Alana's POV

Two weeks later, and we were back to the psychologist's. Just me actually.

I took my seat and exchanged pleasantries with her.

“She's doing really well. I'm not sure what happened, but whatever it was, I have a reason to believe it has been corrected.”

She nodded her head and smiled at me after I reported back feedback.

“Congratulations. She beat it. She's such a strong girl. I don't even need to see her to know she's now a very happy girl. The new environment did her good. Just maintain that, but she's free to return home. She's good to go.”

I couldn't help but return her smile, I was even tempted to cry a little.

“Thank you so much for everything. I'm grateful that she's okay and for your guidance. I see why you're so sought after. You're so good at your job.”

“You flatter me, Miss Alana. Thank you so much. Maybe at her earliest convenience, she can come see me herself. I think she's ready to hear everything now and grow with it.”

“I most definitely will let her know.”

I rose up and left, happy to have finally dealt with one inconvenience and put it behind me because it really messed up my brain. It was such a huge scare.

Ryan was still chilling at home and refusing to return to work physically. If he wasn't in my arms, I was in his, beneath or on top of him. He couldn't get enough of me and days when I pushed him away, he retired to his study until he was sought after by me to deal with whatever I wanted.

Alana the hardworking girl was now the most spoiled soon-to-be wife ever. It was unbelievable. There was no going back from this, the man doesn't even want me to work. Not fine by me as I'm running a little store online anyway, not like he needs to know that, but I'm enjoying myself nevertheless.

As I moved around the city, I spotted a flower shop. Obviously it's been there and I've never really noticed it but this time around, it felt like it was carefully wrapped, so tempting, begging to receive me. I tried to peel my eyes away from it all to no avail.

So I waltzed in.

All it screamed was wedding preparations, and I was overjoyed with happiness. They welcomed me warmly but apparently, I might never get used to being famous.

They led me towards the best corners and I was beyond thrilled, picking out the colours for the wedding. I want pink, so Ryan will have to deal with it whether he likes it or not. After spending over thirty minutes and I couldn't decide on the exact flowers I wanted, I called him via FaceTime.

I always knew this man was so obsessed with me because why pick up on the first ring like you were waiting for my call? Literally the first second of the call?

He was in bed, and he seemed like he had actually been asleep, which clearly didn't happen very often.

“Hey babe.”

“Hey. Wanna go back to sleep? I'm sorry, I didn't–”

“Flowers? Are you in a flower shop? If you wanted flowers you could've just told me then I would've–”

“No. Not that. God you're so cute.” I sighed.

He was bothered and it was so damn funny.

“Then why are you there?” He sat up, yawned and rubbed his eyes, and it instantly made me horny. Ryan is unbelievably sexy.

“Guess.”

“I really can't come up with anything right now.”

“You're boring. Fine, surely you do remember that we are getting married?”

“Yes I do. How could I ever forget the most important event of my life?”

“Good. Now, pick between these two for the decor. I want an outside wedding and I don't know the flowers that would work best.”

“Pink?” He looked surprised, at least he was finally getting the memo.

“Yes, I want a pink wedding.” I told him truthfully, leaving no room for negotiation but he still thought he could fight me.

“But what about what I want?”

“You want a pink wedding.” I stood my ground, trying to cajole him.

“No I don't.”

“Sucks to be you then.” I smiled at him.

“Alana..”

“Fine. Let's do it this way. Which colour do you want?”

“White and blue.”

“That's crazy. White and blue?” What the hell?

“And what's wrong with them?”

“Choose one with my pink.”

“Blue.”

“Fine then, but pick one flower. Which one should I go with?”

“What?” He seemed to not be seeing them clearly as I held them up, and it pissed me off. I rolled my eyes.

“This is not working. Get over here, please, future husband.”

“You can't be serious. You expect me to come meet you there just for that?”

I didn't give him an answer. The expression on my face was enough to convey how I felt.

“You're fucking me up.” He said, smiling at me, sounding so finished for me.

“Oh I'm sure you're fine if you've refused to go back to work. That plan of yours won't work on me. I'm waiting.”

I dropped the flowers and went to take a seat, actually waiting for him.
He sighed dramatically.

“Fine. See you soon.” The call went dead and in the next forty five minutes, he came running into the store in casual clothing, semi wet hair, looking so damn handsome, it stirred up shit in me.

He located me immediately.

“Hey babe.” He dropped a kiss on my lips and I smiled and directed him back to the flowers. From smiling to arguing like crazy because he didn't pick the flower I actually had in mind. How dare he?

From arguing, he pulled me to him and kissed my throat, literally. We stopped abruptly when we heard a camera click, even a flash of light.

Sure, we were celebrities now, we needed to get used to crazy paparazzi but what we couldn't handle was doing something so crazy when we were both having a moment. I mean, Ryan had his hands underneath my shirt and was flicking my nipples.

We tried to be quiet behind the flower vases stalls but still, filming without our consent? Ryan wasn't having it, especially because I began to shake in fright. I didn't want whatever just happened on the Internet. Immediately, Ryan took action.

He's never really been so fair and at this point, I didn't even want it from him. I wanted him to do whatever it took to get that footage gone, and he did just that.

“It's okay baby. I'll take care of it, trust me.” He was pissed as hell as this person tried to hide after.

He grabbed my hands and dragged me as fast as we could to the front of the store, and he used his connection to close it. He wasn't playing one bit.

Hell, he was so crazy, he was even ready to purchase the store just to make sure no one stepped foot out until they located the culprit. The manager came and although I agree, what we did wasn't appropriate, filming wasn't either.

Ryan made me even hornier, the way he handled the situation like a real man.

It was a crazy middle aged man. Ryan had to get the guards out to look for him through the store. He hid by a corner and when he was spotted, he began to run like he wasn't fighting a lost cause. He was caught instantly.

He looked at us in pure disgust, not like I cared anyway. We were adults. Besides, he's the one that filmed it.

Ryan snatched his phone and deleted the footage.

The man wasn't even the least remorseful when we caught him. He was clearly a reporter, so there was no hidden intent aside from news purposes but Ryan still got him arrested, and I was so down, Ryan tried to distract me by taking me to a wedding dress store.

We left the flower shop, promising to come back later after we made an agreement. Ryan also made sure they were going to keep their mouths shut concerning the future wedding, delete the ugly stuff we did via their cameras and the incident with the reporter as well.
