Raven's POV.
After dealing with everything with my kids and Hiro, now I have to get the assurance of my wife. I also found out that she is pregnant with our next baby. How did I know it? I only noticed her actions and emotions because everything was not very natural.
She's starting to be sensitive as well.
I don't want to tell her that I knew about it. I don't want her to think that I just married her because of the kids, because that's not true. I married her because she's the only one I want. That's why I didn't notify the children and Hiro first, just to make sure everything would fall into place as I wanted.
After she answered yes to my question, I wanted to pass out. It might be so unreal, but fvck, I was damn crazy at this woman, so I will give everything to her and to our kids as well.
"Congratulations!" Hiro tossed a glass with me after I put the kids to bed. Cbiara, on the other hand, can't stop flexing his ring on the maids.
I smiled secretively when I saw how her eyes sparkled whenever she showed her finger the ring that she wanted. I can't let someone else be the reason for her smile; I want to be the only one. I was born to be selfish and die being selfish, especially to them. My family.
With them, I experienced a real family. She is my home; they are my home now.
"You're really that in love with my friend, huh?" Hiro notices how I look at his friend. "I noticed that even when we were in high school." He suddenly caught my attention.
"How did you know?"
"So you like her since then?"
"Damn, you know that. I like her, I mean..." I paused a bit and looked at Cbiara Blair, smiling all over her face. "Who wouldn't fall for that woman? She is Cbiara Blair Ashton; everything about her was a mystery, and I was curious about how to discover it."
"But she's too loud, not even that prim and proper that men often like. She's different; she’s candor. She was impulsive and clumsy, yet I didn't understand why men lined up just to take a glimpse of her fvcking face." He laughed at his story, and while he was saying that I was staring at my woman, the mother of my children, my wife.
"And that's what I like about her—her flaws. I love everything about her."
"I know Raven. I know that, and my friend loves you more than you know." He patted my back and walked away when he noticed the woman turn around and smile when she saw me and step closer to us.
"What are you and Hiro talking about?" He narrowed his eyes at me, so I just smiled and let my hands slide to her waist, which surprised him. "You startled me!" I disobeyed him; I just laughed. I would never trade this girl for anything. "Why are you looking at me like that?" She blushed.
"You are so mesmerizing," I murmured. I still can't believe that the woman I was just dreaming of is finally mine. "When do you want to get married?"
"Whenever you want Raven, why are you always considering me with that kind of decision?"
"Because what you want is what will follow."
"Raven." I held her hand softly when she called my name.
"Cbiara, you'll be part of my life; that's why I want you to be followed by everyone. To have a happy life, you should follow your wife." I wink so that she won't disobey me in what I want.
"Fine!" She rolled her eyes, so I kissed her because I found her cute doing it. I want to own her, but I can wait. I don't want her to think that I just married her for that.
I kissed her but she made it deep, so I immediately let go because I knew where we were going to be taken, and I was fvcking avoiding it as much as I could hold this fvcking intimation between us.
"W-what? Y-you don't like me?" Fvck, her eyes full of fear and mourning, I immediately hushed her down and planted kisses at her eyes. Before she could open her mouth, I immediately hugged her and buried her face in my chest.
I forgot that she is pregnant and very sensitive, just like her doctor said. And she always wanted to have intimacy between the two of us, which I forcefully refused because I was wary of her.
"Am I not sexy anymore?" Darn it! I couldn't take it anymore; that's why the next day, a rush wedding happened.
Our marriage that was held was only in the sea, where the sun was setting down. This happened because my wife always wanted to be in the sea. This is her dream wedding; she wants it here as she feels her mind is calm. And because I am an obedient husband, I always give her what she wishes for. Our guests are not that many; Hiro, the kids, and some of the maids and workers of their mansion are here. We are not that famous like before, and we are careful with the media and everyone.
"Mom is coming!" Red announced, and he was still dancing while carrying the ring. The two of them are ring bearers. However, Rayden was the opposite of his brother, he was so serious about how he walked and looked at everyone as if he had built a wall into it.
"Rayden, Red," I called them and waved my hands. That's when I saw Rayden's emotions, and they both waved at me.
"Here comes the bride!" Someone announced, so I looked at the woman wearing a pink dress and holding pink tulips in her hand. It wasn't a bouquet, but a whole bunch of tulips.
She has always impressed me in many ways.
The ceremony was quick until we both gave each other a message, and she was the first one to give me a message.
She patiently put the ring on my wedding finger. "I will be with you for worse and for better, Axl Raven." She looked me in the eyes for a long time, so I thought she wouldn't say anything but I was wrong. "I was always confused by my feelings. I don't know myself since I came back, but you bring me back to who I am. Our love story isn't that great like others; it wasn't perfect; I didn't even think that you…the great Axl Raven who always dumps his fiancee when the marriage closes is now here in front of me and fulfilling the promise." Her hands were trembling, her voice was shaky and there were tears in her eyes. You made me whole, Raven; you didn't know how much your love changed me." She ended it there, so now it was my turn.
I was pushing the ring halfway down her finger. "This ring is just one of the symbols that I am yours. Because I am not only for you, Cbiara, you own my body, my soul; I can be your husband and servant as well. I'll bet everything for our love." It wasn't what I memorized when I rehearsed last night; it was a long message, but that's what I said.
Even if the one who wed us didn't announce to kiss the bride, Cbiara Blair immediately snaked her arms into my nape and kissed me torridly. Darn this woman! She always surprises me with what she does.

Cbiara Blair's POV.
While everyone was having fun, I decided to go to the dressing room to change before going back there. I need a little retouching of my lipstick. I bit my lip and touched my cheek.
Someone knocked at the door, so I composed myself and removed some ornaments from my hair.
"Come in." I saw Roux in the mirror, so I was about to scream when he gestured for me to be silent, so I closed my mouth back.
"I won't hurt you. I would never do that." He was far away from me, so I was complacent. I just looked at him in the mirror. "Let me just speak before I surrender myself, Cbiara."
"Speak now; they might see you, and it will cause a scene for me and your brother's happy day." We also have some memories somehow, so I take it aside.
"I am happy, Cbiara, for you, for the kids, and for my brother. I know he will take good care of you." I didn't say a word. I can see from his eyes through the mirror that he is solemnly longing. "And I'm happy there; when he hurts you, just tell me. I'll take you no matter what." He laughed at his own words, "of course. That won't happen, because I know how crazy he is about you. Do you know that Raven broke dad's role for you? He even wanted to give up what he worked for years just to stop Dad from pestering you. He hates seeing you cry; he feels like he can kill someone if he sees you struggling. So I know you were in good hands."
"I know. He is not like you after all."
"You're right. He's not a coward like me," he said, biting his lip, and his eyes were full of regret. "I'm such a jerk for making you feel worthless at that time; if only I had been brave, I would be in his place."
"It was the better Roux." Now that I stood up and faced him, I could clearly see the big change in his body. He is not the Roux that I have known before. I smiled at him. "If you didn't do that, I wouldn't experience this life that I had. I wouldn't know your brother, who can make my life better than when I'm with you." I sweetly give him the satisfaction that I've felt when I'm Raven.
No one will ever match my love for Raven.
"I know." He closed his eyes. "I just passed by to say thank you and make my farewell. Please also tell Raven, thank you, and I hope he loves you more." He smiled as if it were our last meeting and stepped backward.
"By any chance..." He paused and stared at me. "Why would you surrender yourself?"
"Because no one's with me now. I'm worthless, and I deserve this. All this is still missing from the sin I committed, Cbiara. I realize that I need to repent so that even in the afterlife I can be with you." My whole body froze for a moment by where I stood. "You will be the only one who's my family, but... I abandoned you, so I have to pay for that." This time I let him turn around and quickly disappeared in front of me.
My knees felt jittery for a moment. Gosh, I'm about to lose myself, but isn't this a good sign for a new start? It's alright Cbiara, everything went well.
When I returned to the reception, Raven immediately greeted me with a kiss on my lips, and those who were there cheered.
"How's the talk between Roux?" I was surprised because he knew, but I just smiled to let him know that it went well. He kissed my temple, and I joined the fun with the kids.
It was the best life; finally, I was in the arms of the man in my life. I was safe and felt tranquil; the deal between my ex-boyfriend's brother is over. Because he is now my husband. After the long wait, the chapter is now officially closed.
