The Call From Darkness

The cold wind blew gently on her neck and shoulders, Melisa trembled, as if someone was watching her. He looked back but there was no one there. But behind the window there is a mysterious person watching him.

"No..." Melisa shouted in shock, she was frightened by the pair of eyes that saw her behind the window.

Melisa took her bag and hurried away, but grandfather Louis, who was confused, immediately stopped her.

"Melisa, where are you going?" Grandpa asked.

"I...I want to go home Grandpa, I...I'll excuse myself." said Melisa tremblingly. Cold sweat dripped down his body.

"But it's late, let Jack take you home. Just a moment, let grandma call him first."

"Jack... Jack... where are you?" Grandma shouted for him, but Jack didn't answer. Louis' grandmother looked into the living room but Jack was not there.

"Maybe he's in his room," he thought, Louis's grandmother approached Jack's room.

“Knock…knock…knock… !” Grandma knocked on Jack's door.

"Jack... are you asleep?" Jack didn't answer, finally the old woman decided to open the door to Jack's room.

“Jack… ?” Louis' grandmother saw Jack who was sleeping with his back to the door.

"You're asleep, aren't you?" Louis' grandmother sighed, she couldn't bear to wake Jack.

"How ?" asked Grandpa Louis.

"Jack's asleep."

"I'll just go home alone, Grandma, it's okay. It's not too late, it's still 9 o'clock, then I'll excuse myself."

"Wait a minute, let grandfather take you by car. You wait a moment."

"No need grandpa, grandpa isn't feeling well. "I'm okay, later at the intersection I'll ask my older brother to pick me up."

"Are you sure you don't want to be accompanied by grandfather?"

Melisa stepped forward, she was really afraid of the mysterious figure who saw her behind the window earlier.

Melisa walked quickly, the sound of the wolf's howling made the hairs on the back of her neck tingle even more. This time the mysterious figure appeared again, yes... he followed Melisa, his figure visible in the darkness of the night.

“No… don't follow me… !” Melisa ran scared, she cried and didn't know what to do.

The footsteps quickened after him, but his face could not be seen. Only his red eyes looked so clear. Melisa's steps are now uncontrollable, she is so restless, she hopes someone can help her,

The mysterious man continued to follow him, his steps were as big as his tall body, even though from a distance his face was completely invisible. All vision was covered in fog.

“Someone please help me… !” Melisa shouted in her heart, she was shivering. Her tears flowed freely mixed with cold sweat on her body.

Melisa became increasingly confused as the mysterious man got closer to her.

"Who...who's there?" Melisa asked, trying to be brave while wiping her tears, but the mysterious figure did not answer.

Melisa looked carefully, the mysterious man suddenly hid behind the big trees at the end of the road. Melisa was confused, but now her fear was getting worse. Suddenly Melisa felt someone was behind her, she fell silent. I felt really afraid to turn my body backwards.

Melisa swallowed hard, her throat now felt so dry. Even though he was afraid, he still tried. He slowly turned his head back to see the figure behind him.

“Help…Help… !” Melissa shouted, she cried hysterically seeing a man standing in front of her.

“Shut up…”

“No… let me go… !” Melisa shouted, struggling.

“Calm down!” said the man.

"Jack?" Melisa really couldn't believe it, she was very happy and didn't expect Jack to chase her here. He immediately hugged Jack, but Jack slapped his hand away.

"What happened to you ?"

“Earlier… there was someone following me, his eyes were red and his body was tall. I'm so scared, Jack."

"Where did you see it?"

"Earlier... earlier he was behind that big tree." Lisa pointed to a large tree far behind her. Jack walked over to the big tree to check the situation.

"What do you want, Jack? do not go there." Jack ignored him and continued to see who the mysterious figure was.

"No one"

“I...is that so? so what should I do ?"

"Go home!"

"How are you yourself?"

"I'll take you." Jack answered as he walked ahead of Melisa.

"Thanks Jack." Melisa said to herself, she was very grateful and didn't expect that this was the second time Jack had helped her. When he arrived at Melisa's house, Jack immediately left without saying a word.

“Jack… thank you very much.” said Melissa. Jack didn't care about his gratitude. Jack continued to walk away without looking back.

"Jack, I love you..." Melisa shouted, she tried to make Jack hear her scream.

Jack stopped in his tracks for a moment, but didn't reply, nor did he look back. He was silent for 10 seconds and then started walking again.

"It's okay if your attitude is like that, I accept it but my feelings will never change." said Melisa again enthusiastically.

When Melisa entered the house, suddenly an messege came in. Melisa immediately read it. Message from a foreign number.
