I woke up with him wrapped around me.
I pulled his hands away and tried to stand up but he grabbed me and pulled me towards him. “ It's Sunday,stay in bed”.
“ Good morning to you too . I have some things to take care of ,my mom's going to be here today plus we have wedding plans to make ”.
He opened his eyes and looked at me.
“ Hmm , But I want to stay in bed today ”, he replied, tugging at the sheet that I was wrapped in. “ No Dominic, your mom's waiting on us ”.
“ Fine fine ”.
We both grabbed a shower and left . On the drive over I brought up the subject.
“ So Elizabeth wants me to stay there at the house” I said looking at him.
“ About that, with everything that has happened Bennett,Dad and I decided that it would be better if we all did. Bennett is going to sell his place and get an apartment. We'll be building our own houses on the property. We'll have space and privacy but we will also be closer, what do you think?”.
“ That's a good idea, I'm not selling my place, I'm going to rent it out ”. I said, waiting for his answer. “ That's okay with me. “ Dominic, how would your mom feel about a black wedding dress?”.
“ Whatever you want, baby, as long as you're happy and you're with me that's all I want ”.
When we got home my mom was already there. She and Elizabeth were surrounded with papers and flower samples.
“ Good morning everyone ”. I gave them both a hug and kiss.
“ Hello sweetie ”.
“What’s all this ?”.I said looking around them.
Elizabeth looked at me “ Well, we were discussing the colour schemes when Your mom and Mel told me You've always mentioned a black wedding dress so we're making preparations with every colour scheme you know mixing and matching so you can choose which one you want “.
“ Black is perfect, thank you both”
“ Tia , come have a seat there's something I would like to speak to you and Elizabeth about”. I sat next to her.
“ What's going on mom ?”.
“ Umm Collin asked me to Marry him”. I didn't say anything,I couldn't, this was her decision.
“ The day we went to visit Rachel and we left him there alone with her , he told me about their conversation. He said and this is Rachel's own words. To marry me ,that he's suffered for a long time and now he can be happy. She said she has no objections, she just wants him to be happy, she's accepted her mistakes and she has a lot of regret but if there's still a chance for the two of us to be together he should take it. Also he's to renounce Alyssa and Present you to society as his only child. I don't want him to marry me just because she told him to ”.
I was still quiet, Elizabeth held her hands.
“ You were married to Paul for many years and I know you were happy, but somewhere deep down you still loved him didn't you?”.
“ I never stopped ”.She said.
“ He never stopped either mom. That day I met him ,I realised and he confirmed it. I will always love dad for everything he's done for us. I want you to be happy, mom if being with him will finally make you happy then do it. Both of you have a lot of regrets, don't let this be one ”. I said holding her hands.
“ Tia is right. You and Paul raised a smart, beautiful ,kind and intelligent Woman who in all honesty I adore and look at her as my own daughter. She wants what's best for you and we do too. You never have to worry about Tia being treated unfairly or wrongly because I'd rather disown my son's than make them treat Tia or Allie unfairly. She's okay now you need to be happy. It's your choice to Make Angela whatever you decide just know it won't change anything”.
“ Thank Elizabeth, Thank you Sweetie”.
I left them talking and went to our room,but he wasn't there. On the way to the kitchen I ran into Allie. “ Have you seen Bennett sis ?”. I Shook my head no. “ I'm looking for the other one”. We walked out to the patio and saw them all the way at the back of the property with some men.

“ Good morning my darlings. I see they've already started?”.
“ I guess so ”, Allie replied.
It's been three weeks since my mom broke the News to us about Collin wanting to marry her. The house had been busy as can be . We set a date for November 1st for our wedding. The construction work had been going really fast. Dominic and I were so busy we went to work together and came back separately. He was so busy he would come to bed at almost midnight. I was so busy with work that we hadn't had any time together since that night. One day he came home and dropped a bag on the bed. I had just come out of the shower when I saw him.

“ Why don't you get dressed, I brought something for you. It's on the bed. I'll grab a shower then we'll leave”.

I opened the garment bag and found a floor length dark green dress. I pulled it out and was left looking at it. It was beautiful. It had a corset top lined with rhinestones and a high slit on both sides. He came out and found me looking at the dress.
“ Something wrong Babe?”.
“ Where did you get this ?”.
He hugged me around the waist. “ I know I've been busy these past few weeks, so have you. I wanted us to have a quiet night so I had it made specifically for you. Come on, we'll go out to dinner and have some time together alone”.
“ I love you Dominic,and thank you it's beautiful”.

That night he took me to dinner and dancing . We spoke about all we wanted together. It was as if we weren't busy at all . We ended up at his apartment which I knew would happen.
A few weeks later I spoke to Allie and mom and confided that I wanted Mel to be my maid of honour and they agreed.I asked Allie and Tatiana to be my bridesmaids along with the girls.
Tatiana cried when I asked her. She's become more than a work colleague, she's like family. Mel, Allie and Tatiana took over the planning for the bachelorette party. We had two more months to go before the wedding. One weekend Collin called me and Dominic over to the house.

We've both been busy as hell , luckily she isn't the insecure type of woman. She knew I was busy with work and the house and she didn't give me shit for it.

I think I knew what it was about but I didn't mention it to her. He looked at her, “ You need to take over the companies and make some changes or do whatever you want to them”. She looked at me ,I shrugged my shoulders.
“ I don't want them. I took them to teach her a lesson. I'm happy with myJob. Why don't you liquidate some of them and keep whichever ones you want to run “. She said, looking at him. I looked at her
“ Why don't you take one babe, Allie can be your lawyer, you can take Tatiana and your team. It'll mean a loss for our company but you can try it out and If it's not what you want then you and the rest of them can come back “. I said. I wanted her to succeed.
She looked at me ,“ You don't actually believe that I can run a company, Dominic do you?”.
“ I do. You're smart and Intelligent. Like you said you're not a people pleaser and you get whatever you want. Do you know how proud you'll make me ? ,not just me but everyone”. I said looking at her.
“ Okay fine, I'll think about it”.
“ This house and the others, you now own all so you need to decide what to do with them ?” ,he said.
“ Aren't you going to live here if Mom accepts your proposal?”. She said, looking at him.
“ No. This house is tainted by bad memories and it just doesn't feel like a home ”. He said.
“ Okay. Just give me a week or two and I'll look over everything and make a decision and let you know . There is something else I wanted to ask you “. She said,

She had already talked to me ,her mother and my parents about it. We felt he deserved it.

Dad ,well Paul took care of me And raised me because you allowed him to and he did a good job, You couldn't. He's no longer here. I know you signed away your parental rights but you and Mom will be getting married hopefully before I do. I would like you to do your fatherly duty and walk me down the aisle for Wedding “. He looked at me.,I nodded. “ Thank you. Thank you for understanding that I didn't have a choice. I'm thankful and grateful to Paul for raising you I always will”.
