Claiming the throne

Alex pov

A few eyes widened. Others darted to each other, unsure whether to challenge me or accept my stake to the throne.I leaned back, smirking. “Anyone have something to say?”Silence.Of course.I glanced across the table, and that’s when I saw him.Luke.He was seated in the middle of the Elites, trying real hard to pretend like he didn’t exist. Like he wasn’t the reason for all of this. He thought I wouldn't see him.I narrowed my eyes. “Luke.”His jaw tightened. “What?”I smirked, leaning forward slightly. “Send my regards to your father.”His brows furrowed. “What?”I let my smirk widen. “Tell him that our families’ business relationship has officially ended. From today, the Davidson corporation ceased to do business with your family again”.Luke’s eyes darkened, his whole body tensing. “You can’t do that.”“I just did.”The table buzzed with quiet murmurs, the weight of my words sinking in like a heavyweight in each of their hearts.Luke’s face twisted with anger. “You’re throwing away a decade of business between our families over some petty…”“You betrayed me,” I cut in, my voice sharp. “And now, you face the consequences.”Luke stood up, his fists clenched. He was boiling all over, but he was trying really hard to control it.“You think you’re so untouchable now? That you can sit there and act like you’re above everyone?”I laughed, tilting my head. “I am above everyone, dummy. Took you too long to notice now.”His teeth gritted. “You’re a damn joke, Alex. Do you think putting on some fancy clothes and acting like you’re heartless changes anything? Deep down, you’re still the same idiot who believed in love. And no matter how hard you try to act cold, you’ll always be weak.”I felt something dark coil in my chest.I stood up, closing the distance between us in an instant.Luke’s bravado faltered for just a second, but he held his ground.I leaned in, my voice low but deadly. “If I were you, I’d watch my mouth.”Before he could respond, a loud voice cut through the tension."Luke!"I turned my head slightly, my eyes landing on the Vice Chancellor standing at the entrance of the cafeteria, his expression unreadable.“Well, this just got interesting.”The V.C expression was tinged with anger. She was not pleased.“In my office now”The elites were dumbstruck with shock and fear, especially Luke, who had a look of confusion but followed her regardless. It was all written on their faces, as they all stood like statues, no one daring to breathe too loudly in fear of being implicated.I laughed internally. These young brats that have had whatever they want, they always get what they want from people, willingly or by force now find it difficult to play their own games.I coughed, bringing them back from wherever their spirit had gone.“Now where were we”Andrian’s POVMy mind was a storm of emotions, clashing and burning like a wildfire that refused to be contained.I didn’t know what I was feeling, only that it was dangerous. The moment Alex shovwd me away in the hallway, something inside me shifted.I should have been angry. I should have pushed back. But all I could think about was him and how it felt to hold him close to me.The feeling was magical and electrifying. My veins felt like they were constricted with blood rushing into my groins. I suddenly started feeling hot all of a sudden, remembering just every bit of the moment. The way he looked today. No, not just looked, he fucking owned the damn place.Alex had always been beautiful, but this? This was bordering between mischievous and deadlyThe way his satin trousers hugged his legs, outlining curves, that I didn't know existed under his usual baggy trousers. The way his black shirt clung to his frame, the top buttons undone just enough to expose the soft skin of his collarbones. It was maddening and frustrating as I couldn't get my mind off his image that had imprinted itself in my head.I barely made it into the private classroom before slamming the door shut and locking it behind me. This was a private place only me that have access to this place.I needed air.I slumped onto an exquisite chair, running a hand through my hair as I tried to push the image of Alex from my mind. But it was impossible. My mind replayed the way he had looked at me when I caught him in the hallway. That flicker of something in his blue eyes, it had flickered with warmth and something else, before he masked it with anger.I knew Alex.Or at least, I thought I did. This new version of him, ruthless, cold, dripping all hot with no care in the world, I didn’t know whether to be concerned or completely consumed by him.I closed my eyes, my fingers moving to unfasten my belt, rubbing my hands around my shaft. I couldn’t help it. It feels like I need to be released. If not, I would eventually explode like a balloon filled with water. The mental image of the hot dribbling Alex came to my head as I began to stroke my shaft, hard and intense. I should be thinking about something else, or probably a girl, or some porn I had watched sometime, but all I could picture was Alex. The sharp cut of his jaw. The way his lips parted slightly when he was about to speak. The fire in his eyes when he challenged me, even after I helped him.I bit my lip, trying to suppress the grunts that were pooling inside my throat. It was wrong. I know that. And I know that I was venturing into a forbidden territory, a territory that I could dare imagine the outcome.I shouldn’t be thinking about him like this. But fuck, I wanted to pin him against his damn new locker and fuck the living daylight out of him. I pictured His pouty mouth screamed my name as I pounded hard into him in the hallway, marking him as mine, staking my claim for all to see.I wanted to tame the wild fire.“Damn,”I grunted before I exploded. Sparks of white blinded my vision, as for a moment I almost fainted from the most intense orgasm I have ever had in a long time.My body shuddered in ecstasy, I couldn’t stop my whole body from shaking like I was an epileptic patient.Just as I was trying to get a hold of myself, trying to ride out the aftermath, the door swung open.
