Hmmm…..

I tapped my feet nervously on the floorboard as I crunched on Krabby chips in my mouth.

Extreme hunger is a sister to pregnancy. I have been eating non stop since I woke up from sleep.

But that wasn't just the bother for me. I had more than enough stocked in the house for me. 

Thanks to my golden goose, Steven Gold, who hasn't failed in making sure I have enough in the house.

This is quite something to digest. How do I know if I can trust this Jonas??
“I don't even know him from anywhere,” I pondered.

“What if all he said was just planned between he and Steven?”

Oh my! I could be in trouble. Maybe Steven already knows of my plans to implicate Sofia.

Pfff….it can't be….it just cannot happen. I have to be very careful and smarter.

I stood and walked the entire house like I was searching for something. “I need to tell Kross what is going on..” I finally decided.

The least person I want to invite to my house again.

“Hello, Kross…can I come to your place? We need to talk,” I spoke hurriedly over the phone.

“Easy, Missy. You always making demands each time you call me, you don't care to know what I want also?” He said.

Oh, not again….not those silly talk in my ears like I haven't given enough answers to them in the past already.

“Kross..please..I don't have time for these. We need to see. Can I come over or not?” I voiced out.

“You know...I never thought this question would ever come to my hearing. I would be more than delighted to have you at my place, princess,” he teased.

I bang my head on my forehead as I ended the call on him…..”Oh, I have to find a way to disconnect myself from him after all of this is done if not, he just might implicate me and it would be too late,” I uttered.

My phone rang up again and without checking the number displayed on the screen, “Oh God, what is it again, I already told you I…..” I said at the top of my voice.

On hearing the soft melody of his voice, I paused with my eyes widened.

Fuck!!

“Katherina, who are you having a fight with?” Steven's voice rented the phone speakers.

I kept shut, my heart still trying to recover from the shock I had just cause myself.

“Oh my sweet love….I had no idea it was you calling. Don't mind me, baby. I thought it was those riff raffs who just pick up the phone and dial any number that pops on their head….

“Wait, you've been getting calls like that?” He asked.

I lied….”Yes. I'm just fed up already. Those young boys won't just stop disturbing me. Maybe they don't know I have a suitor and I am pregnant for him,” I complained in a sweet tone over the phone.

“Sorry about that….did Jonas tell you everything?” He asked further.

“Oh yes, that your creepy bodyguard. He told me you have been busy and that was it,” I said, trying to figure out if the whole thing was really planned by Steven or that Jonas is just a dickhead trying to get into where it does not fit.

“Of course, that's all, my love. I'm really sorry. I know you don't know Jonas….he is some new man working for me now. He is sort of an old staff that used to work for my father so I am just helping him get back to his feet,” Steven explained. 

I see……Jonas trying to build empire through me, uhn????? No problem.

I acted normal over the call and waited for the call to be over before I gave a loud hiss.

So that man is still trying to get me to do what exactly??? He thinks he is smart, right? I would show him why they call me Katherina the crazy Kat.

I drove to his place in a haste……

He was standing at the entrance in his leather pants and singlet, crossed legs and his hands in his mouth like he was licking something off his fingers.

“Ooooh…..always looking sexy, even when pregnant. Damn, that your golden boy is really enjoying, I must say!” He uttered in a loud tone.

“Can we go inside? What I want to discuss is serious and we need to take action immediately…” I said as I walked into the house

“Hmmm…so it's business as usual??” He spoke after I declined collecting the cigarettes in his hand.

“Or would you like me to pour you a cup of red wine? I have your favourite….” He teased, pushing his lips like he was about to kiss the air.

“Stop playing around and focus, Kross….” 

“What I am here for is about the other thing we discussed the last time….we have a little issue,” I started.

“Issue? I told you we already have that lady by the neck. We just have to find who we are going to use to implicate her and that's all…..” he interrupted.

“Oh trust me..you know me very much, Kross. I have everything already planned out the way I think it should happen but right now, we have an obstacle…”

“Who is this person?

I sighed.

“He calls himself Jonas and I think he is new, working for Steven as a bodyguard. That guy's knows too much and I think he knows more and could get me into trouble. We need to do something about him..”

Kross bursts into laughter….”A mere bodyguard..pfff…what could he possibly know? He is probably bluffing and how did you even know this?”

“Kross, the motherfucker spoke to me and was making demands…..really stupid demands…he even knows I am pregnant for his boss. He knows my name and I'm sure he knows about you too so we need to…..”

“Say less, Katherina….”

“He would be gone before daybreak tomorrow!!!” 

His eyes raged with fire……
