Chapter 1

It was early in the morning. A girl, around 20 years old, was sitting on her balcony and making a pair of beautiful eyes in her sketchbook.

"Sana child, come downstairs. Radha aunty has come to meet you", a voice came from downstairs.

" Coming Mom", Sana said while putting her sketchbook in her cupboard.

She goes downstairs and Said to Radha," Hello"

" Hello child, come sit here", Radha said to her.

After talking with Radha for Five minutes, Sana goes to her room again.

" Pammy, where is Soha??", Radha asked while drinking her tea.

" You know how Soha is.. must be with her friends outside.", Pammy said.

" Come on, it is their age to roam around. Let her enjoy her life", Radha said.

" I know that's why I always told Sana to go outside. She is socially active. But she never interacts with others", Pammy said with little disappointment.

" Rishabh is also like this. I have told him many times to go outside, enjoy his life but he never listens. Always busy at work….I have decided I will make him agree to get married.", Radha said with determination.

After some time Radha goes to her house.

That night, Radha talks to her husband Ashok about Rishabh's marriage.

" You think Rishabh will agree??", Ashok asked her.

" He had to…… he is already 29 years old. It's time to get him married.", Radha said.

Rishabh came very late from the office. Radha was waiting for him. She gave him water and arranged dinner for him.

"Mom I have told you so many times to not wait for me but you never listen.", Rishabh Said.

" I have also told you so many times to get married but you never listen. Till you get married this is my responsibility. Once your wife will come, I will give this responsibility to her. ", Radha said while giving him hints about his marriage.

Rishabh understands what his mother wants to say to him. He had avoided this topic for many years but now his mother will not let him avoid it.

" Mom, you want me to get married right? I am ready. Select a girl for me. I have full faith in you and dad. You will select a perfect bride for me ", Rishabh said while putting his head in his mother's lap.

" Really!! You are ready to get married", Radha said excitedly.

" Yes Mom!! ", he said.

" I promise I will find a perfect bride for you,'' Radha said.

" I know Mom", Rishabh said.

Two days later, Rishabh is having breakfast with his family when he notices that his parents are behaving weirdly. Suddenly Rohan asked," Mom, Dad what happened?? Why are you both behaving like this??".

" Rishabh we want to talk with you.", Ashok said.

" What do you want to talk about ?", Rishabh asked.

" We have selected a bride for you", Radha said.

" Who is she?", Rishabh asked.

" Soha, Rishi and Pammy's daughter. Today, we are going to talk with them about your and Soha's marriage. You don't have any problem with it. Right??", Radha said.

" As you say…. I trust you guys", Rishabh said and went from there.

He has no interest in marriage but he can't say no to his parents again and again. Also, he has to marry someone one day with someone so why not with Soha. He has known her since childhood. She is a nice girl.

While thinking about Soha, he suddenly remembers Sana. The last time he saw her, she was 19 years old and liked to remain in her room only. So he knows very little about her.

" Just forget all these things and focus on work, Rishabh ", he thinks in his mind and starts to work on a new project.

In the evening Radha and Ashok go to Kapoor house and talk about Rishabh and Soha's marriage. Rishi and Pammy happily accept this proposal because they can never get a son-in-law like Rishabh. They admire Rishabh very much.

That night only Pammy and Rishi tell Sana and Soha about the marriage proposal. Soha said yes because Rishabh may be a little arrogant but he is successful and hot. Listening to this proposal, Sana was shocked. She was feeling pain in her heart 💔.

After dinner, she went to her room and cried for her incomplete love. From start, she knew that Rishabh would never see her like that. He will never return her feelings. For him, she doesn't even exist. But her heart didn't listen to her.

" I will not come between my sister's happiness. If Rishabh is happy with Soha then I am happy for him. I will not cry.", Sana said while stopping her tears.

Rishabh and Soha's marriage was fixed after one month. It is decided that direct marriage will happen, no engagement since Rishabh has to go to London to solve some company problems and he will return before one week of marriage.

Marriage preparations get started. Before marriage, Rishabh and Soha didn't talk with each other. Since Rishabh was busy with work and Soha in marriage preparations.

Today is Soha and Rishabh's marriage.

Sana with a heavy heart was helping her mother at work. Rishabh comes with his family and relatives. Everyone was looking happy. Rishabh was also happy to see his family smiling.

After some time the priest asked them about the bride.

" Sana Child, go and help your sister in coming downstairs", Pammy said.

Sana gives a forced smile to her mother and goes to Soha's room. Soha was not present in her room. A letter was left behind by her. In Letter, it was written that she got a modelling deal and she can't lose this opportunity for anything. She had asked sorry from everyone for going like this.

Sana was shocked after reading this letter.

Suddenly her mother came there and asked," where is Soha?? Everyone is waiting for her."

Sana silently gives that letter to her mother.

After reading that letter her mother was shocked. " What will happen now?? What will we tell everyone?? Soha what have you done...", Pammy said while crying.

" Mom, relax, nothing will happen. Everything will be fine", Sana said while consoling her.

" Sana, go and call your father here, '' Pammy said crying.

" Okay!!", Sana said and went to her father.

" Dad, mom is calling you inside", Sana said to her father.

" What happened?? ", he asked.

Seeing Sana worried, Rishabh's parents asked Sana ", is everything okay?"

Sana doesn't reply to them. She doesn't know what to tell them.

Rishi, Ashok, Radha go to Soha's room and get to know about Soha's disappearance.

They asked Sana to go outside and handle guests for some time.

Inside the room, all of them were thinking about what to do. Then Radha suggests that Sana and Rishabh can get married. So they called Rohan, Rishabh and Sana inside the room. Pammy and Rishi take Sana to another room. Ashok tells Rishabh about Soha's letter. Listening to it Rishabh gets very angry.

Then they tell him about their decision about his marriage with Sana.

"Dad, Sana and I have an 8 years age gap. How can we get married?", Rishabh asked them, feeling shocked.

" So what Rishabh, It's not a big deal", His mom said.

" Fine, I am ready to get married to Sana but before that, I want to talk to her in private", Rishabh said.

On the other hand, Sana's parents tell her about her marriage to Rishabh.

" Mom, dad Rishabh like Soha, so how can I marry him", Sana said to her parents because she doesn't want to become a burden on him.

" Please child, try to understand the situation", her parents said.

Finally, she said yes to this marriage.

Her parents thanked her while hugging her.

Ashok tells them about Rishabh's condition. So Rishabh comes to meet Sana.

" I just want to ask, are you ready for marriage? No one is pressuring you. It will be your decision only.", Rishabh said.

" I am ready", Sana said feeling a little happy after listening to Rishabh.

" I want to clear something before marriage. Soha and my marriage were arranged so I don't have any feelings towards her and I will be completely loyal to you and try to make this marriage work. I hope the same from you", Rishabh said seriously.

Sana agrees with him. Now she has hope that one day she will get his love. One day he will love her as she loves him.

So, at last, both of them get married.
