Chapter 128 Chapter 128: I Will Compensate You
Cristofer stepped forward to block her way when she was about to walk toward James and said, “What are you going to do in the hotel?”
“It’s none of your business.”
“Estelle, you are weak, and the incision on your chest hasn’t healed. I’m afraid he will do something to hurt you,” Cristofer said, gazing at her.
Estelle thought his words were so ridiculous that she almost wanted to laugh.
“Cristofer, if my memory serves me right, the only one who has ever hurt me again and again is nobody but you.”
“Estelle…”
“Well, I don’t have time to talk to you now,” Estelle interrupted him again and said. “The cooling-off period will last a month. A month later, we will go through the divorce procedures. If you still don’t agree to divorce, then I will go to Court and file for divorce. That’s it. Bye.”
After saying that, Estelle walked past him and came to James’s side. Then she said apologetically, “I’m sorry, Mr. Harris. I caused you trouble again.”
“It’s okay. Let’s go,” James sighed and said.
“How’s your arm now?” Estelle asked worriedly.
“Don’t worry. It’s just bruised. My bone is not broken. I’ll be fine after a few days,” James said.
“We’d better go to the hospital now, or I will be worried. You got injured because of saving me. I’ll pay the medical fees for you.”
Hearing this, James smiled bitterly and said, “I got injured for you. All you can think of is nothing but to pay my medical fees?”
“What other fees should I pay?” Estelle asked anxiously. “Mental damage compensation? What is the compensation for the loss of your working time? No problem. I will compensate you.”

“Mr. Harris, I don’t know much about the law. Feel free to tell me how much compensation I need to pay,” Estelle said sincerely.

“By the way, who is Justin that Cristofer mentioned just now? I haven’t heard of such a person from you,” James said.
“A friend of mine.”
“Friend?”
“Yes, he’s a very important friend,” Estelle said.
While waiting for the elevator, both of them were silent and lost in thought.
James was wondering about the relationship between Justin and Estelle while Estelle was thinking about Mr. Mysterious.
‘Mr. Mysterious always knows what I’m doing. Does he know that I was almost hit by a car at the gate of the hotel? Will he send me a message? I didn’t see his black Maybach around just now.’
Then her phone beeped. As expected, Mr. Mysterious sent her a message.
‘Estelle, are you okay?’
Somehow, Estelle felt a sense of security when she received his message. Then she replied to the message quickly.
‘I’m all right.’
‘Take care of yourself. I’ll go to see you tonight. Same time, same place.’
James’s room was on the 12th floor, which reminded Estelle of Room 1231 of the Grand Hotel of Hadale City.
It would be the second time that she and Yohan had seen each other since Yohan could remember.
At the thought of this, Estelle was full of expectations but couldn’t help feeling a little nervous after getting out of the elevator.
Seeing her like this, James comforted her, “Like mother, like son. Yohan has been nervous since last night, and he showed the same expression as you. Relax.”

In a dark blue suit, Yohan popped his head from the door and asked with an expectant look, “Uncle James, is Mom here?”
“Yes,” James said with a smile and fully opened the door so that Estelle and Yohan could see each other. “Your Mom is here.”
When Yohan saw Estelle, he froze, and the rims of his eyes turned red.
He opened his mouth and wanted to speak to Estelle, but he was so excited that he couldn’t utter a word for quite a while.
Seeing this, James said to Estelle, “Yohan knows that you didn’t come to see him because you have your own difficulties. He misses you very much, and every night, he sleeps with your photos in his arms.”
Hearing this, Estelle felt a lump in her throat. She gently squatted down, opened her arms, and said softly, “Hello, Yohan. I’m your Mom.”

Yohan shook his head in her arms and said, “I don’t blame you, Mom. It would help if you had something very important to do before. I always believe that you will come to see me after everything is done. Uncle James said that you are the most beautiful and kind-hearted person in the world! Waah... Mom, you are finally here.”
“Yes... I’m here. I promised that we won’t be separated from now on, Yohan,” Estelle said in a sobbing tone.
“Okay,” Yohan said and then suddenly thought of something. He raised his head in Estelle’s arms and asked in broken sobs, “Mom, will you go back to Ameris with Uncle James and me?”
