Chapter 25 Hiding place
Chapter 25 Hiding place
Leondra took Henary to a fairly large cave. This place used to be Leondra's meditation spot before he became the Vampire King.
Henary was quite surprised because when they entered the cave, there was a room inside. The room was lit by candlelight.
"Leondra, how did you know about this place?" asked Henary with an admiring look.
"I made it, and of course I asked permission from the vampires. They asked me for compensation, but it's okay, the most important thing is that we have a much safer place," replied Leondra.
"It turns out you have planned the best for me, Leondra. I am very grateful," said Henary.
"I will certainly do my best for you, and here are some clothes you can wear. But for bathing, is it okay if you bathe in the river?" Leondra said while scratching her head, which wasn't itchy.
"It's okay, as long as you protect me. So that no one else sees me," Leondra smiled slightly, knowing that she would do it even without Henary asking.
"Okay. I will definitely take care of you. I also don't want your beautiful body to be seen by many people," said Leondra, staring at Henary's body.
"Watch your eyes, Leondra. Don't stare at me like that," Henary warned angrily.
Leondra just chuckled softly, then stopped staring at Henary.
Henary looked at Leondra and realized that Leondra's chest was bruised. Of course, Henary knew this because Leondra wasn't wearing a shirt.
"Leondra, you were injured earlier. And your wound looks serious," said Henary, who intended to touch Leondra's chest, but before he could touch it, Leondra grabbed Henary's hand.
"It still hurts a little, but it's okay. I can heal my wound," replied Leondra.
"Don't you have any medicine? I'll treat you," said Henary softly.
Leondra pulled Henary into her embrace. "You don't need to worry, I can heal this wound in a few days." Henary remained silent, his eyes focused on Leondra's wound as he touched it gently.
"I want to know what reward made the Vampires help you? They came suddenly earlier," Henary asked as he gently stroked Leondra's chest.
"No. I didn't ask for their help. As for the reward, I gave them some of my magical powers and fresh animal blood," replied Leondra.
"You know, Almarjaf is a stupid wolf. I'm really surprised why he was chosen to be the leader of the wolves. He can't even control his emotions in his own enemy's territory," she continued.
"Yes. He's so stupid! He even fought you in his wolf form," said Henary with a chuckle.
"I had guessed as much, and luckily you managed to keep provoking him. We can escape with the help of the Vampires who are targeting that stupid Wolf," replied Leondra, kissing Henary briefly on the cheek.
"But is this cave really safe for us to live in? I'm afraid Alpha Almarjaf will find us here again," said Henary with a worried look on his face.
"You don't need to worry, dear. The Wolf definitely won't enter this cave. If that stupid Wolf is still determined to enter, he will die. So we will be safe living here, and you can focus on training again," said Leondra.
"Is this place protected by the oldest Vampires?" asked Henary.
"You could say that, and I assure you they won't hurt us. Because I have made an agreement with them, so you don't need to be afraid of them," replied Leondra, gently stroking Henary's cheek.
"I trust you, Leondra. You won't let me get hurt," Henary murmured, looking at Leondra.
Leondra smiled slightly, then without asking for Henary's consent, Leondra kissed Henary's lips.
Feeling that Henary wasn't angry or rejecting her, Leondra deepened the kiss. Henary didn't want to be outdone, so she also kissed Leondra back.
They did it for quite a while, making their breathing irregular.
"Now your kisses are getting even better, dear. They're making me more and more addicted," said Leondra, making Henary blush.
"You're doing the same thing," muttered Henary.
"I'm doing that because I love you. So it's only natural, right?" asked Leondra.
"I also can't resist you, and let you be sad because you don't feel my kisses," replied Henary, not wanting to be outdone. Hearing that, Leondra chuckled softly.
"For food, I'll hunt in the forest and find fruits for you. But is it okay if we cook whatever we can find?" said Leondra, looking at Henary.
"It's fine, Leondra. The most important thing is that we can still eat," replied Henary.
"I'm already grateful that you helped me escape from Alpha Almarjaf. I don't know if I'll have to live with him again in the future," she continued in a soft voice. Henary also tried to hold back her tears so she wouldn't cry.
"I swear I won't let you go back to live and suffer with that stupid Wolf," said Leondra firmly.
"Thank you," said Henary with a smile.
Leondra was in a darker room, the light was dim. She had told Henary that she would meditate to heal her wounds.
"That Wolf is really stupid! Now Henary hates him too," said Leondra with a chuckle.
Leondra had planned everything, even when Leondra had the magic element, it was part of her plan.
When Leondra found out that the Wolf had asked for help from the most powerful Wizard. Leondra immediately made a plan, even breaking the rules by sucking the blood of an upper-class wizard to ensure her plan succeeded.
According to her plan, she obtained magical power with the help of the demon king to unite them.
"Almarjaf, I have won. And soon I will have Henary," said Leondra with a laugh.
Leondra pressed her chest wound firmly. "This wound is quite painful, but I can get Henary's attention." Leondra smiled slightly as she began to treat her wound.
Leondra vomited black blood after treating her wound. She wiped the blood from her lips. "I need fresh blood to recover," Leondra said softly.
Then she used her power to go to the forest. She would suck some fresh animal blood.
"It's delicious, but I want human blood." Leondra said while wiping her lips.
Leondra smiled slightly, because she could get fresh blood that was tastier than ordinary human blood.
