Chapter 322 Evelyn Pinned Henry Against The Wall.

Harry took a deep breath and stepped beside Evelyn, helping her restrain the struggling Fiona.

Fiona no longer cared about the pain in her scalp. She struggled desperately and begged for mercy.

"Ms. Stone."

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I didn't mean it, I won't do it again."

Evelyn tied the rope around Fiona , her face completely expressionless. Fiona trembled with fear.
Harry swallowed and said quietly.

"Evelyn, someone of your status and wealth shouldn't risk a murder charge over someone like her.”

Evelyn nodded slightly, humming in acknowledgement.

Fiona thought she was about to be released and quickly said,

"Mr. Lewis is right, Ms. Stone. It's not worth getting intolegal trouble over someone like me."

Evelyn's lips curved slightly as she said, “It's fine as long as I don't kill you.” As she spoke, she tied a knot in the rope.

Seeing Evelyn's smile only made Fiona more afraid. She struggled desperately, nearly breaking free of Harry's grip.

Evelyn clicked her tongue impatiently and said coldly.

“Don't struggle. If the rope isn't tight enough, I won't be able to pull you back up, and you'll end up in the sea feeding the fish.”

Fiona froze. She didn’t know whether to struggle or stay still as Evelyn tightened the rope.

As soon as she froze, Evelyn secured the rope and kicked her into the sea. Her movements were swift and precise.

The remaining rope on the deck slipped quickly. Evelyn glanced at Harry only when it went taut and said flatly,

"Pull her up."

Harry quickly joined the captain in hauling the rope, his face panicked, terrified that if anything happened to Fiona, he’d be finished.
Dominic saw Evelyn kick Fiona into the water and immediately plunged after her. Fiona could swim, and with Dominic’s help, she managed despite choking on seawater and wasn’t seriously hurt.

As she was hauled onto the deck, Dominic climbed up beside her.
“Evelyn, we’ve known each other a while. Do you really need to be this ruthless?”

Evelyn's expression remained unreadable as she replied coldly,
“As you said, we’ve only known each other a short time.”

Dominic's expression shifted, and he murmured,
“True, Ms. Stone is known for being cold and ruthless. She’d go after her own fiancé, let alone anyone else…”

Before he could finish, a burning ember touched his lips. Pain flared instantly, and he glanced downat the cigarette butt lying on the deck.

The cigarette butt was wet and already extinguished. Surprise flashed in his eyes as he looked up at the cigarette’s owner.

Gabriel was leaning casually against the yacht's railing, his expression calm and unconcerned.

When he saw Dominic looking at him, he gave a faint smile before lowering his head to check his phone.

Gabriel's assistant leapt over from his yacht, approached him, and whispered in his ear.

Gabriel nodded slightly. Seeing the signal, the assistant walked over to Harry and whispered,

"Take me to the yacht's control room."

Harry moved quickly to comply. Gabriel strode over to Evelyn and stopped at her side.
"The police are coming."

"Let her go for now. We’ll deal with her soon enough.”

"Isn't it moreentertaining to watch this spoiled heiress, who doesn’t know the law, fall into the mud?” Fiona went pale at Gabriel’s words.
Evelyn was somewhat wary of Gabriel. After all, if she offended him, she could become a target for revenge and her entire life might end upunder his control.

You couldn’t afford to let your guard down around someone like him. When the captain heard the police were coming, he rushed forward to untie Fiona.
Dominic lent a hand, and soon the rope was untied. Fiona’s legs went weak with fear, and she couldn’t stand.

Dominic extended a hand to help her up, intending to take her to the cabin.

Gabriel's assistant had already deleted part of the surveillance footage and then saved the section showing Fiona pushing Cordelia into the sea.

The assistant stepped out of the control room and gave Gabriel a slight nod, signaling that everything had been taken care of.

Gabriel glanced at Dominic and Fiona, then said to Evelyn.

"Let's head back first. Everything here is fine now.”

Having just been coached by Gabriel’s assistant, Harry felt less nervous than before.
He immediately called his agent and instructed him to report to the police that their food had been deliberately poisoned.

He informed the police that people on his yacht were showing varying symptoms of poisoning and requested emergency rescue services.

Evelyn nodded.

If the media photographed her and Gabriel on this yacht, the situation could become even more complicated.

Trade between Shadowpine and Luminar had already sparked discontent in other regions.

Everyone wanted a share of the profits, so they couldn’t afford to let the entertainment media report on them.

Gabriel’s long legs carried him back onto the yacht. He turned and extended his hand to Evelyn.
Evelyn took his outstretched hand in hers.

Gabriel pulled Evelyn over with a gentle tug, but as she stepped across, a wave hit, rocking the yacht. She lost her balance and fell toward him.
Gabriel lost his footing as well, stepping back several paces while holding Evelyn firmly at the waist, only stopping when his back struck the side of the boat.

Although Evelyn lost her balance, she remained composed and quickly reached out to brace herself against the boat, preventing herself from falling completely into Gabriel’s arms.

Having changed clothes, Cordelia emerged with Alaric, worried about Evelyn’s situation.

Cordelia and Alaric stepped onto the deck and saw Evelyn pressing Gabriel into the corner, his hand on her waist. The moment felt intimate.

Cordelia was stunned, unable to make sense of what she was seeing, while Evelyn could feel Gabriel’s hot breath on her face.

Gabriel smiled and glanced at Cordelia and Alaric as they emerged from the cabin, reminding Evelyn, “Mr. Hughes and your sister are out.”

Evelyn paused. A flash of panic crossed her cool eyesbefore she quickly composed herself.

Watching the change in her expression, Gabriel’s smile deepened, and though reluctant, he withdrew his hand.
