She Is Drunk

Calista's POV

I rested on the bed and I couldn't sleep, because when I try, the event of getting raped by the Sinful Knight played afresh in my head and it made me panic a lot.

 I stepped out and looked at the stars through my window, tears rolled down from my eyes and I wondered what ever happened to my mother back then, but there was no need to find out, it was simple, she probably would be the happiest person because she didn't even look for me.

As for Parker, he returned and never looked for me, even in our conversation, he never for once mentioned anything about me, it is clear I was alone but why does my heart keep betraying me whenever I see him? I am glad I am getting married to someone else so the feelings will die off but I will make sure I do what I promised myself, I will seduce him very well till he begs for me just like Casper then I can progress in meeting Asher, my next target after all these is done.

I arrived at work as usual and luckily I was early, I made sure I wore something that made me look so sexy and while Parker was talking to me, I noticed his eyes were fixed on the skin of my cleavages, this is good.

"Boss, are you free to have dinner today? Don't read a deep meaning to it but you have been a great boss to me, that's why I wanted to buy you dinner.” I said to him.

"Thank you Cali but I'm afraid I will have to turn you down, maybe some other day, not today at all, I have to see someone that is really dear to my heart.”

"Your brother?” I asked and I don't know why I was getting jealous already.

"Not my brother, yes my brother is special to me but she is very special to my heart.”

"Okay, I will get going now, see you, tomorrow boss.”

"Take care of yourself.” He added.

I left the office feeling so shy, so he has a girlfriend? Why will he have one? Is she even prettier than me now? I know I look more beautiful than before, I am not that fat anymore but I have the perfect curves men are dying for, he is really annoying and I will find out who he always ends up meeting every  Tuesday, I am curious to know but only one way to find out.

I saw Ruth getting ready to go home so I stopped her saying, "Can I buy you dinner?”

"Sure.”

"Great, let's go together,” I said to her with a fake smile on my face, I knew she was in the best place to give me the answers I needed about Parker.

We arrived at the local restaurant and ordered leaf rice, stew and much-assorted meat with a cold bottle of Coke and Fanta, I love the Fanta drink and she loves Coke.

"This tastes so nice.” She added.

"You can say that again.”

"So, what do you think of boss? He is handsome right?”

"He is annoying, one thing I know,” I added.

"I know he is but not to you.”

"By the way, does the boss normally leave work early every Tuesday?”

"Yes, he does, why?”

"Do you know his lover? I am certain he is always going to her.”

"Well, none of us knows where he is always heading to every Tuesday.”

"I see, has he brought in any lady to the office?”

"Yes, I think on two occasions,she is really beautiful, she is probably a model, I think the lady might be his lover.”

"Really? So he brings in women to work, how irresponsible of him.” I emptied my Fanta and dropped the empty bottle with force on the table.

"Hey, are you okay? Why are you turning to lady hawk all of a sudden.”

 "I am fine, he is really something else to even close work early on Tuesday for her.”

"Hey calm down, but his love life it's none of our business and you know that very well right?”

"Yeah.”

"Then why are you getting so worked up about it? Are you jealous? Wait a minute, don't tell me you have feelings for him, OMG, you have fallen for the boss.” She said with a surprise look on her face.

"Hey no, you are getting it all wrong, I don't have feelings for him at all, just know that okay, he is not even my type at all.”

"Are you sure about that? I can tell by your eyes that you are in love with our boss, to me I believe you two look like the perfect couple.”  

"No way, I can never love him, it's not possible, he is not even handsome.” I lied and she looked at me with weird eyes.

"We both know, you just lied, the boss is really handsome and so many girls are crushing, I guess if I should add you to the list, you will probably be number 545, that's If I guess right.”

"545???? Is he a womanizer or what? A male whore? I knew it, as a uniform man that he is, he must be under every skirt.”

"Hey, calm down, channel your anger to him and not me,I am just telling you what I know since you asked me and also for you to know what you are entering as well.”

"Also military men are so sweet, they can treat you as a queen, provided you don't hurt them at all.” She continued and I was already boiling in rage.

"See, you are jealous, please let me finish my food.”

"I am not jealous at all.”

"Keep deceiving yourself.” She added.

I didn't go home straight, I stopped at a bar to drink a little, I really don't know why I reacted that way when Ruth mentioned those stuff, what is wrong with me? I need to get high and sleep over it, so by tomorrow I will resume my main duty, make him fall for me, get the girl to accept to speak with me and make Casper take me to his home.

I arrived home at exactly 9 pm and I noticed a familiar car parked at my apartment, then someone standing at the gate, I walked there and the driver gripped me, "Madam, pay your money or do you want to pay with what is in between your legs?”

"Money, what money?”

"Jesus, did you drink that much? Madam pay me my money.” He gripped me hard and someone came out from the dark and grabbed his hand, "Don't ever lay your finger on a woman.” Wow, who is this handsome demi-god? He looks so breathtaking.
