"They are already at your place, waiting. Once you two walk into your house tonight after the fucking celebration, drug her, she passes out and they walk in to start their job."
I felt a lump in my stomach as my hand trembled while I lowered it from my mouth and placed it on the wall.
"No one will know what happened cause you and I will be leaving with our delicious pay for your honeymoon."
I let out a breathless scoff as more tears flowed.
"Hmm. I love the sound of that. Our honeymoon." Axel said.
"I know right?"
Axel chuckled.
Next, I heard kissing sounds.
I shook my head as more tears flowed.
"You didn't have sex with her, did you?"
Axel scoffed. "She tried seducing me twice but I told her after the fucking wedding,"
I let out a breathless scoff of disbelief.
"Fucking slut," she said, chuckling.
"A foolish slut, my love. I can't betray you for her, you know. You are the only one for me, Amy,"
"I know,"
More kissing sounds.
My heart bled as I took terrified steps back.
Big Kai made my legs weak.
But Axel.......
God, my entire body is weak.
I can't feel my heart anymore.
It is numb.
I took quiet steps away.
I found myself descending the stairs and then out of the building.
I calmed myself, not wanting to be suspected of running even though I am still in my wedding dress.
I walked towards the black car, avoiding gazes from workers and a few guests who were already seated.
I need to leave this place.
I don't care anymore.
I have to leave.
I never thought I would be running back to my worst nightmare on my own.
But I am.
The worst nightmare is the only safe place I could be right now.
As I approached the car, I saw Big Kai staring at me as I approached.
One of his hands is on the wheel, his hoodie is covering his head and he is staring at me.
I got to his car, opened it, and entered. I closed the door as my dress filled the place.
I stared at my hands as I felt his eyes on me.
My heart is still pounding.
I looked at him momentarily.
He is still looking at me.
Drive, please.
I am here.
Let's just go.
I looked at him again.
He is staring at me blankly.
"I....I am here now."
"Get out of my car."
I froze.
"Wha....."
"Get out of my fucking car." He snarled again.
My heart increased to the highest.
What's wrong? I am here now.
Why is he changing his mind?
"Are you fucking deaf, shawty?!"
"I thought....I...."
"Mia!"
I froze at the sound of Axel's loud voice.
I looked at the building where his voice came from.
He is standing on the balcony dressed in his suit, with his mom and some people. They are all staring at me.
Someone must have told him I was running.
My hands felt sweaty as I turned to Big Kai.
But he was already getting out of his car.
My heart begged to explode as I stared at him while he walked around the car.
Why is he doing this? Why doesn't he want to take me anymore?
He got to my door and opened it.
I stared at him with my begging eyes.
"Get off," he said sternly.
Slowly, I got out of the car despite my numbness and terrified state.
I moved my teary eyes to Big Kai.
He slammed the door, making me flinch and lower my gaze as tears rolled.
God, why am I so unfortunate?
I moved my eye to Axel.
He is staring at me from there.
Next, I got grabbed on the arm by Big Kai, making me whimper as our faces stood barely an inch away.
"You gonna regret ever trying this shit, shawty." he snarled, gripping my hand tightly.
I whimpered as terror washed over me.
Next, he released me slightly and in an effortless flash, he tore the down part of my dress down.
I heard gasps from everyone as I shuddered.
He tore it around, making it a bit short.
The material must be cheap too for it to tear that easily.
He grabbed me closer and picked me up, wrapping my legs around his waist, and wrapped his hand around my neck.
The move was swift, off guard, and terrifying.
He pulled my face, lowering it to his as he hit my face with his angry breath.
"I looked away for a second cause of sum fucked up reason and you already marrying some effin' motherfucker?"
"I....I....i am sorry..... please...."
He moved me towards the bonnet and placed me on it, making me whimper as more tears flowed.
He didn't let go of my neck but glared at me with rage. He moved his hand up to my jaw, making me shudder.
He whipped my face to the building and everything.
Everyone is staring at me.
No one, not even the security is attempting to save me from this man.
I don't even need their help. They are Axel's security.
My fate is in no one.
I might just die today.
Be it in the hands of Big Kai or Axel.
Either way, I am going to be killed today.
I don't care anymore. At least I will go and meet my dad. He will definitely welcome me with open arms.
"Look at him." Big Kai snarled.
I whimpered without obeying.
"Look at him, damn it,"
I moved my eyes to Axel. His two hands are on the balcony, staring at me.
"Look at him all you want, shawty. Cause it's the last time you gonna fucking see him."
I don't ever want to see him again.
Kill me or take me away from here.
Just pick one please. I am tired!
He forced my face to his and I locked my tears-filled eyes with his anger-filled eyes.
"Now get into the fucking car," he snarled, placing me down on my feet.
I looked at him.
"Hurry the fuck up!"
I obeyed and he walked into the driver's seat.
I sat still, staring at my fingers as more tears flowed.
I can still feel eyes on me from Axel and everyone.
"One more thing," Big Kai said, making me look at him.
He is looking at me.
Next.....
BOOM!
I let out a scream, ducking as I heard screams from everyone.
I looked at them.
The cake, decorations and everything just got destroyed. More blasts are still going off.
Everyone ran as they screamed. I stared at the commotion covered with smoke but no fire.
My eyes moved to Axel.
He is preventing himself from the blasts.
Next, Big Kai drove the car. I kept staring at Axel as the car moved.
He is staring at us. Next, Amy appeared next to him.
I moved my eyes away from him as we drove out of the villa.
I stared at my fingers as more tears approached my eyes.
A dream of a happy wedding turned into my worst nightmare in just the blink of an eye.
They were right.
Axel and Amy were right.
I am such a fool.
Mia is a fool.
A very big fool.
And I deserve whatever misfortune comes my way.
Whatever Big Kai plans to do to me.
All of it.
I deserve them.
I looked at him.
He is focused on the wheel.
I returned my gaze to my hands as tears flowed.
The ride was silent.
No word from him as we drove for minutes that fell into what felt like an hour.
Perhaps he is piling up his plans internally.
Silence speaks a lot of volumes.
Whatever it is, be my guest.
Not long later, we are pulling up in front of a huge church building.
I furrowed my brows.
"Get off," he ordered.
I looked at him.
"Get the fuck off!"
I quickly moved to open the car door and get off. He got out of the car as well.
This is a church.
What are we.....
"Go in," he ordered.
I walked around the car nervously, looking between him and the entrance of the church. My eyes rested on the name of the church.
St Augustine Bricktown.
"You'd better hurry those damn legs, girl."
I swallowed as I walked towards the church entrance, climbing the few stairs leading to it. He followed me behind and we got into the building.
I stopped in my tracks at the sight of a black priest dressed in a black suit, standing at the altar, staring at us.
"What you waitin' on?" Big Kai asked, making me look at him.
He is looking at me.
"Wha.....what is....what is this?" I stuttered.
He looked at the priest and then at me.
"You wanna get married, don't you?"
My heart dropped.
He put his hand in his pocket and took out a tiny blue box.
He opened it and I saw a shiny diamond ring.
Terror filled me.
"There you have it," he said, making me move my eyes to him.
He is staring at me with all seriousness.
"The fucking priest is waiting."
He....he can't be serious......right?
