Chapter 166 Cordelia Doesn't Even Want Alaric, How Could She Fancy Thomas
"Ms. Stone."
Terry changed how he addressed Cordelia, looking quite embarrassed.
Cordelia wore a faint smile, her expression calm as usual.
"Terry, Thomas and I could never get married."
"I was just helping Thomas out before, meeting you all because he was worried you wouldn't accept his sexual orientation, and concerned that Marigold's health might be affected by the shock."

Cordelia smiled politely and left.

Clifford went back to The Stone Manor to pack some clean clothes for Ruth and brought Saskia over to take care of her.
When Ruth saw Clifford, she immediately gestured with her hands, wanting to see Cordelia.
Clifford couldn't understand what Ruth meant at first.
Ruth anxiously slapped her thighs and started crying in frustration.
Seeing Ruth like this, Alaric couldn't help clenching his fists, wanting to punch the wall to vent all his emotions.
But in the end he held back, looked at Clifford, and said calmly.
"Go get Cordelia."
Clifford quickly left Ruth's room to call Cordelia over.
