Third Person's POV
Aditya sat beside Jeevika's figure and started caressing her head which was still bandaged. It’s been two weeks but still, Jeevika had not gotten back her consciousness.
Jeevika has been shifted home from the hospital. Aditya had ordered this arrangement. In these two weeks Aditya has found out everything about Jeevika's thoughts regarding him and marriage.
He was surprised to find out that his wife had so many expectations from him but he didn’t fulfill one.
Aditya took Jeevika's hand and kissed on it.
Aditya : Please wake up Jeevika, I will try to be your perfect dream man. I promise I will become romantic. Please wake up…don’t punish me like this.
That day after reading the first page, Aditya continued reading the next pages.
On the Next page (Jeevika's POV)
“ Tomorrow is our marriage but Aditya has not met me for once. Why? Shouldn’t he meet his would-be wife at least once? Does he also have a crush on me? Maybe he is the one who suggested this marriage…maybe he likes me.
Oh my god! Am I being over-dramatic? Maybe…but what can I do? I am going to marry my crush tomorrow yahoo! I am so lucky. So many people want to marry their crush but very few people get lucky and I am among those lucky people.
I know many women want to marry my Adi, huh! Do they think just because I don’t like to go to parties or any of those social gatherings I have no idea what they imagine about my Adi? I know everything. I have every idea about it. But my Adi doesn’t give any attention to those women. From tomorrow he will be officially mine. He is already mine by my heart.
I wonder what would have happened if my parents would have fixed my marriage with any other person. I don’t know and I don’t want to think about that. Thanks to god that they have fixed my marriage with Aditya.
We used to play together in our childhood. He used to be my best friend. He used to fulfill all my wishes, and listen to all my complaints attentively. Most importantly he used to give me attention that no one used to give me being busy in their business world.
But I became lonely when his parents sent him to the hostel. There was no one for me to talk to except my caretaker, Gita aunty but I could not pester her always as she used to have a lot of work.
I still remembered the day when I first saw him after so many years on the day of his grandfather’s funeral. He was consoling his granny. My gentle, caring Adi.
Uff I think today I will not able to sleep in happiness. Finally, my lonely life again going to bloom. From tomorrow there will be someone for listening to my wish, my complaints all my thoughts. There will be someone to talk, I will not be lonely again. Maybe my habit of writing will to be stopped. Because from tomorrow my Adi, my husband will be there to listen my blabbering.”
Flashback (Reaction of Aditya after reading this in his POV)
But you became lonely again Jivi…you again became lone. I am sorry, my Jivi. I don’t know how I have become like this. I am sorry for shattering all your expectation. I am sorry for making you again feel lonely. I am sorry. Today except sorry I have nothing to say. I exactly became like our parents whom we used to hate in our childhood. I forgot all my promises given to you and granny. How?
Don't worry Jivi, you will get back your Adi. I promise.

Tears were falling from Aditya's eyes getting no response from his wife.
ADITYA : Jivi, please wake up…I am telling sorry still you are punishing me? You are becoming bad. Is this how you love your Adi? If you continue like then –
“Mumma”
Hearing his son's excited voice Adi looked up and saw Gita, standing at the entrance of the room holding Ayush who was excitedly looking at his mother.
Aditya got up and went near his son. He picked up his son in his arms and told Gita to go do her work, he will take care of him.
In these two weeks Ayush has come close to his father. He now doesn’t avoid him like strangers. He comfortable with his father. Aditya now accompanies Ayush to his speech therapy session and all check up. He helps Ayush to practice all the exercises regularly as the doctor has instructed.
AYUSH : You promise...
Ayush said happily to his father. Aditya smiled, he understood what his son was trying to say. He meant to say ‘you kept your promise!’
ADITYA : Yes…I kept my promise. Finally, after so many years I kept someone's promise.
Ayush didn’t understand so many words but he was happy that his father kept his promise.
Aditya promised him he will bring back his mother home from the hospital and he did. Ayush was happy that now he can see his mother every day, all the time. Now he wouldn't have to separate from his mother at night.
ADITYA : Ayu, look I have kept my promise by bringing back your mom then shouldn't you also keep your promise?
Ayush looked at his father confusingly.
ADITYA : oh wow! you have forgotten your promise? Remember I told you, you will say Papa, I love you.
“For that you have to work harder. You will not get to hear this so easily.”
Asha, Aditya's Granny entered the room sitting on her wheelchair.
AYUSH : Granny, loves you…
GRANNY : Yes, I know my Ayush loves me. I also love my Ayush very much.
Aditya gave Ayush on Granny's lap. Granny and Ayush both kissed on each other's each.
Aditya felt little jealous seeing their bonding but he knows he will earn it one day. One day his son will also be comfortable with him like he is with granny.
In these two weeks he enjoyed all the moment he missed on the three years of Ayush's life. He will enjoy the upcoming days. But he also wants his wife to be a part of it. Now he just wants his wife to wake up.
