Chapter 75 I Fell In Love With A Devil Himself

Chapter 75 I Fell In Love With A Devil Himself
"Fuck you," Kendra replied.
We laughed at her.
"Ouch!" I cried.
"What is it?" Simi asked.
"I'm just feeling some pain, nothing much. Maybe it's period pains," I suggested.
"Drink some water," Kendra advised.
I have a bottle of water in my bag. Kendra always makes sure I drink water first thing in the morning and have it in my bag. He says I should always be hydrated.
"So cute," Faith commented.
I drank the water and went to my office. It just felt worse and I was sweating.
Breath in.
Breath out.
I couldn't, I screamed so loud I'm sure the entire block heard my scream.
"Okay, we're taking you to the doctor. Simi! Get the car ready, Kendra help me carry her," Faith instructed.
"I... I... can walk...," I tried to say.
"She's damn heavy, hold onto my shoulder," Kendra instructed.
I did so and they literally pulled me to the car. I was feeling a little weak and we got into the car. When we got to the doctor I was feeling a bit better but I was just weak.
"Miss Leaster, come in," The Doctor requested.
He is Dr. Pee, my family doctor. They laid me on the bed and I relaxed.
"What's wrong?" The Doctor asked.
"I saw little blood spots on my underwear and I started feeling pain. And I felt sweaty and weak," I explained.
"I'll be back just now," The Doctor stated.
He went out and came back in about 2 minutes.
"Please help her take off her pants and underwear," The Doctor requested.
Kendra helped me and he covered me up.
"Open your legs," The Doctor instructed.
"This feels so weird," I commented.
He put his hand on my vagina and kept on feeling it and pressing some parts.
"Mmmh, get dressed. I need some blood tests and for you to take this pregnancy tests," The Doctor concluded.
"I'm not pregnant," I insisted.
"I didn't say you are," The Doctor corrected.
"Just take the tests, Shantel," Simi urged.
He took my blood and I took the pregnancy test and he left saying he'll be back soon.
"Should I call Kelvin?" Faith asked.
"No, there's no need to call him," I replied.
We waited and waited for about an hour and he came back.
"Have you been taking any prevention pills?" The Doctor asked.
"Yes, but it's been a while since I did," I confirmed.
"The tests here show you've been taking shots regularly, even twice a day," The Doctor stated.
"That's impossible," I argued.
"In the form of liquid, it is very dangerous to do that. What you've been using could've done a lot of damage to your womb," The Doctor explained.
"But I haven't been taking anything especially in the form of liquid. It can't be," I insisted.
"You lucky it hasn't done much damage to your baby but we have to monitor the baby very closely—any harm can be very dangerous," The Doctor warned.
"A baby?" I questioned.
"Yes, you're pregnant, Miss Leaster. It's been three weeks," The Doctor confirmed.
Wow.
I'm having a baby.
I drank water and I felt the pain again.
"Please give me that bottle," The Doctor requested.
"Okay," I agreed.
He went out with it and Simi kept on making funny baby faces.
"Stop it," I demanded.
"What? You're going to be a mother now, you should get used to these faces. I'm planning the baby shower," Simi declared.
"No, I am," Kendra protested.
They argued so much it just made me laugh.
"Since you're both arguing, Faith will plan the babyshower," I decided.
"Oh, hell no," Simi and Kendra protested.
"Thank you, mommy," Faith accepted.
The doctor came back.
"Just as I suspected, the shots were put into water and that's how you are constantly drinking it and it damages your womb," The Doctor explained.
I felt my world crumbling into little pieces.
I've never felt so broken and so upset.
"Thank you, Dr," I managed.
"You have to come in next week so we can do a check up on the baby. I would advise you to come on a weekly basis because your baby might be in danger," The Doctor instructed.
"She will come. I'll make sure of that," Faith promised.
We went to the car and she drove straight to Kelvin's house. I guess they also figured it out. Faith was the first to come out the car and she was more than angry. She was breathing fire.
"You stupid ass!" Faith screamed at Kelvin.
She literally jumped on him and threw in three punches. Mike and Vusi held her back, she was screaming.
"What the fuck is wrong with you, Faith?" Kelvin demanded.
"I hate you!" Faith screamed.
"Leave," I commanded.
"What is going on?" Nelson asked.
"All of you, just leave! Kelvin, sit down," I ordered.
"Come, let's give them some space. We'll be outside," Kendra agreed.
I went upstairs to his safe and took out his gun.
"My safe just opened, please, tell me what on earth are you doing and why?" Kelvin asked, alarmed.
"Why have you been poisoning me!" I yelled.
"Poisoning you? I haven't been doing that," Kelvin denied.
"The water you always insist on giving me, what does it contain inside, Kelvin?" I demanded.
"Pregnancy prevention dose. I knew you weren't taking any prevention pills or any morning afters. I don't want you to get pregnant so I took matters in my own hands," Kelvin confessed.
"And damage my womb!!" I screamed.
"That way, we'll never have babies, babe. I told you I don't want any babies," Kelvin reiterated.
"You are one sick and crazy man! Are you listening to yourself!" I cried out.
I shot his knee and he screamed. Mike and Leon came in and I pointed the gun at them.
"Don't you dare come close to me or him!"
"A bullet is very dangerous, especially for him, please let us take it out," Mike pleaded.
"I'm pregnant, Kelvin," I stated.
"What!" Kelvin exclaimed.
"Your stupid doses didn't work but they're putting our baby's life in danger," I corrected.
"I don't want any baby," Kelvin stated coldly.
"Excuse me?" I challenged.
"Get rid of it," Kelvin commanded.
Gunshot!
Gunshot!
I don't know where I shot him but I did. I left while he was screaming in pain.
"Let's go," I urged.
"I'll drive," Brenda volunteered.
I don't know when she and Loveness got here and I don't care. She drove off to Simi's house and I was just silent all the way.
"You have to eat something," Loveness insisted.
"I'm not hungry," I refused.
"You need to eat, it's for your own good and your baby needs food. I'll cook, I need something to distract me," Brenda insisted.
"And what is wrong with you?" I asked.
"Mike broke up with me," Brenda revealed.
"Today is just a bad day," Simi observed.
"You can say that again," Kendra agreed.
We gathered in the kitchen while Brenda and Kendra cooked. The conversation distracted me a bit but still, my mind was stuck on Kelvin's words.
I knew he didn't want a baby but I had hope he'd change his mind when he knows that I'm pregnant. What he did was just unacceptable and so heartbreaking. It's something I never thought he would ever do.
I fell in love with a blind man, I fell in love with the devil himself.
