CHAPTER 41
It was a happy time for the whole family. I told my parents everything, since the time when I lost our first angel, when I build my own business and how I felt that time.
Mom and Aunt Lena cooked for our food, I'm still wearing my pajama same as the Triplets when I pulled Zion's hand towards the bedroom so we can talk about what happened.
How did he even told the Triplets about that!?
There was a smug on his face, I slightly left the room open to show them that nothing is going on inside. The smug on his face made my eyes squint more. He must be planning something.
"What's with that smile?"
He didn't answer me and held my waist instead. He lightly pushed the door close before I heard the lock clicking.
"Let's talk about us now." He whispered on my ear, gently swaying me while pressing himself with me. I have to keep biting my lower lip to avoid myself making a loud moan. "Can we start over again, Allison? I know I told you I'll wait, I know I promised to be patient but dang, Allison. I'll die just knowing that someone can still take your attention away from me."
Confusion drawn on me and I raise a brow to ask what he meant. "Are you threatened by Aldrich?" That was the only thing I could think off and when he nodded, I rolled my eyes before smiling widely. My arms clung on his neck, leading him to a triumphant smile. "Did you ever liked me? Not as a best friend but as a lover?"
I need to hear it from him first before I made a decision. His eyes dilated with softness and peculiar emotion. He leaned down and I was expecting him to kiss me on the lips but it didn't happen. Instead, his lips touched my forehead and it stayed like that for a couple more minutes before he spoke.
"I always love you since then, Allison. You're just too numb and naive to feel that." He whispered gently as if not wanting to offend me. "The reason why I wanted to attend college with you even when I already graduated was because I want to make sure that none of them would caught your attention. It might sound so selfish on your side but I only want you mine, Allison. I'll lose my mind if you ever loved someone aside from me."
I saw myself smiling while closing my eyes, feeling his warm embrace and going back to the memory of the past. I felt myself if I was feeling the same thing for him.
I also want him for myself, I also want his attention all to me and I hate the thought of him having his own family aside from us.
"You haven't been with anyone even when we were away from each other?" My lips pucker and my hands trail from his chest towards his hard muscled arm. The way his throat waved became visible after what I did.
"I only want you, Allison." His eyes darkened with desire and I was ready to give myself to him again when a loud knock interrupted us from outside. I heard him curse multiple times as he rested his forehead on my shoulder. "God, Allison. How long do I have to wait until I finally have you for myself?" He groaned and a fit of laughter filled the whole room.
"Mommy, I want to see daddy!" Zam's voice became louder and I can even hear her knocking loudly while opening the door with the key.
"They just met you and they wanted to spend time with you, so it'll took much years for you to have me again." I teases and his face shows irritated and inconvenience.
"I won't let that happen, babe. I'll have you later when everyone is asleep." He kissed me on the lips and smiled wildly. I can't wait for the night.
I followed him from behind and he was the one who opened the door since Zam sounds like she's having a hard time. Zion immediately hugged my Zam on his arms, tickled her with his kisses and I just watch there.
Anniza approached me when she saw me watching the Triplets playing with their Zion. "You planning to have another baby?" She bumped my shoulder and I quickly shook my head. I don't think I'm ready for that to happen.
I rested the side of my head to her shoulder and hugged her from the side. I missed her so much, her and Amelia where my only best girl friends. "I missed you so much."
The whole day was too quick, Zion and I didn't had the time to do what was planned because both of us were tok tired. Our families stayed at the nearest hotel as we all agreed to go back to the city.
"I want to visit our angel first. Let's introduce him to our babies." I was leaning against Zion. We were inside a private plane and the Triplets were wandering around with Amelia. Ziex was too excited because it's been his dreame to see a real life plane.
"Yeah, they should know that they have a big brother and that they should never forget about him."
I want us to keep our memories even if it hurts. Those will serve as the proof that we have been strong after all the hardships we have been that's why we deserve to be happy.
As soon as the plane landed, our families went to Zion's house where we will be staying but the Triplets and us went to a very special place where they're going to meet their oldest brother fir the first time.
"What are we doing here, mommy?" Zaile asked innocently. Zam was with her father as always and the two boys held my hands as we walk towards the small tombstone.
Baby Gulferic–Moretti.
I couldn't stop the emotions that filled myself when I saw how lovely he still looks like.
"I always visits him everyday, telling him to take care of you and that I missed you so much. I'm sorry for everything that I've done, Allison. I'm so sorry." The tears that I have been holding on for much long, fell when he kneeled on the ground.
We both let go of the kids as they watch us crying, Zion was begging in front of me. I don't have any reasons not to forgive him, I know he could be the best father if that accident never happened, but it already did, and we're still lucky that we have an angel guiding us.
I also knelt with him, both of my hand cupped his face and I kissed him, there and then, in front of the children and the most perfect creation we made with love. It was not a wild and tempting kiss but a more intimate, respectful and forgiveness.
"Let's wish for him to forgive us, you are not to blame for anything that happened, Zion. And I want you to know that I love you so much." I whispered in between our kisses before the three kids came running to us and filling us too with kisses.
We giggled, laugh, tell stories and shared a lovingly time as a family. This has been my dream that I thought would be impossible. A lot of ups and downs made me doubt the love I can give to anyone but with this person's who are currently happily talking to each other, everything felt heaven and I don't feel incomplete.
"Mommy, big brother is so handsome." Zaile sat beside me. The three were too loud and good thing that Zaile was somehow a little quieter that the two.
"Hmm, he really is. Do you love your big brother?" I took his hand to caress the tombstone and I was surprised when he leaned down to kiss it.
"Yup! Big brother looks like daddy and mommy." He giggled cutely and hugged him to hide my tears. I cuddled and playfully tickled him while he ask things about our first baby. I would answer him honestly sometimes but mostly, I have to make stories since he won't understand what happened yet.
My attention was piqued when Ziex and Zam approached me with flowers on their hands. I don't even know where they get it from but when I look behind them, Zion was following and smiling from ear to ear.
"What's going on?" I confusingly asked with a smile on my face.
His playful eyes turned serious and without wasting any seconds, he knelt to tje ground again. My heart beats erratically wild, it was beating faster than the usual especially when he took a velvet box from his pocket.
"Allison, I may not be the perfect man you have ever met. You have a lot of reasons not to return my love for you, but baby, I don't know how I'll be able to survive without you in my life. Those seven years of not seeing you feels like burning myself to hell. I want all our children to hear how much I value you so much, Allison. If given a chance, I would still and would continue to choose you and our family over anything. I'm not a good man but I'm willing to change and do everything you ask me too. But before that, I want to make sure that you'll be mine as I woo you again to me. I love you so much, Allison, please marry me."
Years have been hell, time cannot be change, and life is not unfair. We're both not perfect but we did try our best to be one for our families.
He also have a lot of reason not to love me, but he still choose to. And having our kids listening to his promises, they are the most powerful witness to testify our love for each other.
"Yes, I'll marry you, Zion. And I love you so much."
