Don't go around looking for trouble! stay away from trouble Blair!" Odessa said. She really didn't want Blair to get in any trouble. Right now, she can't go back and she can't be by Blair's side to stop her. She can only make sure that Blair will listen to her through this phone call. 
"Alright, alright. I got you. I'll take care of myself. I won't go looking for thier trouble" Blair said. Anyway, she is not that free in the first place. 
"Are you really listening to me Blair? Don't go do anything stupid. I...I won't be able to rest assured if you so anything because of me. I'll feel guilty for the rest of my life. I'll feel like I'm the reason why you decided to do something so stupid" Odessa said. She knew that she could only use this method to convince her best friend. 
"Okay. I'll definitely listen to you. I won't try to go look for him. I don't even have the time" Blair finally decided to drop the idea after Odessa told her that she is going to feel guilty for the rest of her life. She Did not want that. She just wanted to help Odessa. She did not eat it to become something that is so serious. 
"Alright, please just take care of yourself. I still haven't figured out what I want to do here. No matter what I decided, I'll call you and tell you about it" Odessa said. It all depended if she could escape or not. If she can escape from Aryan, it means that she doesn't have to stay here anymore. 
"Alright. But Odessa...have you ever thought that maybe your parents aren't actually your real parents? Because if they are your parents, why will they treat you this way? Especially your mother,did she pick you up from the street? I really suspect that they aren't the ones who gave birth to you because there is no way normal parents will act the way that they act" Blair sad. 
Odessa got a headache when she was reminded of her parents. She had already thought about it before. She thought that maybe they aren't her parents because of the way they treat her like a commodity instead of a human being. 
"My parents...what did they do this time?" Odessa asked. She had already lost all hopes for her parents when they chased her out of the house after her divorce
"After you went missing and I thought that you were kidnapped, I went to your parents. I wanted them to help look for you. I didn't see your Father but your mother was home. I told her that you were missing and that you could be kidnapped. I just wanted them to help look for you. But your mother told me that she can't do it. She said that she can't help look for a Useless woman who could not give birth. How can a mother say such words?" Blair asked. She just did not understand how parents could be this way to thier only daughter.
Odessa sighed. She thought that she was already immune to her parents being so mean to her but she was wrong. Her parents.....
"Blair...just stop thinking about them. I'll take it that I no longer have parents. I'll take care of them when I'm old but that's the only thing that I'll do. They've never treated me as a person" Odessa said. 
Blair finally noticed that Odessa was upset and she regretted bringing up Odessa's parents. 
"Odessa, stop thinking about your parents. You can just live your life on your own. Don't think about the things that they've had to you " Blair said. 
"What do you take me for? I'm already used to thier treatment all these years. I won't let it get to me. I'm not that weak. Don't worry about me" Odessa said. 
"Odessa you......"
"Don't worry. Hey Blair, I have to get back to work now. I've been talking to you for a really long time. Catch you later" Odessa said and ended the call almost immediately. 
She sighed as she dropped the phone on the bed. If she didn't think about the part where Blair brought up her parents, she definitely had a good time chatting with Blair.

Odessa did not know that Nancy was currently outside the door. Nancy was coming to take the plates when she heard Odessa talking to someone on the phone. She decided to listen in on the conversation. She really feared that Odessa will get in touch with someone who will try to save her. 
Nancy knew that she could not take the risk. 
But she was stunned when she heard the contents of the conversation. She could not hear what the person on the other side of the phone was saying...but she could tell from Odessa's words that the person seemed to think that Odessa was kidnapped. But Odessa told the person that she wasn't kidnapped. 
Nancy knew that Odessa won't give up trying to run away from this place easily. The fact that she was willing to stay put for a few days must have everything to do with Aryan. 
Nancy could also tell from Odessa's part of the conversation that her parents did not treat her well. 
They did not even treat her as a person. 
Nancy sighed when she thought of how Odessa had suffered so much. She had heard from Dave that she was cheated on by her husband and that the husband's mistress is even pregnant for him she was chased out by her husband before she was brought here. 
Nancy felt sorry for Odessa and she wanted to take extra care of her but she did not know how she was supposed to do that. 
Nancy sighed once again. Odessa will never let anyone know what's going on in her life. She can only pretend not to hear anything now.
