there in records time "...moment of truth." We heard the principal say aswe walked in.

"Shut the door and gates!! Now to find out those who are qualified to secure admission into this academy and those who will be punished for infiltrating the walls if the school and causing confusion." He announced. I looked around and what I saw was heartbreaking. Only a couple dozen of us stood inside the hall, some bandages up, others with broken legs and hands while only a few were uninjured.

"How come you guys aren't hurt?" A girl from a group asked.

"We went to the Den forest and one other forest."

"We also went to the Den forest but we didn't see you guys there." Another group said.

"Same here."

"We must have gone to different parts obviously, it's no big a deal." Tim said waving it off besides can't they see Agular and Diane are hurt.

"Silence!!! Get into a line so we can see the creature you killed and your score." He instructed and we all obeyed

"Alejandra hundred points, killed six creatures; A Boafer, Smither, Denlar, Bushraw, staple," everyone broke into murmurs amazed as her score and creatures were announced.

"You have reached the sixty mark therefore congratulations on getting admitted into the Belium academy please move to the right side of the hall." She proudly walked to the right side of the hall with a sinister smile on her face. I scanned the crowd and saw looks if envy on some people's face while others remained unfazed.

"Cheetah Forty points, killed three creatures; A Boafer, lolax and a Bushraw Unfortunately you didn't reach the sixty mark therefore you won't be admitted and will be punished for breaching the walls of the academy and causing chaos, move to the left side of the hall." He walked to the side with his head hanging and sagging shoulders, pour guy just twenty marks below, he got lots of looks of pity from the crowd.

He continued doing that till he reached Agular's turn, she reached the sixty mark so obviously she will get admitted, everyone was amazed that she was able to kill a lolax. My turn came when the principal announced my score, which was a hundred and the creatures I killed. When he announced that a nynx was part of the creatures I killed even though he couldn't believe it, I mean what's the big deal in it.

"How did you do it? They are rare, strong creatures so how were you able to to take one on? Congratulations you've been admitted into the Belium academy please move to the right side of the hall." He said hesitantly still surprised. All eyes was on me, I didn't like the attention I was getting, he moved in and kept announcing those who were admitted and those who weren't. After all that was done everyone who was admitted was asked to march into the vice principal's office where they will be given their class and all other things.

"What class do you think we'll be in?" Tim asked excitedly.

"Probably Dalacy is in grade one but Zenom on the other hand will be in grade three." Falox answered with a smile.

"Yeah it's not every day one kills a nynx."

"Your dad must have been a warrior or something." Diane said but u just turned a deaf ear to it, I also don't know how I'm so good at wielding a sword.

"How come you're so good?"Agular asked.

"Is there something you didn't tell us?" I took back her question.

"Of course not, I also have no idea and I would also like to know how I know this."

"Sorry, I was just asking." It's just Zion (Dinela) being zion. Falox prediction was right, they were all in grade one and I was in grade three, we were all given our schedules and we were sent to our respective rooms, it was a shame I was not in the same room as my best friends, things just got complicated I'm starting to think Zion was Right we should have escaped maybe if I had listened we would have been on our way to the underworld, I guess it's meant to be we'll leave at the right time.

"Rise and shine!!!"A voice sang joyfully.

"Good morning, get dressed and ready for class." I woke up grudgingly, u really enjoyed my sleep, I stretched my arms and yawned. I opened my eyes to see Alejandra staring at me

"is there a problem?" I asked with a raised brow.

"So you killed a nynx huh?" She asked walking closer to me.

"Yes." I chuckled proudly.

"Hard to believe." She said stopping fetts from me. "Okay." I said not liking where this was going.

"Where are you from?"

"Norwane." I answered simply and hit off my bed.

"What part of Norwane? And where are your clothes? You must have cone here with clothes." Something feels off with this girl, I should stay clear of her.

"Of course I came with clothes "

"Hmm hmm." She said and left.

I wondered what that was about. I wonder what else my (hand pad) that's what I'm choosing to call it can do. I tapped on my wrist and a dashboard was displayed in the air, Clothes, coins, live, strength/weaknesses and weapons. I clicked on clothes and I saw only one outfit. I tapped on it and was immediately dressed in a brown leather trouser and matching crop top with scandals. I'm rocking this look.

"Nice outfit." I heard someone say, I turned to see who it was and was met with an unfamiliar face.

"Thank you." I said sweetly.

"I'm Katara, nice to meet you."

"Zenom, Pleasure." Looks like I just found myself a new friend, I'll need one of those around here.

"What Dalacy are you?" Dalacy means class. I'm getting a hang of this, it would have been better if they didn't have all these strange words.

"Three." I said with a smile.

"Me too, can I tag along with you to class?"

"Sure, besides I don't know my way around here."

"I'll be of help, don't worry." We hurried yo class chit chatting on the way. Unlike me she's from here mytlander Born and brought up here, she is good at archery and knows her way around a bow.

"I have a friend who's also good at archery, I'll introduce you to her at lunch."

"That'll be nice. So you killed a nynx." All this fuss isn't necessary.

"I'm sure anyone can." I chuckled nervously.

"Looks like we've got a show off among us.” a guy that looked like Agular mocked as he and his group stalked towards us.

"Back of Jay!" Katara scowled. "So you killed a nynx and suddenly you're the talk of the school." He continued efficiently ignoring her.

"I'm sure it was just luck." U recognized that voice, it was Alejandra smirking evilly at me.

"I smell jealousy rolling off you guys in waves." I taunted back, I refused to be mocked and made a full stop.

"What's there to be jealous of? You got some freakish tattoo and now you're feeling like a fly, I'm sure you're nothing but a pathetic excuse," how dare he!!

"What? Mommy and daddy ain't here to save their little girl?" He mocked and his group burst into a fit of laughter. In a blink of an eye his neck was in my hands

"I'll watch what I say if I were you, don't you ever speak to me the way you just did." I threatened to choke him.

We were starting to gather quite an audience, everyone who was walking in the corridor stopped to watch the drama. I squeezed his neck harder, he scratched at my hands in an attempt to make me let go but his attempts were futile. I raised him off the ground and threw him across the hallway.

"Let's go before a teacher sees this and we get into trouble." Katara said, pulling me away from the scene.

I'm starting to think I've been cursed, the first day of secondary school I was humiliated and now this folk attempted to do the same thing, put me down but I will not allow it. We reached class soon after, and took a seat next to each other, the teacher entered the second after us, he scribble something on the board Wizard Gelato.

"Good morning class, I am wizard Gelato, your Magizoologist master, I'm going to be teaching you about magical creatures." He had on a witch hat, had a mole on his face, he was ugly, very tall and intimidating.

"Good morning Wizard Gelato." The crowd chorused while I just stared at him in awe, an actual wizard was standing right before me, I wonder if he can cast spells but if he is a wizard why isn't he teaching us spells instead he's teaching us about creatures, magical creatures.

"The creature we'll be learning about is Lolax. He brought out his wand, and he opened a box with his wand and distributed the creature to everyone in the class, the class was barely the size of my hand. I used my finger to gently caress it's head, it purred and rubbed his head against my finger. I touched its tail and it bit my finger.

"Ow!!" I yelped in pain.

"It bites." The wizard said that would have been useful if he had said it earlier.

He taught us all about the Lolax. It was first found in Rayem. They are the fastest land animal in the whole world. They love fruit and will be able to fight if it's taught how to. The bell rang signaling the end of the class.

“Make sure you take good care of your animals and try to earn their trust." We all exited the class and Katara and I headed to our next class, potion "Hey katara, who's your new friend" A guy greeted her.

"Hello." A guy smiled sweetly at me, causing Katara to roll her eyes at him.

"Ben, Cedric meet Zenom, Zenom meets Ben and Cedric, my two best friends." She introduced me and I gave them a small wave, they looked just like me except they don't have a tail.

"Nice to meet you."

"Same here, welcome to Belium academy."

"Thank you." Just then who I assumed was the potion teacher walked in.

"Good morning class I'm Griffin Venom your potion master." Asides the fact that his name is Griffin, he is an actual griffin. I'm trying so hard to keep my cool and act normal. I was terrified and anxious while everyone else looked so bored and calm, I took a deep breath and tried to relax.

“Good morning Mr Griffin Venom."

"I'll be teaching you how to make a truth potion." I like the sound of that
