Linda was sitting in the living room crying. Even though she had already accepted that her entire career was over after the news first broke out, she still felt terrible as she read the news and comments about her. She clearly had such a bright future. All independent women looked up to her and made her their role model.

They said that she was able to break away from her rich family’s shadow and make a name for herself!
Even though Linda knew that all of this was fake, she still enjoyed the love and attention that she got from those people. She wasn’t willing to give it up at all.
Now, she was forced to because Aryan released the news. She was a phony and everything about her was fake!
The people who were singing her praises a few days ago called her trash and told her that she did not deserve to be alive! .
Even though Reed had told her that she doesn’t need to care much and as long as this situation is settled she will leave this country and lay low somewhere else until it’s over, Linda could not help but feel like her entire life was over.
From now on, she will not even dare to step out of the house because she will be scared of people throwing rotten eggs at her and cursing her if she appears in public.
She obviously doesn’t have a chance with Aryan anymore. Her father will probably marry her off to the son of a rich man to save his company.
Linda even had the thought of dying when she thought about these things!
The door was pushed open and two men, one young and one old walked into the house. It was clear to anyone that the both of them are father and son.
“Can you please stop crying already? Who are you crying for to see? Do you think that you were wronged? That you didn’t do anything wrong? Do you think that you’ll be able to have any of the things that you have if it wasn’t for our family” Reed asked angrily. He really hated it when Linda cried like she was the one who was in the wrong when she was the one who wasn’t smart enough and went to provoke someone like Aryan!
Linda totally deserves what is happening to her right now! He was just pissed off that the company was dragged into it with Linda. He wouldn’t care if she was the only one who was in trouble right now. He will just send her abroad and no one will care about the matter in a short time. But she involved in company in it! How did he have such a brainless sister?
Linda was already immune to Reed scolding her for the past few days so she immediately turned to her father for comfort. But Ethan wasn’t about to pamper Linda. He was overseas for a business trip when he received news that something had happened. He immediately left everything and rushed back. As expected, it’s his daughter who caused problems for him again.

“Dad! Do you see the way Reed is treating me? Let me tell you, he has been treating me this way all through yesterday till today! It’s not my fault that something like this happened! Anyway since it has already happened we should be thinking of how we are going to deal with the situation! We don’t have to fight with each other right? But my brother here doesn’t know that and he keeps trying to pick a fight with me! What exactly did I do wrong?” Linda asked. She has been cursed at by people who don’t even know her online for so long! She really hopes that her family will give her some kind of comfort but not only are they not comforting her, they are making things even harder for her! Are they still her biological father and brother?! How can they do this to her?? The people who are cursing at her don’t even know anything. Do they think that she did not try to create her own designs? She did try! But she just could not do it no matter how hard she tried!
Ethan was angry when he heard the overly righteous way that Linda was speaking. He realized that he is the one who spoiled her. He let her do Whatever she wants and now she really thinks that she has the entire world in the palm of her hands!
