Chapter 79: A Little Reminder
Vincent

The sun dips below the horizon, casting an amber glow over the city as we return from the zoo, our children’s laughter echoing in the backseat of the car. Nelly sits beside me, her hand resting lightly on my thigh, her fingers warm against my leather pants. She’s radiant, even more so now that she carries Alec’s child. Her eyes sparkle with exhaustion and contentment, her dark hair cascading over her shoulders like a midnight waterfall. I can’t help but lean closer, my lips brushing her ear as I whisper, “Remember earlier when I said you needed to be reminded of your manners? That lesson starts now.”

She stiffens, just a fraction, her pulse quickening beneath my fingertips. I nip at her earlobe, a playful warning, before sweeping her into my arms as we reach the house. Her gasp is muffled against my chest, her arms wrapping around my neck as I carry her inside. Alec and Quinn trail behind us, their smirks mirroring my own. Our loyal servants help the tired children to bed. As we walk down the long corridor, the air crackles with anticipation, the weight of their gazes heavy on my back.

“What did I do now?” Nelly murmurs, her voice teasing but laced with a hint of nervousness. I don’t answer, just kick the door to the playroom open and step inside, the soft glow of candlelight illuminating the space. Chains hang from the ceiling, silk ropes coiled on the table, and the scent of leather and wax fills the air. This is our sanctuary, a place where boundaries blur and desires reign.

I set her down gently, her feet barely touching the ground, before I pressed her against the wall, my body caging hers. “You’ve been distracted,” I growl, my breath hot against her neck. “Too caught up in motherhood to remember who you belong to.”

Her eyes flash, defiance sparking in their depths. “I belong to myself,” she retorts, but her voice falters as Alec steps forward, his ice-blue gaze locking onto hers. He’s a vision in black, his tailored coat hanging open to reveal the silver pendant I gave him years ago. His presence is a force, commanding and relentless. I should have made him my right hand long ago instead of Vicor, but those experiments clouded my mind. I am thankful that that darkness is now behind us all.

“Not tonight,” Alec says, his voice smooth as velvet but edged with steel. “Tonight, you belong to us.”

Quinn joins us, his green eyes glowing with a predatory light, his smirk dangerous. He runs a finger along Nelly’s jaw, his touch electric. “You’ve been neglecting us, doll. Time to remind you of your place.”

Nelly’s breath hitches, her body tensing as the reality of their words sinks in. She tries to step back, but I hold her firm, my hands gripping her hips. “Struggling won’t help,” I murmur, my lips brushing her throat. “You’re ours, Nelly. Always have been. Always will be.”

Alec moves closer, his fingers tracing the curve of her shoulder, his touch sending shivers down her spine. “Relax,” he whispers, his voice hypnotic. “Let us take care of you.”

Quinn steps behind her, his hands sliding around her waist, his lips pressing against her ear. “That’s it,” he murmurs. “Surrender to us.”

Her resistance crumbles, her body softening against mine. I can feel her heartbeat racing, her desire mingling with mine. I press a kiss to her collarbone, my teeth grazing her skin as Alec’s hands slide down her arms, his touch possessive. Quinn’s fingers trail lower, his touch bold, his intentions clear.

“On your knees,” I command, my voice low and commanding. Nelly hesitates, her eyes flicking between the three of us, but Alec’s gaze holds her captive. Slowly, she lowers herself to the floor, her breath coming in short gasps.
