"What happened?" "Why am I here?" "The BABY!" I cried more.
"Emma, settle down the little one is fine. Thanks to Alaska, you are too. Let me get Ben, he can tell you everything." Hailey said. I nodded. Hailey pulled out her phone and called Ben. Then came back to me.
"He will be right here." She said.
"Are the children ok?" I asked her.
"Yes, they will all be fine." What did she mean will? I was about to ask when Ben came into the room.
"Thank the Goddess you're awake!" Ben said. Hugging me.
"Ben, what happened?" I asked.
"You don't remember?" He asked.
"I just remember a loud bang and getting out of bed. The rest is blank."
"Emma, someone tried to kill us all by burning down the house they used explosives. Razer, Francis, Conner, and a couple of other guys who know about explosives are sifting through everything. Emma, the whole house and everything that was in it is gone. I'm so sorry, love." Ben told me as he held me close, and I cried. There was nothing we could do we could not change it. I took a deep breath.
"The most important thing Ben is we all are alive, and together. We can build a new home. We have all our memories right here." I gently touched his forehead with my fingers.
"When can I see the children?" I asked.
"We should talk about that first." Ben said.
"What happened to my babies?" I screamed.
"Calm down, Emma," Hailey said. As her and Ben tried to soothe me.
"Most of them never got hurt. Orson and Alaska did not leave like I told them to. Alaska soaked his clothes and a blanket and ran into the fire that trapped us from you."
"Oh, my Goddess, Ben, is he alive?" I cried.
"After her threw you over the balcony, he was over come with smoke, and the fire burned him, but the twin forced him to throw himself over the balcony we can talk about that later. Lets go see them." Ben said.
We went down the hall to the room they were in. I was greeted with big smiles.
"Mom, you're awake." the girls said. Coming and hugging me.
Orson was sitting on the side of his bed; I went over and hugged him.
"Are you ok?" I asked him.
"I'm fine, just a couple of burn its nothing." He told he. I truned around to Alaska bed. Over half of his body was bandaged. Half his hair was gone right to the scalp. Tear fell from my eyes as I held his hand.
"Hey mom, can I have a mohawk?" Alaska said, trying to get me to laugh.
"Does it hurt much?" I asked him.
"Nah, my wolf is healing me, we don't know if my hair will come back, and I will have some scars, but I'm good. What is important, mom, is that you are ok."
"Alaska, you could have died." I said to him.
"I was not letting you and my baby sister die, mom. When I saw how bad I got burned, I told dad and Orson to go down and be ready to catch you. I didn't care about me. But I did think I had more time, but the smoke got me. My baby sisters saved me." He started to cry.
"Alaska, why are you crying, son?" I asked, holding him.
"Mom, can you make them let Jennifer in to see me. I just want to hold my mate." I turned to Ben.
"I had no idea they would not let her in." He told me. I left the room and grabbed the first person who worked in the hospital.
"Can you tell me why my son's mate is prohibited to see him?"
"Hospital policy, his burns are bad he could get worse infections. Mamme." She said. What was all of twenty- two.
"Ben, send for Jennifer, please." He ran out to get her himself.
"Now, as for you," I said to the girl, grabbing her arm and taking her to the nurses station.
"Emma, please let go of the girl." Dr. Ross asked.
"Dr. Ross, since when are mates not permitted to be with their hurt mate?"
"Emma, you know that is not our policy, patients heal better with their mates beside them."
"Teach that to this one, who has not permitted my sons mate near him." I yelled.
"I will fix this right away Emma, thank you for bringing it to my attention. I nodded and turned to walk away. When the girl had to open her mouth.
"Wow, what a bitch she is." The girl said. There was complete silence. I turned to face her.
"Do you know who I am, little girl?"
People were coming out of their rooms looking to see what was going on.
"Let me see, the bitch that should have died in the fire." A growl escaped me.
"Down Dawn, I can handle this." I said, and she laid down. I grabbed her by the hair. "What do you know about the fire."
"Let go of me, murder."
"What did you just call me?" I asked my face right up to hers.
"You're a murderer!" She screamed in my face. Ben had just come back with Jennifer. When I tried to look at Ben, she punched me hard in the stomach. I doubled over in pain.
Ben was quick to grab her.
"Guards take her to the dungeon, " Ben yelled. Dr. Ross came over and yelled for a stretcher.
"Ben, get Hailey to O.R. 2 now." Dr. Ross yelled. Next thing I know, I was on the stretcher, being run down the hall. Then everything went black.

MAT'S POV

I hated that bastard, I was going to end up dead. But I had to save my sister first. I pulled into the pack lands. Trevor, the warrior at the gate, asked me where I had been.
"Out looking in scrap yard for this beast." I told him.
"Next time, sign out at the gate dude you trying to get us all in trouble."
"Sorry, man. I will remember next time."
He waved me in but took down my plates.
I never signed out because I went down the back of the mountain. Shit I better be more careful. P parked the truck, and Brian came running over to me.
"Get any parts, dude."
"What happened?" I asked. As we walked to my house.
"Ryan's stupid sister happened. I told you all not to let her hear anything." He said.
"Fuck, what did she do?" I asked.
"Shot her mouth off at Momma Bear, then punched her in the stomach, they Rushed Momma bear to the hospital, and she was bleeding." He told me.
"Where is she?" I asked.
"They got her heavily guarded in the Dungeon, dude. We are all dead. Unless one of us can get in there and shut her up before she talks." He said.
