Chapter 26 ALPHA'S REVELATION

XXVI: APLHA'S REVELATION

Water. She felt over ranging flow of water above her. She can't breathe. She barely saw the light coming from the Luna above. And then, she felt the sand going higher, saving her from the weight of the water that continuously dragging her down. She stares at the moon above and offer her hands for peace and harmony.

Earlier, they are all bewildered as they saw the cousins almost killed the Manchada's people behind Brige's tortured body. They are all blazing that even Apollo and Eric do nothing but stand and watch how determined they are to kill them. Luckily for those men, Ivan, the Miraculese Alpha came and stop them from doing it, and so they cease, leaving the bodies unconscious.

"So what are we going to do now?" Hera asked looking at everyone, particularly on the senseless body of Brige that is now on the arms of Chase.

"She needs to be take away." Lennox said.

"And where we should, we take her? Do you want her mom to ruin this whole SouthWest?" Apollo disagreed.

"Then choose. Ruining the whole SouthWest or ruining the whole land? What do you think she will do when she saw her daughter's body like this? She will eventually know what happen, and the witch will be going to end her life. And if she died, I don't think Brige can control herself. She might even blame herself and lost control, and that's what we're preventing here." Maxton explained that made them all fell in silence thinking what he just said.

"Why didn't you just tell the Alpha what will happen to his plan if he pursued it? Maybe it could change his mind." Tomas suggested.

"No. Brige's only using air elements and the rest are still on phase means she can't use it for now, not unless she lost control. It will be easy for the Alpha to kill Brige himself if he found out that we just sabotage his plan and kill her mom too. He can do it, but he chose to stay in shadow to ruin his reputation." Hera said.

"This is so complicated~"

"I will take her with us." Chase said with finality that made their attention divert to him.

"And your plan is?" Apollo asked.

"Here's the plan, you all." Maxton said and gather them around, started explaining the plan, the loophole and how things will work.

"Trinity, did you see Brige?" Elizabeth asked her sister worriedly.

"No. But maybe she's just with Hera and Apollo. Don't worry too much."

But she can't. There was a feeling of her that something is wrong. She started wandering the place and find her, but she's nowhere, even Hera and Apollo and she saw her father talking to the Alpha of Galory.

"Father. Did you see Brige?"

"Uh, no. Maybe she's just hanging around." He replied.

"Okay thanks." She left them and started to look again but found nothing. Hours passed, and the other pack is starting to leave one by one.

"Eliza, did you see Hera and Apollo?" Trinity asked.

"No! I can't even see Brige."

"What?! Where they are supposed to be?!"

"I- I don't know!"

"Elizabeth! Trinity!" Diana approached them.

"What happen to you?" Trinity asked."

"I saw Hera and Apollo in the forest. They are on the way here, but Hera's crying."

"What?!" Both Elizabeth and Trinity said before heading to the woods.

"Hera! What happen?!" Trinity asked, and her teary eyes look at her aunt Elizabeth.

"Brige run away, auntie." She said crying.

"What?! No! She wouldn't do that! She's not!" Elizabeth said hysterically.

"What's happening here?" The Alpha suddenly came.

"Brige run away, grandpa. She said she cannot accept this life. She wants to live peacefully away from here."

"No! I will find my daughter." Elizabeth march but the Alpha hold her arms.

"Just let her go! You can do nothing about her decision, Elizabeth. You started giving her the freedom, and now she's longing it. There's no one to blame but you!"

"Father!" Trinity shouted. "Please stop!"

"I still didn't forget the time you betrayed me, Elizabeth. Do not make another chaos to my pack, just let her go!"

"I can't father. She's my child. I'm willing to sacrifice everything, including my life for her!" She shouted back, weeping. "My life is useless without her." She added.

"You are really dumb. Trinity, mind this sister of your. I don't want my people to think that their Lady ruler is selfish." The Alpha stated and run away, transforming himself into a wolf.

But deep inside, the Alpha knows there's something wrong. If Brige did run away, what happen to his accomplices in the plan. He changes his direction and went to the cave but saw no one, not even a traces or smell that someone went there. Fuming, he run faster to look for them and ask what happen. He knows the girl will not leave just because of a trivial reason unless, something happens, or she was planning something. Whatever it was, he will make sure that he will drag her down. No bloodline of traitor will survive to his hands, he thought. As soon as he reached Quarry, he saw his Beta, Ericson together with Apollo and Hera discussing something important as their faces was like having a dirty lite secret. He walks in there and confront them as he slams the table between him and them.

"Tell me, what really happen." He said in a demanding tone.

"What else do you want to know, grandpa?" Apollo asked.

"Tell me honestly, did she really run away?"

"Yes. We told you she run away." Hera answered.

"I'm not believing."

"Then what else is the reason?!" Hera shouted angrily. "She will leave because she wanted too. Unless you did something to her." She coldly added.

"Did you do something to her grandpa?" Apollo asked with bitterness and that caught him off guard. They didn't know. Was she just really survived and run?

"I-I don't. You see, I'm busy having a conversation in there. A-and don't you dare raise your voice in me, you disrespectful child." He said to Hera before glancing at Ericson and walk away.

"What a great liar." Hera said.

"Don't do anything that isn't according to the plan. He might suspect us. For sure, he's going to find his accomplices and ask them what happen." Ericson then, take a sip from his coffee.

"You know what, we shouldn't spend our time together always. That will really make him suspect us. Especially, we cannot stop talking about it when we're together. Let's just do our job." Apollo suggested and two agreed decided to went on their own rooms.

"She escapes Alpha. We're so sorry." Hunt said, together with his accomplices.

"And then run away. I don't understand how you became beaten like that and how Maxine was now unconscious. It's just one person,, and you didn't do the job well." The Alpha then look at them. "But I'm sure she's planning something in return, and that's what we should prepare of."

"I noticed also that Maxine's necklace is missing. Does she know already how to use it?" Resie asked.

"She's done it with Jessica. Maybe someone taught her how to do it right. You may now go, except you Resie." And so his people walk out, leaving him and Resie.

"Don't stress yourself too much, my love." Resie said as she sat on the Alpha's lap and kiss him on his lips.

"We should not belittle that girl. She has the power that can ruin our plan."

"Don't you trust my spells? Just one more month of waiting, my love and the whole SouthWest pack will be all ours." Resie said with confirmation that made him smile.

"I trust you. And by that time, we don't have to hide from the Shadow anymore. We will be free."

"So, what are you going to do with your two useless daughters?"

"Trinity will be left. But Elizabeth, I think we should not kill her yet. We might use her to her daughter." He said before kissing Resie and let the desire consume them with the smell of victory in their hands.
