Derek's POV
I hold Anna as she cries, no doubt thinking I'm going to leave her over Ellie coming back. I couldn't even look at her the same after fully mating with Anna. I held my mate as she soon stopped crying, and I kept telling her over and over that I loved her only. Even after she is fully asleep, I keep saying it. Aiden agrees, "Yes, we love her."
I unfortunately have to wake her because the doctor wants to come in with her test results. She was still upset, so I had to calm her more.
After I calm her, the doctor comes in and says her weight still hasn't changed and she is also pregnant. She gasps and looks at me with fear, thinking I'm going to flip, but I don't. I start whooping and hollering. I pick her up, peppering kisses all over her face. When she giggles, I and my wolf get excited to hear it. Holy fuck, that was cute. "So fucking cute," Aiden murmurs.
"Oh my goddess, little one, we are going to be parents." I said excitedly, kissing her gently.
"Derek," she whimpers, "are you sure? "It's so fast we just... we just," she stutters, but I cut her off by kissing her and holding her in my arms. The doctor leaves, and we barely notice. She is getting out tomorrow night because we both feel a change of scenery will help her pick up weight and ensure her happiness. I'm going to fucking prove to her that I want her and our family.
"My little ones," I gushed, dropping down to kiss her flat belly. When she giggles again, I go under her tank top and kiss her belly, getting more giggles. She laughs at my name, and the sound completely excites me. "Fucking hell, her giggle is just so fucking cute," Aiden says, excited for our baby.
"You got the cutest damn laugh, little one," I say, coming up to kiss her lips. She blushed, but I can't stop kissing her, and I love her laugh.
"Are you really happy, Derek, because we... I..." She stops, looking uneasy. "Damn it," I whine to Aiden. I don't want her to doubt me. "Your fault, you fucker," he growls.
"Of course I am, sweetheart. I get you, our baby, and us, and I swear I will make up for what I've done. Ellie is no longer anything to me, but you, Anna, you and our little baby in there are everything to me, so please don't doubt me anymore. I swear I will work hard to make you believe me," I say, pulling her to my body and kissing her softly.
She puts her hands in my hair and pulls a little, making me moan. I kiss her lips and trail them to her mark, which I suck on, causing her to cum. I groan as she squeezes her legs together, whimpering.
"Derek," she gasps as I suck on her mark again. I remove our clothes and make love to my mate. I've never done it with Ellie, but I'm going to with Anna. I thrust in, making us both moan, and I go about seeing how many times I can get her to cum before I cum myself.
I make love to her all damn night, and by morning we fall asleep exhausted and wrapped in each other's arms. I kiss her head, smiling at her sleeping on top of me. I rub her back and trail my hands down to her ass, which I squeeze, getting a gasp from her. "Morning, little one," I say, smirking.
"Morning, Derek," she says shyly. I kiss her till I hear my beta frantic in my mind. I gently ease away and get us dressed just as he bursts in the door bleeding. What the fuck!!!
"We're under attack, Alpha," he gasps.
"Get the women and children to the safe bunker. Vince, the warrior that followed my beta, Wesley, will protect my mate till I get back," I say, kissing Anna before running out.
I hurry to the pack grounds and find Ellie and her mate Liam attacking my pack. I growl so loud the fighting stops. "You dare attack my pack!" I roar.
"You dare rape my mate!" he roars back. I glance at Ellie shocked before I start laughing.
"That is what she told you. I never raped her, you fucking idiot. We lost our virginity to each other years ago, but she slept with whoever was willing. Your mate is a fucking slut; she tried to come on to me in my mate's hospital room. Either leave or I will kill your whole fucking pack. I ban you, Ellie, from this pack and my land. "You're no longer allowed here," I say, using my alpha voice.
As we face off, the moon goddess and elders arrive, and Ellie looks uneasy. She knows the moon goddess sees all, and she really hates liars.
"You're causing trouble, Ellie, and I'm not happy with it," she says, causing Ellie to bow down in fear.
"B-but Moon Goddess, he used me and just accepted her. "I still love him," she says, shocking her mate. His face drops, and he looks sad. He was taking her word for everything, and she lied to him.
"You know he chose his mate, and you're with Liam now. Leave, or I will take everything away from you. "No more, or I swear I will kill you," the moon goddess says, smiling at her. Ellie starts crying and leaves.
Liam looks at me and apologizes before bowing to the moon goddess. I sigh before turning to face her, getting a smile.
"You chose right," she says, vanishing with the elders. I hustle back to my mate, who is sitting by the window and looking outside. My beta is by the door on guard, and he smiles when I rush in.
"Little one," I say, rushing for her.
"Derek," she says, jumping up and launching into my arms. I hold her against me and kiss her.
My beta groans and gags, making her giggle and me growl. I tell them what happened, and she looks hurt. After he leaves, I sit us down and hold her tight to my body.
I just hope nothing else happens because we need peace now.
