" Stop Ronak….", Someone said.

Ronak turns towards the voice. He and his family were shocked to see the person. There stood Nandini along with Kabir and some police officers.

" Nandini…", Ronak said.

Ishita was shocked to see Nandini here. She knows that now she is in big trouble. She was getting nervous.

Ronak and his family were confused seeing two Nandini.

" What are all these?", Ronak asked.

" Let me explain", Nandini who was standing with the support of Kabir said.

" I am Nandini and she is my twin sister Ishita", Nandini said, pointing towards Ishita.

" Twin.?", Ronak asked.

" Yes, twin and biological mother of Amaira", Nandini said with pain. She has always considered Amaira her daughter.

" What?", Ronak shouted.

" I didn't give birth to Amaira but I have accepted her as my daughter", Nandini said.

" Ishita wants to get married to Varun. She doesn't need Amaira so she wants to send her to an orphanage. I can't let her do that so I adopted her legally. .", Nandini said.

Everyone was shocked to hear this.

" Why didn't you tell us, child?", Khushi asked.

" I was very afraid, Mom. I was scared Ronak would separate Amaira from me after knowing the reality. I can't live without her.", Nandini said crying.

Khushi hugs Nandini, consoling her.

" I want to tell you Ronak but I was scared", Nandini said to Ronak.

" It's okay. Shh… everything is fine now. But tell me where were you and what is Ishita doing here?", Ronak asked, hugging Nandini.

" Varun Singhania will answer this question", Kabir said.

" Speak…", Kabir said to Varun angrily.

" It was all my plan. Because of you, my company has faced a big loss. So I planned your accident but you survived it. Then one day I saw Nandini with you. She was a carbon copy of Ishita. After this, I get to know about the connection between Nandini, Amaira and Ishita. I and Ishita kidnapped Nandini from the temple and Ishita came to your family as Nandini.", Varun said.

" My work was just to divorce you as Nandini and gain half of your property", Ishita said.

Everyone sees Varun and Ishita with disgust. One side is Nandini who is not Amaira's biological mother but still loves her so much and on the other side, Ishita who wants to use Amaira only.

" How did you come here? How do the police get to know about it?'', Ronak asked.

" Kabir bro help me.", Nandini said.

" Kabir??", Ronak asked.

" You have asked me to keep an eye on him so I was stalking him. At that time only, I noticed that he had kept Nandini in an old building. I called the police and he was caught red-handed", Kabir said.

" Thank you Kabir for helping me so much", Ronak said, hugging him.

" What are brothers for?"Kabir said.

Police took Ishita and Varun with them.

" Ronak, where is Amaira? I want to meet her", Nandini asked.

" She is in the room", Ronak said.

Nandini starts moving towards the room when she starts feeling dizzy. She was about to collapse when Ronak held her.

" Nandini…", he said.

" I am fine", she said.

" Mom please call the doctor", he said while picking Nandini in his arms.

He took Nandini towards their room. He makes her sit close to Amaira.

" Amaira, my child", Nandini said, crying.

" Shhh… Nandini please stop crying. No one is snatching Amaira from you. She is your daughter.", Ronak said while hugging her.

" Promise??", she asked like a child.

" Promise, Sweetheart", he said.

" I am sorry Nandini, I was unable to protect you", he said.

" No, in fact, I am sorry. I didn't tell you the truth", she said.

" No, it's okay. I understand, I know you love Amaira so much", he said.

" I love you ", he said suddenly. Nandini was shocked to hear this.

" I love you Nandini. I can't live without you. You and Amaira are my lifelines. I can't live without you both. ", He said.

" It's okay if you don't have feelings for me. I understand…", " I love you too", Nandini said, cutting him and hugging him tightly.

Ronak becomes happy listening to this.

" Mumma", Amaira said, rubbing her eyes.

Amaira hugged Nandini tightly. Nandini kisses Amaira on her face. She was crying while hugging Amaira.

" Daddy is also here ", Ronak said, making a cute pout.

" Daddy, I love you", Amaira said.

" I love you too my Princess", he said and joined their hug.

Ronak was feeling peace having both his lifelines in his arms, close to him.

One year later,

Life was going smoothly for Ronak and Nandini. Their relationship has become much stronger than before. Everyone in the house loves Nandini very much. Two months ago, Raina got married to Abhimanyu.

Later in the evening, Ronak came home from the office.

" Daddy, how am I looking?", Amaira asked.

" Pretty like always princess", he said.

" Daddy, what's written on my top?", she asked.

" Big sister", he read the words written on her top.

" Daddy..", she said, expecting him to say something.

" What?…", Ronak said, shrugging his shoulders.

" You are stupid, I am going. Ask Mumma only.", Amaira said and went from there.

Listening to their talk, Nandini was giggling standing close to the washroom door.

" What happened to her?", Ronak asked, feeling confused.

" She was saying something but you were not understanding", Nandini said giggling.

" What?", he asked.

" What was written on her top?", She asked.

" Big Sister", he said.

Nandini raises her eyebrows like telling him that you are an idiot.

Ronak thought about it and he suddenly shouted," you mean…. You… me….we … ".

" Yes, we are going to be parents again", she said feeling shy.

He hugged her while saying thank you again and again.

He sat on his knees while touching her tummy.

" Baby, I am your daddy, please come soon. We are waiting for you", he said while kissing her tummy.

After 8 months, they were blessed with a baby boy. Amaira was very happy after meeting her brother. She has become a big sister now.
