the opposite and deliberately act like you love him deeply and can't live without him."
She leaned closer, lowering her voice.
"You could even go further and make a scene, demanding he cancel the engagement and belong only to you."
"That way, your relationship will no longer be a simple monetary transaction. He'll find it troublesome and messy, beyond his control."
"What men fear most is this kind of clingy relationship. When that time comes, you won't need to bring it up. He'll get tired of you himself and find a way to dump you."
I was shocked by Fiona's bold suggestion.
"Will this really work?" I was uncertain. "Won't he..."
"Don't worry," Fiona patted my shoulder. "Men are all like this. The more readily available you seem, the less they cherish you. But once the prey wants to escape, their possessiveness kicks in."
"The more you cling to him, the more he'll want to push you away. Trust me, this will definitely work."
I thought it over carefully and felt Fiona made a lot of sense.
So I accepted her suggestion.
After talking with Fiona, the gloom in my heart cleared, and I felt much lighter.
Since she had the weekend off, we weren't in a hurry to part and went shopping together.
Halfway through, my phone rang.
It was Gavin calling.
Fiona signaled me to answer, saying, "Remember our plan."
After adjusting my emotions, I answered the call.
"Where are you?" Gavin's voice carried a hint of displeasure.
Probably because of yesterday's incident with Jayden, he had the servants monitoring my movements and knew I wasn't at the villa.
I answered, "Shopping with Fiona."
His tone relaxed a bit. "I thought you'd be home with Peggy today."
"Peggy has a nanny. I don't need to watch her every moment."
Gavin quickly moved past this topic. "Eva came to see me today."
My heart tightened, but I maintained a nonchalant appearance.
"What did she want?" I asked.
"She said she invited you to be her bridesmaid," his voice carried a probing tone, "and you already agreed."
So Eva couldn't wait to tell him about this.
I softened my voice, making it sound gentler. "When I took Susan to the hospital for her follow-up, we happened to run into her."
"We chatted for a bit, and she invited me."
"Why did you agree?" he asked.
Fiona was reminding me from the side that it was time to execute our plan.
My scalp tingled as I re-composed my emotions and deliberately spoke in a sweet, coquettish voice.
"Gavin, don't you understand what I'm thinking?"
I pouted. "I want to be part of every important stage of your life, even if it's just as a bridesmaid. I'm willing."
