"Now I'll leave you to shower and get dressed. Don't forget to shave, I have a feeling the night's going to turn wild at some point."Sonie teased after she was done putting my new hair up into a bun to help me as a I showered.

"You seriously need a filter on that mouth."I scolded her.

"What for when you love me as I am? "She grinned at me.

"Unfortunately."I sighed faking a frown but ended up unable to resist smiling back.

"I'm taking this and this with me. You're going to a fancy restaurant after all so you don't need the left overs."Sonie declared picking up the pizza box and one piece of ferrero rocher chocolate.

I smiled and watched her skip out of my room unwrapping the chocolate as she hummed to herself. I didn't start getting ready immediately, instead I cleaned up all the mess I'd,we had made since I wouldn't have time to after I showered.

Once my room looked presentable I got into the bathroom and took a much needed shower. I shaved too remembering it had been close to three weeks without Hunter and there's no way the night would end without us having sex. Sonie was right but she didn't need to know that.

After my shower I moisturized, put on a pair of black lace panties since the outfit didn't need a bra before getting dressed. The outfit fit me perfectly which meant Hunter either knew me really well or he had help choosing it for me. Nonetheless I loved it and how sexy it made me feel. For make up I just put on some lip gloss and eyeliner since they made my eyes look better. Once I was done I gave myself a once over on the mirror and realized that I looked really good.

As I did some finishing touches I could hear some activity going on outside but I didn't pay much mind to it since it didn't concern me. Finally I was done and at exactly seven pm there was a knock on my door. I opened it excitedly thinking it was Hunter but my smile faded when I saw who was on the other side of the door.

"Brian?"I asked confused when I saw him smiling dashingly at me.

"The one and only. Hello gorgeous, don't you look divine this evening?"He commented giving me a once over.

"Where's Hunter?"I asked trying to peep outside but couldn't see anything as the tall monkey was covering the door.

"I'll be your chauffeur for the night and will be driving you to your destination."Brian replied.

"Okay but why are you in your uniform?"I asked noticing he was in full police uniform.

"You ask too many questions. Are you ready?"He retorted brushing me off.

"Yeah I am."I affirmed.

"Good let's go."He declared.

I picked up my bag and a light shawl before getting out of the house. Brian was still blocking my view as I closed the door and put the keys in my bag. He held out his arm for me which made me smile at his chivalry. He finally allowed me to turn around and see what he had been hiding the whole time. There was a red carpet leading all the way from my door to the gate.

"What's this?"I asked in surprise.

"Hunter being Hunter."Brian replied with a shrug.

I looked at the red carpet wondering what more Hunter had planned for me.

"Let her walk alone. I need photos."Sonie requested from her door.

"Those were not my instructions."Brian argued.

"Yeah well too bad, now move away from her."Sonie demanded.

Brian looked a little bit scared of her and I was surprised when he actually let go of me.

"Hurry up."He gritted out giving Sonie the stink eye.

Sonie rolled her eyes at him before turning to me and changing her facial expression to a smile.

"Wow, wow, wow. You look awesome Nala."Sonie gushed admiring my outfit.

"Thank you."I said twirling a little bit.

"Let me get a couple of photos really quick before mr policeman over there chops my head off."She rushed out.

"Okay."I agreed posing for her.

Five minutes later Sonie finally let me go after promising to send me the photos she had taken.

Brian was waiting for me by the gate and he opened it for me to reveal yet another surprise.

"Brian what's the presidential motorcade doing here?"I whisper yelled looking at all the cars and motorcycles parked on the road.

"Treating you like Cinderella to the ball."Brian grinned at me.

"I'm not getting in trouble for this."I scolded.

"You won't, this isn't the first time we've "borrowed" it. We'll be okay, trust me."Brian reassured me.

He put the word borrowed in quotes which worried me. I honestly didn't know where I stood with the first family, they didn't even know me that well so I felt overwhelmed using their property like that.

"Time is of the essence Cinderella, let's go. Your chariot awaits."Brian demanded.

"I'm not so confident in this plan."I whined.

"Nala, a lot of girls would kill to be in your shoes right now but here you are fighting me on it which shows how great you actually are. Hunter planned all this for you so don't let him down, he's really looking forward to seeing you."Brian enticed.

The thought of Hunter planning everything for me warmed my heart so I decided to just go with the flow.

"Okay let's do this."I declared.

"Great and if it makes you feel any better, all this is paid for with tax payers money and you are a tax payer so it's like your using your own money. Kind of anyway."Brian said trying to make me feel better.

"You've already sold me on it, let's just go."I replied.

"Yes miss."Brian grinned leading me to the limousine at the middle of the motorcade.

He opened the door for me and made sure I was securely seated before he closed the door behind me. The first thing I noticed was the big bouquet of white roses on the seat next to me. I took it into my hands smelling the delicate petals smiling when their beautiful scent washed over me. There was no note but there was no doubt they were from Hunter.

"Buckle up sweetheart, it's going to be a short ride."Brian's voice boomed through the car's intercom.

I put on my seatbelt and tried to relax but that didn't happen. I was nervous because my ass was probably in the same spot that the president's ass always was. That was a very uncomfortable thought that didn't make the situation I was in any better. The limousine was extravagant and really nice showing just how large some people lived. Yes sure it was tax payers money but all the tax I'd ever paid since birth couldn't even afford the mini fridge in there let alone one of the bottles of wine. I was existing in a whole world that wasn't mine but I didn't want to disappoint Hunter after he had put in so much effort so I decided to accept it. And if I was being completely honest it did feel kind of good to receive princess treatment.

It didn't take long for us to get on the road and I felt bad for the traffic we were causing but also excited to be getting through traffic easily. The police motorcycles leading the motorcade all had their sirens on creating quiet the attention. Besides the limousine I was in there were at least ten other vehicles cocooning the it. Even Cinderella didn't have the kind of security I did.

I enjoyed as we coursed freely and at a reasonable speed through the city watching the lights and buildings light up the night.

"You doing okay back there?"Brian asked through the intercom.

"A bit overwhelmed but good."I replied not knowing if he could hear me.

"Don't worry sweetheart we've got you and your Prince charming is waiting."Brian reassured me.

I thought about taking a glass of wine to calm my nerves but I also didn't want to risk getting drunk. I still wasn't sure what my limit was and I needed to be sobber for my date with Hunter. I took lots of selfies and videos because I always wanted something to remember my memorable ride with. It's like they said, if there aren't any videos or photos for evidence, it didn't happen.

"We're here."Brian announced.

I looked out the window to see that we had stopped infront of the One Africa Place, a twenty one storey building located along Waiyaki way in Westlands. It was a magnificent architectural structure that I always admired on my way into town but never though I'd get a chance to enter.

Brian got out of the car and came to get my door for me. He helped me out making sure not to step on my dress. I was about to ask where Hunter was when I saw my handsome boyfriend approaching us looking dashing in a three piece black suit, white dress shirt, black tie and black loafers. He was smiling at me and I suddenly felt shy the closer he got. I wanted to run into his arms and hug him after not seeing him for three weeks but my feet seemed glued to the ground.

"Price charming here is your princess as promised."Brian announced to Hunter.

"Baby girl."Hunter whispered lowly when he got to me.

"Bear."I breathed.

I finally managed to get feeling in my limbs again so I wrapped my hands around Hunters torso and hugged him letting his addictive scent wash over me. He buried me into his chest by wrapping his hands around me and hugging me tightly.

"I missed you baby."He confessed kissing my forehead.

"I missed you too bear."I echoed basking in his embrace.

I had no idea it was possible to miss someone who wasn't a blood relative as much as I did Hunter anytime we were apart.

"My job here is done."Brian announced cutting into our moment forcing us to pull apart.

"Thank you for the favor bro."Hunter said sharing a unique handshake with him.

"Anytime. This was fun but I need to bring these back before my dad starts hounding me. You lovebirds have a great night. Nala pleasure as always."Brian said with a fake bow taking my hand and kissing the back of it.

"Thank you monkey."I grinned at him.

He gave me a playful glare for the nickname before skipping away to get back in the limousine.

"Brian wait!"I yelled causing him to stop and turn around fast.

"My roses."I pouted remember the bouquet I'd left in the limousine.

"Ah of course! I'll get them."Brian replied.

He retrieved the huge bouquet and brought it to me.

"Thanks."I mumbled smelling them again.

"Your welcome, bye now. Don't do anything I wouldn't do."He teased.

"In your book that doesn't count much for anything."I retorted.

"Exactly so don't hold back."Brian grinned.

I rolled my eyes at him but with a smile on my face as I watched him get into the limousine. A few minutes later, they all left freeing the slight traffic jam we had caused.

"Why would Brian's dad have a problem with him?"I asked watching the blue lights from the sirens fade in the distance.

"He's in charge of the president's security thus why we were able to get the motorcade so easily."Hunter explained.

"Oh okay well remind me to buy him a glass of his favorite drink if we ever meet. You guys went above and beyond for me, a bit of an overkill if you ask me but I loved it."I admitted to Hunter.

"I just wanted you to give you a unique experience."Hunter shrugged.

"Then you definitely nailed it."I praised looking up at him.

Hunter smiled at me before swooping in and capturing my lips in a kiss. My free hand automatically went to his chest as my lips moulded against his. His lips were soft and familiar, reminding me of what I'd missed the past few weeks. We pulled apart shortly after smiling at each other, happiness glowing in our faces.

"Okay baby girl, time to get this night rolling."Hunter announced holding his hand out for me.

"I can't wait."I replied putting my arm on his.

We walked inside the building getting checked at the entrance before proceeding to the elevators.

"You're going to carry those with you all night?"Hunter asked referring to the flowers.

"Yes."I grinned at him caressing the petals with the tips of my fingers.

"Okay doll."Hunter relented with a shrug.

Hunter pressed the button for the twentieth floor and the doors closed with only the two of us inside. We didn't stop at any other floor so it didn't take long for us to get to the twentieth floor.

The doors slid open exposing what I could only describe as the land of the rich and famous. I put on a brave face as I followed Hunter to the concierge to confirm our reservation.

Yes I was definitely in for a long night ahead but I couldn't wait to experience it all with Hunter by my side.
